You sound extraordinarily lonely.

Men are very superficial.

Exactly. Why do people think men lie and say they don't want you to wear makeup, prefer you in sweats, etc.? It's a lie meant to keep you doing the bare minimum so that you are easier to control and feel less confident. When I see a married woman and/or mom that demands her personal time to enjoy her own hobbies, get her hair done, go to the gym, apply her makeup, get facials, get massages, etc., I know that this is a woman who acknowledges her self-worth. Most of FDS does not apply to a woman w…

That’s 5% from each independent sexual encounter so subsequent encounters increase via exponents.

I don’t agree with this philosophy. It sounds more like you are experiencing depression than increased self-esteem. And I certainly don’t understand making yourself unattractive to your husband on PURPOSE. You’re sowing the seeds of marital discord so don’t be surprised if arguments increase, affairs occur, pregnancy happens, etc. You don’t suddenly get a pass to look unattractive because you’re 40. Beauty routines are part of self-care.

Exactly. A man only needs to know you are bisexual if you are planning to be polyamorous with him and date women as well during the relationship. Otherwise, how does it contribute positively to the current relationship? You can assess someone's homophobia without discussing your past sex life, and homophobia is DIFFERENT than not wanting your partner to be bisexual. Our generation has been so overexposed due to social media that we think everybody is supposed to know every damn thing about us. Y…

You shouldn't even be letting a man know that you are bisexual.

Not at all. It's to protect yourself. If your boyfriend passed away, you would have zero say-so in his funeral. You wouldn't be able to make end-of-life decisions in the hospital for him. You would be evicted or be forced to pay his family the cost of the equity in a home if you were to live together. You would miss out on financial incentives such as share health insurance premiums, tax cuts, social security, etc. You would be hard-pressed to find a man that doesn't want marriage that isn't a m…

I'm anti-FWB. It wastes time that could be more valuably spent going to the gym, working on a hobby, working overtime at work to achieve financial goals, etc.

Are you financially independent (e.g. six-figure income)? Being a forever girlfriend only works if you're pretty damn similar to Oprah.

You should've responded "Nobody cares what you like. You'll take what I give you." on the 1st date. It would've set a much different tone for the relationship. 50/50 is for marriages, not dating.

It’s funny that so many of them have the nerve to be picky when it’s so hard for them to garner romantic interest.

"Not sure yet.", "What are you looking for on here?", "Let's be friends first.", etc. type of phrases are used by men who only want electronic penpals or FWBs.

If you don't think a connection is easy to form then you possess a false, idealized view of love. It's not the "Notebook". You do not and will never have a soulmate because soulmates do not exist.

You have the wrong mindset. Arranged marriages were the status quo for centuries. The divorce rate among arranged marriages is low - even when they move to western countries (e.g. Indians in the U.S.). Forming a genuine connection will occur naturally over the course of a marriage while you're try to commit your heart and soul to "my friend", "some guy I'm seeing", "XYZ situationship", etc. after only 6 dates. Choose logically. The emotional connection will come later, and (despite what Disney t…

This is why I always tell 21 year old girls not to date these older men. He's almost 30 and is acting this immature. I also pray that I never have a daughter that is as weak as this girl. All of this stress for a FWB. I got secondhand embarrassment.

FDS welcomes you back. Stay strong. Never give up your hobbies. Even when you are married, 60 years old, and have 5 kids - get a massage, go the gym, dance at the club, etc. You lost your identity, and we'll help you find it again!

Many of these women just have not had high quality, woman-centered sex. Who would want to give blowjobs 24/7 to some unattractive, balding man who can't give you an orgasm?

She's nearing retirement age and instead of stacking her savings, investing, preparing her children's college fund - this dumb bitch decides to be a stay-at-home girlfriend. She even involved their kids in this bullshit. And an unemployed, broke 50 year old really thinks a 30 year old woman is going to be interested in him. This explains the OLD messages I get from broke old men. Their delusions are rampant. At the age of 50, temporary unemployment should not drive you to bankruptcy. They can't …

This was clearly an inexperienced man who wrote this. No follower of FDS would be living with some man unmarried at the young age of 24. She would either be engaged or be dating multiple men until a relationship is headed towards marriage. If she followed our rules, she would never post a photo of a man who wasn't her husband on social media. And she certainly wouldn't announce relationship drama to the world thereby negatively influencing the opinion of future men she could date. We have never …

This post should be a sticky. "Do the bare minimum of explaining." - This is the key to interacting with people who don't respect boundaries. No explanations. "No" is a complete answer.

The only time that I’m grateful to have a very arrogant, narcissistic mother is when it comes to dealing with men because she rubbed off on me only as it pertains to them. I’ve always viewed them as second class citizens whose only purpose is to protect me and provide income so I am quite immune to PUA tactics. I discovered this because I met a guy on OLD who was insane - obsessed with knowing how many men I’d had sex with, accused me of hitting a “wall” because I was 2 years older than him, acc…

This can't be overemphasized. I actually had men lose interest because my past was "too little". You can't win with them. They want a non-virgin who has never been with a man but who knows how to deep throat and ride a dick like the Kentucky Derby. The math doesn't work out. Be vague - not only with your sexual past but (even more importantly) - your EMOTIONAL past.

You are at the crossroads of an IMMENSE breakthrough in your life. I can tell by the emotions in your writing. You are ready for change and success! Have your surgery, lose the weight, go to therapy, and love yourself. You'll come back from your dating break in a year READY to conquer that shit. YOU GOT THIS.

"They wear their shitty past relationships as a badge of pride. It's an endless source of victimizing themselves, listing off all the bad shit that happened to them." YES! They love to play the martyr so they will weasel themselves into the victim role and then pretend to be confused as to the end results. They aren't "nice" people. They are enablers who love to control others via "charity".

He's a loser. In 2019, plenty of women are choosing not to have children so why does he think child-shaming or age-shaming is going to work on anyone? Women have no problem getting male attention whether they be in their 20s or in their 70s.

Girl, never talk to a man about another man. Never hold a "where is this going" convo via text. It should be asked VERY indirectly and in person.

Never reveal your vulnerabilities to a man unless you're headed towards marriage or already married. I was reading a post the other day where somebody was complaining that somebody played her after she told him on the FIRST DATE that all of her ex-boyfriends had played her and that she had been raped. Stop listening to stupid advice that your man should be your best friend. He's not - your best friend is your best friend. So stop trying to make these dicks into bosom buddies. It's not possible w…

You think that most women want a penis that can pass through their cervix to puncture their uterus? You do realize this is impossible, right? The cervix is CLOSED. And the posterior fornix is part of the vagina, you idiot. You are definitely delusional and making up sexual encounters. I strongly doubt you've ever had sex. You are too inexperienced with female anatomy.
