I'm not arguing any of that. I'm pointing out that it's absolutely not harder to prove convict on rape charges than it is to prove a false accusation because groups are constantly trying to lower the burden of proof and if that were true we wouldn't have people who've been in jail for 5, 10, or even 15 years for rapes that finally get proven to be false after their life is ruined.
