Research shows women prefer about 12-15% body fat. So lightly visible abs basically. Start by getting down to there, since that'll also help w/ insulin sensitivity and estrogen aromatization. Then put on muscle.

Good to know. The matching is not based on looks at this point, so that can’t be it. We have a few hundred people using the app every day so still quite small, but growing. I’ve added that to our priority list as I think you’re right it’s a great idea. In the meantime all I can say is keep spreading the word and trying to match every night. As we grow it’ll certainly get easier.

Thanks for the advice. This is something we’re working on, particularly with the recent backlash against FB. The challenge is getting it right in terms of prevention of fake accounts and spammers. Personally I like Bumble’s take with the verified selfie feature. How would you implement it?

Completely agree. They've gone stale and both guys and girls are slowly losing interest. Personally, I think it's for 2 reasons — Too many people are on them for an ego boost and don't actually want to meet up. This leads to fewer people using them that actually want to meet up and the cycle continues. Conflicting branding.
