I completely disagree with the talking about sex thing. If you're talking about sex, you're thinking about sex. As long as you can act as though sex is no big deal, you're good to go. And if you can flip the switch and make fun of an awkward sexual situation, it shows you're privy to how sex happens. However, every girl is unique and some don't like it and these girls need an action taking man. Conclusion: Some girls need different things to be pulled.

Try using a statement of empathy; :Yeah, I know you must hate me, weird guy approaching and all: (and you know you're not, BTW).
