It’s a video, which means somebody recorded and edited the interactions. Like any other social media, YouTubers take the best clips and post them. Can’t put everything in a video, so they show the highlight. Idk why you’re even pressed about it, seemed pretty obvious. Like, would you post a video of you getting rejected constantly when you’re trying to make a video about how easy cold approach is?

I recommend you try and get out there anyway. Don’t wait around for community to come to you, make it. You’re in college, there’s no easier time to meet people your age. Talk to people sitting next to you in class, talk about something class related. You’re gonna have to get over your general dislikes towards small talk and the like, because you sound quite unhappy that your current actions (introversion) are limiting your social life

An insatiable desire isn’t a healthy sex appetite. Sorry. Get your tubes tied, then go have fun. Just don’t want you making kids is all, don’t need more degenerates like you

You’re gonna need to get castrated after seeing how messed up you are. Don’t need children having their minds poisoned by your insipid logic

Because you’re literally the only person viewing the nice guy finishing last as “getting the last laugh”. The guys you’re thinking of are the ones every woman passed on in their 20s and 30s, mainly because he isn’t fun. How would that change later on? Oh, only because he’s likely got a career and stability? So he’s a last resort option for you when those “fun guys” haven’t panned out, and you’ve grown bored with them. Why would a guy want to be the one you settled for after you’ve been run throu…

This is easily the dumbest thing I’ve read in months. To achieve such a feat, on Reddit no less, is astoundingly impressive. Here’s some sage advice: stop bringing up your weight. No one gives a shit about it except you. Quit making it everyone else’s problem.
/r/seduction25/10/22 09:50 AM
3

Just stop, you’re making it worse for yourself. Don’t bring up your weight if you don’t want to risk “judgy” comments. Bringing up weight is not something guys will try to do of their own volition, and any comment a guy will give you is consistently displeasing for you. So why even bring it up?

She definitely sounds offended he didn’t make a move. I’ve had that happen once. Brought a classmate of mine to my dorm and nearly went in for a kiss after some deep ass conversation. Didn’t actually kiss her. A couple days later she says “next time, just go for it”, and I’m like oh well fuck me I fucked up big time. Then she lost basically all interest in me. Lesson learned, you gotta make a move or else the girl will either lose interest or hate your indecisive ass.

Borderline Personality Disorder. People suffering from it are basically crazy, willing to self harm for attention. It’s a mental illness, yes, but for fucks sake OP is even more fucked up for trying to only fuck someone suffering from it. Fucking and creating connection, only to later ghost because it was all for the sex. That’s how you really fuck someone with BPD up OP, especially if they self harm

Lmao dude that was not your initial point whatsoever. Don’t even try to lie, it’s too damn obvious. You made it extremely clear that you wholeheartedly believe in “opposites attract”. You’ve kept hoping people on here would agree with you about opposites attracting; I’ve read all the other comments, you’ve already said as much. Your “theory” is that blue eyed women are attracted to their opposite, aka someone like you. You’re completely delusional if you think you can just flip your argument aft…
/r/seduction31/12/21 08:58 PM
1

No, they aren’t. They’re looking primarily for a compatible personality. So you’re still wrong on “opposites attract”. Similar people are attracted to one another. Only a very small minority go out of their way to find someone their polar opposite. Why is that? Because opposites create irreconcilable differences, and mountains of tension. Ultimately, you won’t attract a blue eyed woman if you keep going about it thinking “oh, I’m her opposite, so she has to like me”. You won’t, so drop your conf…

No, you’re missing the point entirely. Pretty women is a subjective term. For you, pretty women means blue eyes. No, there is no sure fire way to attract them solely based on having different eye color than her. And no, you cannot rely on “opposites attract” in order to attract the type of women you want. The fact that you obsess over women with blue eyes makes it abundantly clear that’s essentially all you look for in a woman. You want to boast about your observational data being so telling, bu…

It is absolutely an urban myth. Your example is non specific, and seems to be an image you’ve created in your head about reality. Your perception of reality doesn’t equate to how reality actually is. And observational data hardly proves anything. You’re taking a colloquial term as fact, without any kind of actual data. Observational data means little, especially when you’re unable to gather deeper information about who the couples are, where they’re from, and what their personalities are like. C…

Lmfao goddamn dude, she lives down the hall. Ask her to get coffee or hang out or whatever. Anything irl is extremely fucking easy in college. I swear to god, if you don’t get your ass off Snapchat and just talk to her, she will think you’re a fucking weirdo and never want to date you. Like, you live in the same dorm, what the absolute fuck are you doing bothering with snapchatting her?
/r/seduction28/12/21 05:30 AM
2

