Can you explain why you are attacking ME? I'm trying to help him, and with my ex, I never took him to court, we figured out our own arrangement where we each support the children equally and raise them equally. He gives me no money, nor do I think he should. What exactly about my current situation have I gained from?

He was at the initial divorce, but never read it thoroughly. He's learning his lesson the hard way.

Thank you, we will do this before we go.

The fight was about Harry Potter and I'm not even kidding. She doesn't want the kids around it, my kids read the book, play the video games and watch the movies. He does not have a drinking problem, it is a standard clause, and yes, his own damn fault. We went on monday and got a new copy to read up so we don't get blindsided again.

No, it is standard - we called the courts this monday and asked, then went and got a copy of his custody agreement so he can follow everything to the T now.

Its a standard order for the non-custodial parent in this state.

Oh, the fishy part, I'm worried there is no court, that there will be cops waiting to arrest him for drinking.

When I kept my hair short, I preferred barbers over salons. However, when it was a mens only place, I called and asked. I was never told no, but cannot imagine that I would have been butt hurt if I was, for the very points you have stated here... some people just look for trouble in the world.

This is my SO's exact story. I told him I think his kids should know the truth. It's not fair their mom gets to drag his name through the dirt when she's the whore who couldn't keep her legs closed.

Stuff like this irks me. One, for the obvious unfairness of all of it to men, but second, and this is the reason I'm not married.... it's a commitment, a choice, a contract. People throw it away because of stupid emotions. They go up and down and change all the time, especially for us females. Why would you think that a life with the same person day in and day out WOULDN'T get boring at times? Is it honestly a shock to these women that life gets stale sometimes? It's not your husbands fault, its…

god, really? This is just ripping me apart. I've never felt the FOC is correct or fair. It's why my ex and I kept things out of the court. I know they would have given me pretty much everything I wanted and ya know what, that's just not right. It shouldn't be about me, or the father. It should be about the kids. Why don't these moms see they are HURTING their children? How .. I'm so disgusted right now. Thank you for the link, I will look into it for sure. I hate that this man that I love gets t…

Okay, you know what, dammit. Came here looking for some help with my SO, his ex is a piece of work. All of these stories are breaking my damn heart. Check on-line in your state, they should have a form you can fill out and mail in every time she doesn't abide by the custody ruling. If it's too much for you to figure out, PM me with your state. I'll figure it out. This is BS. Eventually the complaints should get you SOMETHING. Eventually.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
