Cheers man, glad you managed to get it treated. Recently I've been eating more stuff with soy lecithin, i'm fine but the fact that I am eating it has always been in the back of my mind. Gonna reduce consumption of that crap.

Just tell her what you think, ie you are prettier or Stacy is prettier but I like you for you. Say it in a nonchalant way, don't make it a big deal. If she inquires further make fun of her being insecure and say you don't like insecure girls. Easy.

It's all about how you feel on the inside, if you feel like you're not someone that people can fuck with then you will carry yourself in a certain way and have a certain type of attitude. Size, angry face etc, all that doesn't matter. Even if you were a midget, no sane person would normally want to fuck with a midget that behaves confidently. If you're like this, then occasionally you might meet people that are looking for someone to fight with, but that's a different sort of encounter, they're …

If someone is trying to dominate a conversation/ narrative, then correcting them disrupts their attempt to impose their frame. A person with a weaker frame wouldn't dare make that correction. A person with a stronger frame would. Just randomly correcting people is of course lame and annoying. It's all dependent on context.

The good thing about self image is that it's completely changeable. It's not my idea about you, or someone else's idea about you, it's your conception about yourself. You assign meaning to whatever. Feel more deserving at all times. Realize when you're criticizing yourself, cease that. Love yourself as much as you can. I'm shifting my self image as well. I require an unreal level for my objectives. Cheers man, good luck.

You're relying on your looks. So what if they open you? Can you amplify that attraction? The men that are good with women can and that's what they do constantly. If they're not the talking type, they do it with their attitude. You ever ask yourself why you didn't pull the trigger? Why don't you have that killer instinct? It's because of your self image. You don't feel deserving enough to go for it. My biggest problem with incels on TRP is the shotgun I blast at my own cock at least twice a week.…

I don't think we're on the same page. On my page it's still majorly skewed towards attitude and game. When I say talking, I don't mean just regular talking. Regular talking is not attractive to women. What I'm talking about is a very specific type of talking - flirting with confidence and attitude. Do you assume that she's into you? Do you talk to her in a way that suggests that's the hidden dynamic? Are you relaxed when you're talking? Do you give her a hard time? If you assume that she's 'out …

Fair enough. I've always been decent looking, at least facially. I was never good with girls until I learnt and practiced game. I wasn't even some super pandering beta. Just didn't know how to talk to them. That's why I know game is way more important than looks. Doesn't matter how you look, you want to be cooler than the girl you're talking to. That's what they're after - someone cooler and more dominant than them. You telegraph that with your attitude and game. Unless you're facially deformed …

I rationalize that I am a great guy, awesome in bed, with game and money but ugly. One of the key points of trp is that women and men are different. And that's 100% true. Women don't care about looks that much. Of course they can see the difference between a handsome dude and an ugly dude but looks aren't an attraction factor only an attraction trigger. Women's thought process is something like: this dude is hot > let me see if he has game. The 'game' part is what they're really after. It makes …

I was around in the 90s and even questioning the feminine imperative was unthinkable back then Except it wasn't unthinkable. The feminine imperative in the 90s and the feminine imperative today is completely different. It wasn't so fucked up in the 90s hence there wasn't much opposition to it. All those players. redpillers and gymbros you see popping up are a result of the feminine imperative going nuts in recent times. Feel self confident, stop taking yourself seriously, be playful, focus on the conversation and the present moment rather than being in your head. If you do get in your head, talk positively to yourself then refocus back into the convo.

Did they measure T values as well? It doesn't make sense that alphas have more stress than betas unless the alphas' T levels are off the charts. Meaning they can handle a lot more stress without it affecting their T levels.

They seek to find and enter the frame, or state, of high status types, because it is calm, confident, not anxious, etc. And they seek to avoid the frame or state of low status types, because it is nervous, on edge, insecure, etc. This. They reflect the frames of the people around them because their own frames aren't strong. It's basically about frame dominance. The strongest frame decides the mood and vibe.

They're all telling you the issue: You didn't spark enough/any attraction before asking for the number. So why should she give you her number? Change your approach, stop acting nice and super friendly instead tease her, provoke her. Evoke emotion, that's the key.
/r/askTRP07/09/19 01:15 PM

Men and women are different. Women do not think the same way as men do when it comes to sexual attraction. Yo OP. This dude knows what he's talking about, listen to him. Work on being confident + learn how to talk to women. Exercise for yourself not for women.
/r/askTRP01/09/19 07:23 AM

The reason is simple. It's because you think she's cooler than you. Think of yourself as much cooler than her and you won't have this problem. Then you can be playful as hell. Rethink and recreate who you think you are. It's not easy but it's def doable.

You're focused on the symptom rather than the cause. Why do people laugh at their own jokes? Because they lack confidence that other people are going to laugh at their jokes. So they laugh to provoke or signal laughter. It's a confidence issue, therefore the real solution is to increase your self confidence.

