For those not from the uk, a criminology degree is a bullshit subject that people who just don't want to get a job and go to university for 3-4 years pick so they can party. If you wanted to actually get a job in the field you would pick law. See also: sports and rehab courses, psychology, media studies. Those and others are universally recognised in the UK as party courses.

What he's saying isn't wrong. Objectively from a historical viewpoint comics are a overwhelmingly male pursuit, there can be no objection to that. So the comic genre has been invaded, that being said it's been invaded by the mainstream who happen to be comprised of around 50% ladies. That being said you can't be mad at 50% of the mainstream who have been relentlessly marketed to, to encourage them to watch superhero films.

Well I am a mechanical engineering undergrad, currently on an internship. hobbies are blues music, and playing blues guitar, rock climbing, and generally hanging out with friends and doing stuff together like cinema/meals, idk, one thing that does bother me is I tend to find a group fairly easily, but then stick with that group of friends.

mate some people are just not attracted to a certain race, that doesn't make them rascist and they probably do find say a celebrity of that race attractive but wouldn't date someone of that race for example many asian people don't date white people or black people, it's not a race thing it's a cultural thing. and it's also a personal preference, maybe the girls you're hitting on just are genuinely not attracted to people without the features they find attractive, regardless of race.
