It's shocking that I still am shocked by this stuff. Thanks for sharing that story, btw. The whole time I was thinking about Bundy being a white man, and how different everything would be if he were Black. 10	Ted Bundy was just an incel He never said he started murdering because of his first girlfriend, this is all information I (not an expert) assumed based on the timing... also because he continued to go to law school and was obsessed with demonstrating masculinity. I'm beginning to question whether love is a myth created by patriarchy based on trauma bonding. Now that I think about it, all of the men I have truly "loved" were abusive or I barely knew them: I was "in love" at 20- he was 14 years older, barely knew him well. I was "in love" with a guy I barely knew, who I had travelled with and was consistently dismissive and emotionally abusive.
