I do both on 531. Normal heavy 5 to 7 reps, 3 sets. Then drop weight by at least 30% and then 3 sets of 15 reps. That will get heart going. I never do cardio but took a week off weights 2 weeks ago and ran like a mofo, stopping only once on a 3 miles run, so it works.
