Best way to shut down an attention seeking conversation starter of the form “my bf is such a asshole because ___” is to say “you should talk to him about that”. Say it over and over if they continue to press onward. Eventually they leave you alone, marry him because they’re horrible at expressing emotions maturely, and die old and bitter in a shitty relationship.

What ever happened to citizens arrest? Is there a protocol you have to follow before stepping in, that would absolve you of charges? There seem to be many videos like this out there nowadays that could be ended promptly with one person recording, and another bystander detaining the person causing property damage.

I warm up on the bike, arm bike, climber, or row before lifting depending on what muscle group I’m on that day (eg I’ll row on back day or bike on leg day). Easy 10 minutes then down to business.

It's very liberating to quit, even when you don't have the emergency fund to justify it. That goes against all sound financial advice and I'd never recommend it. Make sure you save up an E fund as a top priority when you land a new job. Again though, it's very unshackeling to know you have the self awareness to leave when you realize what ass holes you're working with. I've left before with a resignation note simply saying "I've found a better opportunity". Spending time looking for another job …
