Man. I've had much of the same experiences as you. Felt the same things, done the same things, etc. All I can say is, talking about your problems with someone else helps man. It really does. Thinking of suicide (I at one point had similar thoughts) goes beyond r/Theredpill, it has nothing to do with beta/alpha, you need to get help. In the words of Pook, Life is always better than non-life. Always. You say you read manga as well? So do I. Here's a quote that really helped me from Ruroni Kenshin,…

Ok, fair enough, that makes some sense. I have a question though: "definitely just completely ignoring what she wants, finishing, and then walking away like an alpha will have her begging for more." Is this really true? Is not trying to make her feel good the way to success? Maybe every once in a while. But I feel like if you do this all the time she might feel used, you'll lose rapport, and she might come to break up with you. Maybe I'm still not understanding women, but please explain.

This makes sense to me, I get it. You've gotta be good in the sack. But in practice, all this does is put more pressure on me to perform in the bedroom. I'm not sure how I can enjoy sex, let alone even get hard, when everything is contingent on this one aspect of the relationship, and if I screw up, I'm fucked. This is an example of where having too much knowledge about something can maybe backfire. It's understood that you need to perform at sex. Having a 'must not fail' mentality is the first …

Everything you've said makes absolute sense to me, I couldn't agree more. And I ask myself, if I were in this situation, and an attractive girl was chomping at the bit to have sex me even though she was in a relationship with another dude, would I say yes or no? I'm really not sure. I have to do some more introspection to determine the answer. But my question is, where you do draw the line? What if this other dude was your best friend that you grew up with in childhood? Would you still have sex …

I'm somewhat conflicted when I read these kinds of posts. On the one hand, this is a great demonstration of AF, great control of the situation, and knowing what you want from the girl and going for it. The truth of the situation, and women's capability to do stuff like this is pretty undeniable. On the other hand, holy shit this sucks for the other guy...I don't understand how some guys can get mad when another dude gets with his girl, when he does stuff like this to other guys as well. I unders…

Question: I recall some situations where someone would praise me about something I've done, my experience, etc., and I'd respond by kind of putting down whatever task I had accomplished. In my gut, this is the default response, but I've come to believe that this may not be the right thing to say. An example: I'm a teaching assistant for one of my computer science courses. A friend told me, "Wow, you're so good at programming, you're a TA!". I replied, "Oh it's not a big deal, the material's just…

Listen, I'm not gonna sugarcoat it man. You did some pretty weird stuff. You probably freaked her out. 2 things: It's over, don't contact her again (for the reasons listed in 2). Whatever you're going through must suck now, but if you keep dwelling on it it's just going to be self-destructive. Don't worry or regret over what you did, just reflect on it for a little while, learn your lesson and move the fuck on. If you happen to cross paths with her again, be cool. If the opportunity presents its…

On west end avenue, there's a nice barnes & nobles vanderbilt; that whole complex/strip of stores near the barnes and noble, when I've been there, I consistently see girls out and about. Grab some coffee, read a book, and spit some game.

Man...this is great stuff. One day, ONE DAY I'll get the hang of alpha responses. I can only imagine being able to respond like this in any situation has to do with the mindset: what kind of mindset is this? Simply valuing yourself as the most wanted person in the room?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