China had the biggest empires, same with the mongolians, japanese are ferocious fighters. Just because they've been conditioned to be docile in recent times doesn't mean that strength isn't latent within. All races of men are fighters deep down. We're men, that's what we do.

Basically what you're talking about is your warrior aspect. You're not feeling it because you've been focused on your other qualities like thinking for example. So what is that? Excellent stuff. It's an amazing base framework to internalize. The only minor nitpick I have is the bit about value, that's subjective. Are drinks 'real' while a chance of sex 'not real'? I don't think so. It all depends.

Your anxiety has gone down but 'self talk' is the thoughts you think about yourself. You will always have those. You're having them now.

It's all about the thoughts that you think 24/7. From what you're saying you probably think a variation of thoughts like: "nobody likes me", "what if they hate me", "i'm not likeable" etc etc. Your self talk is unskillful. The thing about thoughts is that they're completely changeable. So instead of thinking "nobody likes me" choose to think something like - "everybody likes me" or "women like me". Be aware of your self talk and change it to something better. It's not going to be a piece of cake…

You can be funny and dominant or funny and beta. Seriousness =/= dominance. Why are you serious anyway? Most things in life aren't serious. Be serious when the situation calls for it, for example in a life and death situation. Dominance = stronger frame than the other person, meaning you set the frame, you don't buy into her frame. What's the frame? Whatever you want it to be.

There's no such thing as 'intrinsic value'. That's because value is always context dependent. Valuable to whom? Valuable in what way? Just because women can bear children does not make them more valuable because the value of children like everything else is also context dependent. In a starving society would more children be valuable? Of course the answer is no. Take two neighboring kingdoms, kingdom A and kingdom B. Kingdom A is 80% women and 20% men while Kingdom B is 80% men and 20% women. Wh…

I believe humility gives me peace of mind and also strength Humility gives you fucking zero of anything. Humility: the quality of having a modest or low view of one's importance Humility is trash. It's designed and fostered by rulers and warlords to keep their subjects meek so they don't try to take over. What's so difficult? Your frame is she fucks you and you (and her) make fun of those pathetic losers. Occasionally call her out when she goes too far. Depends on how you pass it. Suppose you're an engineer and your job is to assess the stability of 3 buildings that are built on a mountain slope. You did the right thing, you held your frame that you didn't do anything and stuck with it. All the people here who think she's secretly trying to flirt with you are clueless. He didn't break down in front of his girlfriend the moment he found out his mother died. He broke down in front of his girlfriend 16 years after the fact. I read it but somehow it didn't register, my bad. Still, with the disease and all it's very likely his most traumatic experience. I don't care that she lost her gina tingles, I think a girl who would break up over something like that is not worth an ltr.

I'm aware of the concept of not showing weakness but the example that OP chose does not demonstrate someone showing weakness, it demonstrates what a low value woman looks like. Also the framing is all wrong. You don't hide your weakness so some chick will let you fuck her. To truly became a valuable man you work on overcoming your weaknesses. That should be the aim. Hiding weaknesses to get some bitch to stick around is women pedestaling, beta behaviour.
/r/askTRP23/11/18 03:55 PM
37

Yup. My dad broke down when his mom died, my mom understood what he was going through and they're still together 35 years later. It's normal to empathize with a loved one in such situations. A woman that can't even do that is not worth a ltr.
/r/askTRP23/11/18 03:35 PM

The conclusion that you arrived at from this story is just straight up wrong. That guy crying over his mom dying isn't 'showing weakness', he's just being a son that loves his mom. A woman that leaves a man over something like that has no value no matter how good she looks. Who cares if someone like that leaves? In fact Robert should thank his lucky stars she left, he escaped being tied down to that bitch.

Some simple things like appologizing when you hurt someones feelings or make them feel uncomfortable is good advice still. This is poor advice. He didn't hurt her feelings. Do not apologize. You didn't do anything wrong. Don't explain yourself ever unless it involves something serious. There's nothing here at all that's serious. Thing you did good: not getting butthurt when she turned you down. That's good, just play it cool and watch tv or something and try again later. Your main problem is that you don't have a dominant frame, when I say dominant I mean sexually. You don't have this and so she wasn't very attracted to you. Sex is all about dominance and submission. Bad boys have that sexually dominant frame (or they look like they have it) and so they spark a lot of attraction in women. One way to do this is to imagin…

At least this columnist became self aware enough to finally understand what she was tricked into.

