2	Thinking about QUITTING DRINKING? Here's how you can start (and what to expect in the early stages of sobriety) I'm using AA/NA to find people with the same goals. I certainly don't follow the twelve step stuff or chalk up my sobriety to a higher power. I did hit rock bottom however. The fun nights I had in my twenties picking up girls and partying turned into depressing blackouts. My life is a lot different now for the better. I no longer battle depression, my friends have definitely changed. I'm present in my life now which feels amazing. 1	I've seen some stuff here about balding. Anyone interested in more? Actually not true. I have reversed mine a great deal with a minoxidil/progesterone/melatonin mixture. I have to bring the formula to a chemist to mix, which is a pain but it works. From the research I have done it's basically jacked up rogaine.
