Are they legit?If you aren't supplementing watching their videos with reading, actual experiences from your past and things you've learned from doing stuff yourself, its very easy to end up in some dark places. How so? For me, that is the position I am in. I watch a lot of their shit but don't take much action. Feels pretty pathetic, tbh. All the science he uses to backup what he's saying is totally unsourced. How many fucking times in that book does he say "studies show" or "a group of scientists found...", without ever giving and sources. He could be making shit up for all we know.