Other than the women that are specifically looking for a rich man, it's always about your frame. That's what they're attracted to. Your money and possessions are just tools that can help you craft an attractive frame. If you already have a strong frame, these things won't matter. So no, it's not just about money, that's beta thinking.

as blogs usually are the lowest rung of the credibility scale A logical, rational way to assess how credible something is would be to examine the validity of the arguments and contents presented rather than the form it has taken. I've noticed people with frames who force everyone around them into it That's where you're mistaken. You don't force anyone into it. You simply have a strong frame. They either enter your frame or they don't. It's outcome independent. People who force other people into their frame are bossy and domineering. They have a weak frame which is why they need you to enter into it to validate it. There is a clear distinction between the two.

It means they know that blue pilled shit doesn't work but want to remain blue pilled anyway due to conditioning.

Attitude > everything else. I know a 6 foot, decent looking blue-pilled beta and he couldn't get to be anything other than their gay friend. Meanwhile my stylist (5,4 he's Asian) has a really hot chick and he's cool and chill as fuck. Another dude who might even be shorter is a rockstar and just got married to a cute chick last year. Of course tall dudes will always have more options but it doesn't matter, there are still enough women out there that won't give a fuck about height (provided you d…

Good advice but don't overdo this, had a friend who went overboard on this route like an autist while not being particularly funny and the girl thought he was developmentally challenged or something. I'm still laughing thinking about it after all these years lol.

Shoot her a confused look and say something like “thanks Mom” Lmao, that's gold.

Perhaps you said it in a supplicating way. The next time a girl asks you this, make a joke out of it, tell her you hate her or something, then when she pretends mad, that's when you tell her you obviously do or you wouldn't be here or something to that effect. The things you say actually mean little, it's always your frame that matters. If it's not a frame issue then she might be fucked up herself. In any case, cheer up OP. We've all been there. Live and learn.

You only ever get butthurt because your belief has been challenged. If whatever was said to you didn't challenge your belief you would feel nothing. E.g. if I were to shout 'you're a fucking lobster!' at you, it's likely you would feel nothing and think I was some crazy person. If I shouted 'you're a fucking idiot!' instead, you would most likely get angry at me. That's because the second remark challenged your belief about your intelligence. So identify those beliefs of yours that are often cha…

Yeah, when you put it that way it makes sense why you would do that. I think programming can be played off as alpha and iirc there was one particularly famous pua back in the day who was a programmer. Can't remember his name tho.

Lmao you're probably right about that but he can improve.

Because by telling her you like her you're making her the prize. Attraction = you're the prize. Making her the prize kills attraction. There's no need to tell her you like her anyway unless she asks or whatever. You clearly like her since you haven't left.

Dude what the fuck does all this have to do with legos? Where did he say that he wanted to only play legos? Its entire appeal of TRP comes from its elitist roots. This is not your regular self help forum but a ideology based on hyper-masculinity. Maybe that's its appeal to you. I just use it because it works. Yes, it's an ideology and nowhere does it say you can't build legos or models or whatever. If you want to bring up masculinity then lego is essentially model building, construction, logic, …

Wtf? Do you think trp is about only doing what women find attractive? That's hardcore beta pedestaling shit. Trp is about doing whatever the fuck you want while imbuing desirable masculine qualities. There's no problem with dabbling with legos unless that's the only thing he does.

I didn’t flaunt it around with girls because; well, everyone has their opinion. Is it really that bad? I could understand it if you have a nerdy appearance and demeanor but if you don't then I don't see the issue. If you look and act the shit and you're a programmer wouldn't that be pretty good?
/r/askTRP16/03/18 10:24 AM

Then the problem lies with your beliefs. How did you get those beliefs? Thru programming. The good thing is that you can change those beliefs by changing your programming. I'd recommend a book like - 'What to say when you talk to yourself' which you can find online for free.

You're right OP, conventional deodorants are shit and bad for your health long term. Search for natural deodorant creams. They don't have crap like aluminium in them and work pretty well.

When he was ugly and not yet famous Actually he was never ugly, those are just bad pictures of him. Source: A lifelong United fan who still remembers the day he signed for us. Also my sister had a massive crush on him and had a wall full of his posters. Yeah he was skinny and had bad teeth, but he wasn't an ugly kid.

What a lot of people don't know about Christiano is that he's very insecure If he's insecure then I don't think there's hope for the rest of us. The dude always had crazy self confidence. As a kid while playing for Sporting Lisbon, he was so incredibly impressive against Manchester United, that almost the entire United team convinced the manager to sign him up after the game. It takes bucket loads of self confidence to play the way he did against veterans. If you check out documentaries about hi…

Yup soy is toxic. It won't kill you but that shit isn't good long term. The ancients knew this, that's why it's always fermented in some way in Asia, the fermentation process nullifies or significantly reduces the toxicity. There's a reason Asian guys love coffee and cigarettes so fucking much. Huh what? People everywhere like coffee and cigarettes is more of a cultural, class thing. Younger, richer Asians tend to not smoke.