Goddamn dude, you have an unhealthy obsession over eye color. Eye color doesn’t determine anything, and there is no significance behind eye color either. People gravitate towards those who 1) look like them, and 2) have a similar culture. Eye color is an indeterminate feature. Based on your post, you seem to have a fetish for blue eyed women. While there’s nothing inherently wrong with that, the problem arises when you specifically focus on women with blue eyes. Moreover, people don’t date one a…

With women, because you’ll never learn how to actually attract them. You’ll think the things that actually work (I.e., what you consider “manipulation”) are wrong, and will do all the wrong things only to get negative results. Seduction is influence, not manipulation. Everyone influences one another, that’s just how society works. If you consider influence to be manipulative, then you’ll never integrate well with society. As for your propaganda example, that’s a false equivalence to seduction. W…

If this helps you mentally visualize escalation, I guess it’s helpful? But frankly it’s borderline batshit ridiculous if you legitimately approach each escalation as “getting the flame into a roaring blaze”. Just call it what it is: passion. You seem to have an okay grasp on escalation, you don’t need to think about it as a “flame” at each and every escalation. Seems like too much thought and mind game shit

If that works for you, go for it. But what the guy said is very solid advice. Honestly you just have a system that works for you, and that’s great. But don’t act as though it’s everyone’s reality, try to force it on everyone via several headass takes, and in the process look a straight up 🤡

Yeah I’ve spent a few years on the east coast, the experience is essentially similar. I would agree that the experience from city to city will have general similarities, and then very specific differences depending on the specific city. Boston, for example, is relatively conservative because of a highly educated population; sex and promiscuity are frowned upon. While in San Francisco, that conservative nature is significantly lessened. The thing to keep in mind, is that people here feel a need t…

I’m curious, what stories have you heard? And on the whole, you seem to understand now that experiences vary here. But using examples from California, and I’m guessing specifically from LA, doesn’t even come close to representing the country as a whole. Even within California, conservative values towards sex are prevalent, just to a lesser degree for cities on the coast. The most liberal cities, SF and LA, have cultures that are favorable towards sex, yet sex work is still frowned upon. Obviousl…

Those aren’t clues that point to the US not having a taboo stance on sex. You’re conflating media depictions and their gross generalizations for reality. If you’re getting your ideas from media depictions, then yeah it’ll look like these are all “US trademarks”. But as with all media, the truth is twisted to present an entertaining reality. Dating and sex are very restrictive here, much more so than Europe; there’s a vast emphasis on hookup culture in colleges precisely because of the conservati…

Yeah it’s a symptom of a deeper issue with American society’s relationship with sex. Many people grow up in suburbs here (which I think creates a whole host of societal issues), where values trend more conservatively on sex, dating, alcohol, and other “adult” topics. Besides, having a porn industry doesn’t indicate much about any society, nor make your argument compelling. After all, highly accessible porn is a relatively recent phenomena, but the taboo of sex has existed far longer - and contin…

Oh yeah inside dorms is ok. Long term relationships can be difficult. Personally I’d recommend against trying to force it. It’s more sensible to date around, find what kind of dating style/woman works for you. The process of dating around is much more likely to result in you finding someone that fits you best. But it’s up to you; if you want to try a long term relationship, and feel it’s worth trying, then give it a shot. I just don’t want you to regret it, cuz I definitely regret dating for so …

You’re welcome. Good luck in university btw! It’ll be extremely fun I think, just be sure to stay active and involved on campus. Join some clubs, maybe a fraternity if your campus has them, and always make friends with classmates - both men and women. Basically, building your social circle is of the utmost importance - the whole sex/relationship stuff will follow. College relationships tend to be centered on social circle game.
/r/seduction08/12/21 03:34 AM

Idk. I’d wager a guess it’s because sex is a taboo subject in the US, and that the culture here has focused on abstinence. It’s a rather conservative sexual culture for the most part - outside of college campuses at least. The other part is the law; 18 is the age of consent, and people are extremely sue happy here. Combine all these factors, and you get sexually repressed youth whose only outlets end up being parties & college dorm life. Hence the massive amounts of drinking on campuses, poor se…

