You may think this is funny, strange or not a serious suggestion, but I suggest you do zumba for your cardio. It has several benefits for mma/boxing in my experience. You move all the time with your feet, just like boxing. My footwork became better. Thanks to the recaps I did watch the last 4 episodes of both groups. One thing standing out for me was in one of the latest episodes from the women. The voiceover said something along the likes of they were really surviving now and did solve everything. But for the love of God I can't remember what they did in the end to feed themselves enough, unlike the men.
