Read what acp_rdit said. NEVER SAY A WORD TO THE POLICE. Do not apologise as this is an admission of guilt. Do not even agree that sex took place. This is critical: ZERO CONTACT WITH THE GIRL.

The video may well help if she looks non-drunk and enthusiastic, although it may be thrown out if she hasn't explicitly consented to it. He must keep a copy of that video somewhere that cannot be confiscated (ie someone else's computer). If the police confiscate his stuff he has no defence.

The police are jealous white knights who want a conviction to help their numbers - never forget that, answer all their questions with "I want a lawyer present".

Do not admit that sex took place (even if it's on video). This is something that the prosecution will have to prove. If they have to use the video to do it, it will clearly show consent. If it gets thrown out, they then have to prove sex happened.

Once you admit to sex, the above no longer applies, so don't do it.

Most prosecutions do not end in conviction due to absence of proof. Do not inadvertently help their case against you by saying anything.

This could have been avoided by following the rules of the game.

Women love discretion when it comes to sex. Player rules. It's just between you and them. No one else. And if anyone asks, you don't know shit. That's always been the rules.
Record everything. Screenshots. Videos. And a golden nugget here. Get them to tell you how much fun the sex was over text right after. Works for me.
Don't talk to anyone but an attorney. Nothing you say to police or the school can be used to help you. Rules of evidence. Don't give anyone a story. Don't talk to the "victim" or her friends. Don't do any of that shit. Just SHUT THE FUCK UP. Talking CANNOT HELP YOU.

When facing any charges at all get a lawyer and NEVER talk to the police. THEY ARE NOT ON YOUR SIDE. Their job is to get you convicted even if you have done nothing wrong.
