3	Let's talk about Acne. I got acne at 19. Started washing vigorously twice a day. Only made things worse. Sometimes, less is more. I visited /r/skincareaddiction and wash twice a day now. But I don't scrub anymore. A soapy cleanser + a soap-free salicyc acid wash in the morning, only the acid wash before bed. Apply moisturizer after shower + washing in the morning. Huge increase.
