Even if you are the best martial artist in the world, you will lose any 20 to 1 fight with adults.

Have a goal first, then go ahead on how you would implement that goal. So you want to make a 3d game, learn unity. I prefer python myself because its a bit faster and cleaner, but ruby is fine too.

You do know you do not start fights in thailand. All the thais will just come and beat you up to save their fellow thai. 20 to 1, you wont win.

That is generic webdev for banks, where you calculate interest rates. It's not the harder statistical arbitrage stuff that hedge funds do.

I know people who have taken boot camps and haven't gotten much of a job. But I somewhat doubted their hustle in life. A big part of the job is figuring out stuff yourself with just the internet and poking at software. You have a large amount of resources available to you out there. If you cannot teach yourself from the start, you'll find the rest of the job difficult. I taught myself coding with just a book, the internet and a high school break. I found my CS classes relatively unhelpful. Part …

It changes on the surface, but things stay quite the same. If you feel like import/export will work better then do that. Don't do boot camps, teach yourself. This is still a high skill career.

They don't sell t-shirts. The problem with a career is the limited upside. No matter how hard you work, you can at most get a %100 higher level of income. How easily will you break $500k/year income? Is that even possible for you with a job? And recommending a JD in the current JD job market is irresponsible. The reason why coding is emphasized is because you can do it anywhere, there are no social barriers to learning it, and no capital barriers of significance compared to becoming a doctor, la…

Unless you have significant assets & income where the cost of using such structures is less than the equivalent tax, it's not worth it for the common guy to do it. For example, there is a tax dodge in the UK where if you are not a UK citizen, and most of your income is outside of the UK, you can live in the UK as a 'resident non-domicile' and pay a flat tax of ~40k pounds/yr. So wealthy as fuck russians / greeks live in the UK and pay a relative pittance in taxes. Before that is even worth it al…

Get on computer, stop wasting time browsing reddit, just make a bunch of apps, websites and Arduino devices. Also practice every question in cracking the coding interview. You'll pretty much pass every single sillicon valley interview that way. But that will take a lot of work.

Other techies will suggest other stacks TBH. I personally wouldn't torture yourself with javascript and the ever eternal churn of whatever is javascript-library of the week. If you want to learn something backend that pays better than node, learn golang. Also do yourself a favor, skip mongo / couchdb. Repeated experiences in many companies have found it very painful. There is reason why cassandra / hadoop skills are the higher paying skills. Also you can use arduino as a gentler introduction to …

I really wouldn't give a fuck about their feral nature if it wasn't for the one sided nature of DV, regret sex and marriage / child support laws. It's like a child with a gun, or a box of wine. I understand the child, I love the child, I don't trust them with guns or wine boxes. And the fact there is no RISUG yet. All I want is justice in the eyes of the law, and it seems like you only get it in a fucking third world shit hole.

It still doesn't mean you will marry them, commit to them, see the frequently or anything of the sort. It means your one night stand success rates will go down because you have to 'play it safe' and you can't do risky-yet-exciting things to move things forward, since with dates, until you have sex, the likelihood of seeing the girl again for each successive date. I don't believe your in silicon valley if you think the entire immigration thing would be a problem. Especially with average worker having to pay $1800+/month in rent. H1b employees are not expensive relative to Americans. You might be underpaid if your think immigrant workers are expensive

Hr is a bit under the bus. Sexual anything is a big minefield and just one of those kind of lawsuits can destroy a company of that size. So the only way to get rid of this threat of an employee like that without lawsuits is to manage them out and make them quit. If you exacerbate the threat more, then you will be fired to help deal with the threat. So play along and just deal with it. Go read corporate confidential

I think removing a lot of oops babies will make it better, because any time when both parents fully plan for the kid will be better than the oops baby. It will also reduce birth rates further, causing desperate governments to maybe make having a family more enticing for men finally. Also avoiding hormonal birth control is healthier for your girl anyway.

Democracy matters when your are stuck where you are with high switching costs, and all the other choices are similarly locked down. Like being born as a citizen of a country. But on an online form where all it is talking, and the switching / publishing costs are very low, then democracy doesn't matter that much in that case.

