I am sad hear about you went through. I agree that children should be taught one thing when dealing with police, especially since they are now stationed in school, and that is I want a lawyer. Diversity is a fraud to create positions where there doesn't need to be positions. HR should hire the best individual or individuals for the job, give them training on what the company expects them to perform in group setting, and not worry about what race or gender someone is or is not. I am not for the lowering of standards, The standards for pushups for females is about 10 minimum. The standards for pushups for males is about 50 minimum. A single judge could possibility be singled out if a basis can be proven, but requires that several cases be so similar that a clear basis can be seen. Don't confuse the Selective Service with the Military. Even if you don't qualify for the Military, the Selective Service could put to work in any private sector that is short on man power as long as the President deems it vital to the war effort. I remember when I went to renew my license and showed my active duty military I.D. to prove I was signed up for Selective Service. It didn't count. I had to go to the internet and print out a copy of me actually being registered for Selective Service.

Actually under OSHA and disability laws, if you got hurt on the job by violence then they are required to pay for all you medical bills and not allowed to fire you for it. I actually watch the documentary on Netflix in 2014.