Jesus, a bit of competition and you’re already scared and jealous? I say this from a place of love: you need to grow some fucking balls and learn to be secure in yourself. You’re afraid he’s gonna take her away from you. And you should be afraid, because you sound extremely insecure in yourself. On top of that, you don’t trust her at her word! And you also think the only way she could prove her disinterest is to “not put herself in those situations”. What you really mean is, “not see or hang out…

What kind of conversations do you have with people in university? Do you talk to the people around you in class? What are you involved with on campus? As far as conversation topics, try starting with small talk or something relevant to both of you. It’s a new semester coming up, maybe ask someone sitting next to you “have you heard anything good about this professor (or class, or subject, etc.). Those are always good jumping off points for getting to better know another person. As far as friends…

If there is a next time, you gotta punch the energy up a few notches. Go to places that allow for physical escalation and conversation. Ice skating is a good idea, bowling would also be a really good one too. Avoid interview style questions, get to know what makes her tick — within reason of course. Idk, just have more fun with the dates

Nothing. Keep seeing other women. If she’s only now starting to show interest, then she sounds pretty shallow. Chances are she’d drop you for someone hotter, or end things if you ever stop looking fit. That said, if she had been your “best friend” for 3 years, things might work but I doubt it. In any case, ask her out to drinks. Do dates where you can be physical and intimate, avoid super friendly shit. Consecutive dates and getting more in tune/familiar with each other lead to a relationship. I…

Ah shit well there’s your problem. End of date kisses work really well, mainly because that’s when the girl most expects it. She gave you an opening, and you rejected it. I’ll assume you got super anxious and awkward at that point, and decided to play it safe to avoid embarrassment. Keep following your instincts/fears, and you’ll never get that kiss. Believe me, she wants and expects a kiss if she went on a date with you. Don’t be an idiot, remember the circumstances of the date. You two did som…

You’ve only talked to 40+ girls the last 4 years? And have asked out 15 over that time?? Lemme echo what most guys here have said: you have barely done shit. You wanna whine and cry about your hot female cousin? Jesus how fucking pathetic could you be? Don’t worry about her, she’s living her own life and seems to be getting more laid than you. Sounds like she’s far more attractive than you, and not just in looks. You sound like the kind of guy who’d bitch and whine and blame other people when yo…

It really isn’t that difficult, just awkward as hell sometimes. What’s worked well for me is kissing the girl at the end of the date, if everything else went well (conversation, touching, hug at beginning of date, etc.). At the end of the day you just gotta shut up and go for the kiss when it feels right (for me it’s a goodbye kiss). It depends on you, but ultimately you’ll have to make a move. Try, fail, learn what works.
/r/seduction29/12/19 09:41 AM

I’d recommend keep at it, and keep going on dates and try and be flirty in your convo. Are your conversations more interview-like? Is she asking you questions or merely responding to yours?

Absolutely. Try mindfulness meditation, it might help you be able to identify and control your thoughts/emotions.
/r/seduction04/12/19 10:03 PM

Clear your mind. Meditation is focusing on one thing, usually breathing. Google some meditation guides, or mindfulness meditation. Typically it’s breathe in for 5 seconds, hold breath for 5-10 seconds, exhale for 5 seconds. Only focus on breathing, do not think about anything else. You practice by doing these things, by attempting to quiet your thoughts. If you’re approaching a girl and worrying about other people, you need to learn to refocus your attention on your interaction only. No one else…

It takes practice and effort. Focus on being in the moment and out of your head. It isn’t easy to do at all, but it’s worth it. Again, it’s only one aspect of OPs problems. There’s more to it than this.

Try seeing a therapist. You could get over this rut of yours on your own, but you’ll have to practice quieting your inner thoughts when approaching. It would also help to come to terms with being single. It sucks being alone, I feel the same way now. But it isn’t all bad, nor is it the end of the world. I’m not sure of your self confidence, but it sounds like it’s overall low. That, or your judging your self worth by your ability to pull women. You must change that, since it’s a fundamental prob…

You’re overthinking and over worrying your situation. Go ahead and try asking her out. If she rejects you, it isn’t the worst thing in the world at all. Is it embarrassing? Sure, in the moment. But embarrassment is nothing, and has no importance other than a survival instinct. Just ask her out and see what happens. You will never know if she wants you to ask her out. Grow a pair and ask her to a coffee date or some other low pressure date. And for the love of god, ask in person.
/r/seduction04/12/19 08:18 AM

Start by getting high less. It’s not attractive, and it showed through her losing interest. It’ll also probably help with your grammar. Being high is fine any other time, but when you’re trying to seduce? That’s less than ideal because it’s not your authentic self. Talk to her sober, get to know her, ask her out. That’s all you can do. There is no trick, no shortcut, no secret angle of attack; just talk to her and get to know each other. It’s called dating, and it takes time.

