Imagine meeting your girlfriend’s parents and now your confident and having good social skills. Start with something like that. Ive asked people stuff like “whoa that looks cool, that works your lats?” Or “excuse me, what’s that exercise called? It’s good for your back?” Another thing that kinda works is being like “you need to see this video.” Ask for their insta or something or show them on your phone.
