I agree that I wouldn't say "I'd love to take you out sometime." However, I would go with the direct message. I think it was probably obvious to her that you thought she was cute when you asked if she was with her boyfriend earlier, and I prefer to get an honest straight to the point answer, so I would say something direct, but instead of saying that you want to take her out sometime, have something to suggest. Here's something I might say in your sitation: "Hey pretty lady, come meet me at my h…

I'm not sure if this is the same thing that you're experiencing, but I will occasionally lose focus or have a brain lapse or whatever during a conversation. Generally, I've already got the girl interested enough that she will fill the empty space with conversation, and I can feed off that when I snap back to reality. I have had some awkward silences where this did not happen if it was early in the conversation. If that happens I usually just call it out and make a joke out of it to get her comfo…

Use some line to bounce, e.g. need to get back to your friends, your leaving to another bar, etc. And get her number then. Here's an example since that is not very clear, but it's all very similar to the text game in the side bar. Me: "Hey, I actually have to go meet some of my friends, but it was nice talking to you." Her: "Oh really? Okay, yeah it was" Me: "Yeah we should make this happen again" Her: "Yeah" Me: "Cool. Give me your number and we'll continue this conversation soon" After I have …

Wear something that makes you know you look good. It's really the confidence that's key. Before I knew what I was doing, I'd always find someone attractive working at the store to help me pick out clothes, or girls that Im just friends with. With this I was able to learn what I liked and didn't like and build from. Also, having an attractive store employee help you out is a good time to practice your conversation skills and potentially get a date. Usually if I am trying to close there will be th…

There seems to be a bit of mixed advice...some are saying to just look more approachable, which I definitely agree with. Some are saying to go up and ask the guy out. I would be more careful with this one. Personally, I think my reaction to being asked out by a girl would depend on how attracted to her I was. For the most part though, I prefer to do the asking and might feel less masculine if the girl was making all the plans, but that just might be my personality. If a girl smiles at me and the…

So, it's completely obvious that she's into you. Make a move while the sexual tension is high....you know that butterfly feeling you get when she grabbed hands to hold on to you or when she wants to cuddle up next to you? Kiss the girl! Don't worry about what she told Christine. She's clearly into you, and my guess is she's worried about protecting herself and her own reputation. Girls flip flop their stories about who they like and who they don't all the time at that age. If you want the girl, …