Solid advice KaktusJackson, I agree about waiting for the right vibe to make a move. That said, for OP’s purpose, it wouldn’t hurt too much to find what’s works best for him. By that I mean he’s gotta just try going for the kiss, preferably if the vibe feels right. My problem is that many guys don’t know what the right vibe would be necessarily, or they’ll miss some very subtle cues the girl gives off. So while finding the vibe is important, I’d also add that developing more empathic skills woul…

At the point that feels most right for you, look into her eyes, feel whatever passion you feel for her, and just kiss her. If she’s into it, she’ll keep kissing you. If she isn’t, then she‘ll let you know (outright or subtly, pay attention to how she responds). Otherwise, just try kissing her at some point that feels best. Personally, I like doing it at the end of the date, but I’m starting to feel as though that makes things awkward. Maybe do it in the middle of the date, it might be best then.…

You should be setting a physical tone from the beginning of your guys’ date. Hug if it feels right, it’s a quick and easy way to set the tone. From there, playful nudges during emotional high points (jokes, etc). After that, go for a kiss. The only way you’ll get good at this is with practice and experience.

You worry and over think this way too much. Texting is best when it’s towards a goal; you should be texting to either reinforce what binds you may have, or to set up your guys’ next date. Beyond that, only you can know when is best for you to text a girl after getting her number. All this stuff about your race and past dont matter. What does matter is your confidence in yourself and your path in life. Without that, what the hell would interest the girl?? And honestly, if Althea girl gave you her…

It’ll take effort, and you must be able to show interest in the person you’re talking about. It’s especially harder with autism, I get it. I’ll give you better advice than that other guy. Simply looking in the mirror and feeling confident won’t directly lead to success. You’re going to have to learn to take risks, especially with women. Yeah, ask for the number next time. There really isn’t anything else you could do. Awkward shit getting your business card given to a girl at a fire juggling show — not to mention is a total wtf moment for her. My one and only tip on what to change: Either ask for her number/social media or whatever, or just let it be. Having your business card handed to a girl by someone other than you is weird, but don’t fault your friend for trying. In any case, just ask for the number. It’s ludicrously easy …

Absolutely friend, happy to share what bits of wisdom I might’ve picked up so far in life. As far as being too passive in conversations, and being in therapist mode, remind yourself that the conversation isn’t just trying to figure out what the root of someone’s problem is. I’d say, conversation from a point of empathy. Idk if you do or not already, so maybe it’s a moot point. But it’s still worth saying, conversation is best when it’s back and forth. Share your perspective if someone tells you …

Hey man, First off congrats on uni! It’s an exciting time, full of opportunity ripe for the picking. So many things to do usually, so I’d say start off by not focusing on women/game at first. Meet people, go to class, take school seriously. Make sure you aim to do well in your classes, and don’t half ass anything. In college, social circle game is key, and having at least a friend group/solid academic success will signal to others you’re at least decent enough for friendship. It’ll also help to …

Yeah man, I get how you’re feeling. I’ll try and give you the most straightforward and honest advice I can. First off, it’s good you’re in college, there’s no better time to learn and grow, even at 25. Second, I feel like you’re grossly overthinking what to do with women. Don’t think about it too much, women generally find it a compliment, so just take it easy. Ask for their number, or go for lunch together if the timings right. But you gotta show effort, in so far as you want to spend time with…

Talk to people in your class, be social with everyone. You can try talking to girls in your classes, that’s what worked for me and where I met an ex of mine. Idk man, you gotta be active, especially if you live in dorms on campus... damn dorms were so easy, you have no idea. Otherwise, chat people up. Men, women, show everyone you’re social. Talk to the people around you in class, make small talk, ask a question. You get the idea.

Yeah you are a little, but that’s only natural man. But yeah, you know what you gotta do, that’s half the battle. Good luck man, you got this.

Good job, you’ve done the first steps. As for next steps, what do you think you should do? What do you want to have happen?

That’s a good attitude to have. You’re asking her out so you can both have a good time with each other. Exude that reality in your words, action, confidence. And for the love of god, please do not put her on a pedestal. The moment you do that, you ruin your chances of a healthy/good relationship, or whatever you’re going for. Just try and keep the pressure down! Asking her out is perfectly natural, and she’ll think you attractive/confident just by you approaching her.

Yes of course. It’s a numbers game, the more women you approach/ask out/talk to, the higher your chance of success. This also means higher chance of failure, but when has life ever not been risk/reward? Tell me this, what’s the worst that’ll happen if you get rejected?

I understand completely. However, a girl could have a million other reasons for rejecting you. She might find you a terrible bore in conversation, or that your family values clash with hers, or even that she prefers guys of a certain look and you might not fit. Therefore, you shouldn’t ever assume a girl rejects you because of your looks. And really, it shouldn’t matter to you because you’re likely to meet and vibe with a girl who likes you for you, no matter what self perceived imperfections yo…

You pretty much answered your own question there bud. Obviously it’s important if you’re going to a psychologist for it, it’s certainly important enough that you that you want to improve your confidence. That said, I will say that confidence is key to achieving congruency. Knowing who you are, what you want, and even what you want to do/what gives you meaning in life, all help contribute to your overall confidence. Other than that, idk what else advice you’re looking for. Building confidence tak…

Agreed. I don’t see the prank part of this “prank”, and honestly it seems more like a blackmail kind of thing, but again why tf do all that? Honestly, maybe it would be best to just not bother with the girl, or these people for that matter. If they’re crazy enough to think this prank up, what else might they be capable of? Either way, it wouldn’t hurt to try with her either, but don’t expect much.

So wait just to be 100% clear, they filmed you and the girl making out?? Was it supposed to be some kind of joke or something?

Of course, and I think she’d expect it down the line when you ask her out. She definitely ain’t naive... dating has one ultimate goal usually lol. I think the best way to convey genuine interest is to get to know her, what kind of music she’s into, where she’s from, what her favorite food is, etc. It goes without saying, make sure you don’t interrogate her w/ question after question. I’ve done that, and killed 100% of the girls interest in me. I’ve learned to use questions to open up the convo, …

Hahah I love it man, that kind of energy is just what I needed right now. Ya know, you’ve got one hell of a point about everyone’s personality being different. It’s absolutely the same with women. No one woman is alike, so there will always be something fun and interesting with each one. Damn, everyone’s got value but we’re rarely aware of it day to day... this is some powerful shit lol

You have nothing to lose if you try! That’s definitely a good thing to ask, but maybe package it a little differently? For example, something I would say would be, “hey, we barely get to talk anymore. We should catch up, go somewhere fun! How about insert activity? But again, that’s just my perspective. What’s most important is that you do what feels comfortable for you, at a time that you feel is right. If today, then go for it! There isn’t a right time, nor is there a wrong one (usually). Just…

Hmm yeah it’s a tough situation for sure. Work is always risky, but it can work if you can make your approach clear and congruent with how you feel. It’s highly likely she has been waiting for you to ask her out/make a move. Have you broken the touch barrier yet? I’m also assuming you know her decently well. Honestly, just talk to her and have a normal conversation. Then, ask her out at some point (when it feels right, of course). I’m assuming you know her reasonably well, so I would say she won…

Love this. You never can lose if you just try; rejection will teach you so much. I’d just like to add, how I also look at it is as “we win”. You’re also providing value to a woman when you approach. We might not know or feel it at times, but we do have qualities or assets that certain women may find attractive! We win or nothing happens, simple as that

She asked you to dinner twice already? Were those dinners with just the two of you, or w/ other ppl? Eye contact is definitely a plus. The fact that she’s shown interest in your sex life is a good sign too. I think it’s worth the risk man. Honestly it always is worth the risk. Normally I’d say don’t shit where you eat tho, but I’d do it if I were you. Worst thing that could happen? You two never talk again? I’d say ask her out to something that doesn’t put a ton of pressure on either of you, may…

Haha well I relate to you big time man. It wasn’t even a few years ago that I was also texting girls nonstop, only ever talking to them thru text, and I also got salty at a girl when she got a bf (and I did much worse than you did, believe me lol). It definitely seemed that she liked you throughout your interactions, but it isn’t a far stretch to think that she wanted to interact with you more in person. It isn’t always easy to move past the infatuation stage either. That’s something that you’ll…

I’d say that you had pretty good odds before she started dating that guy. I think your chances were shot pretty badly after you told her explicitly to stop snapping you. And honestly, you should’ve pushed your guys’ interactions forward from snapping. I mean, what would you like with this girl? A relationship? If so, you gotta do more than text and snap. Should’ve hung out, gotten to know her better, and did the whole dating thing. At this point now, Id say you’re better off going to college, an…