Ironically, having kids in scandinavia isn't dangerous really. No real child support exists, and custody is joint by default! Because there is no money in marriage, most people in scandinavia nowadays don't get married. http://www.divorcecorp.com/child-custody-2/child-support-scandinavia/ I would live there if taxes weren't insane, I could safely have children and be in a developed country!

Well for bill burr in the USA, it would be a tax negative. Once you make over 450k annually, its better as a couple to not be married. He could pay her a 'salary' out of his corporation for tax equalization purposes and pay less tax total as a household.

No not really. It's because they had a human foundation and a norm of living that was civilization before the war started, and in 6 years or less it all ended. Black people don't visibly age as much, because their skin is far more protected by being black. It's like being asian. White people have it bad unfortunately. The aging I'm seeing in all of my white women peers compared to my asian / black ones is pretty sad :(
/r/TheRedPill23/02/15 08:31 AM

I think a big part of aging for men is going bald. Once you go bald you've went up in an age category. After that is graying hair and the condition of your skin. Also actors make money on their looks, so it would make sense that they would spend more on that in time and money than the average person.

For example I've shopped in Canada and the USA, and base prices before sales tax / VAT can be 2/3rd the price for the same thing in the USA compared to Canada. A TV can cost more in China than the USA although, so it's probably a bit more complicated than just consumer protection laws. But if consumer protection laws make warranties 2yr minimums, guess how much more the price of everything goes up for example? Also america does have a lot of consumer protection laws.

Well new york might be an easier stepping stone than miami for example. You'll get far higher pay and you can use it to get a US green card. I don't think you need to go 'black market' to get this. You could probably just buy it as some sort of herbal supplement already. It's mostly not sold in the USA mostly due it not being used like the thousands of other herbs used in south and south east asia. In india it's supposedly used to help with your cold for example. Or as an anti-inflamitory. You could bring in the next cold medicine ;) http://flowersofindia.net/catalog/slides/Gandarusa.html

Then you could lobby for the government to make it 'free' like female birth control is now and really rake in the cash! Or at least with something like medicare or a state version like MediCal. I thought about that for a while, but then IUDs and hormonal implants wouldn't be on the market with that kind of logic. They last ~5 years and are pretty cheap on a pure production cost basis, which isn't that much different business wise than the 10 year time span of RISUG. Even worse that their first versions did real damage to people and were taken off the market, yet you still see the second versions pushed to market now! Wealthy people do this in general. Usually it's the grandparents or some family trust that actually own the title. Old stable people are less likely to do risky shit that will expose them to lawsuits vs. the young because they are retired and mostly out of the dating market. I think it's still a cultural thing and won't really change things in practice. Look at Australia, Germany and Canada for real examples about how things really don't change at all. Guys complain about women from all 3 places. Chico, California is a much better place to be a (young) man than Toronto by a long mile, but by your theory, it should be the opposite. In Australia and Canada at least, hookers are still expensive as FUCK. Canadians are not aware that in-call hookers are legal, but Austra…

What that actually means is in-call hookers are legal, street hookers and brothels are not, unless something has changed in the past 5 years that I am not aware of. But most Canadians are surprised that yes, hookers are legal. Police still harass hookers too. It doesn't seem to change anything.

Well, I'm not so sure about start ups being necessarily better. You do get equity based compensation in large companies too with vesting schedules. For example, the typical Google employee makes $250-$350k in total compensation. That is a combination of salary, bonus and stock compensation. That stock compensation can be thought of as leverage, because you often get better terms than just getting cash and being forced to buy the stock at the same time. When you make a lot of money, cost of living doesn't matter as much as taxes do. I'm comparing it to places like BC or Alberta, which has a comparable tax rate to California. And you still have the same benefits as the rest of Canada in Montreal.

You'll have to deal with uncanny valley problems. And in 20 years, you are NOT going to have human personality level AI. At best it would be animal like. Often you can predict the future of consumer technology 10-20 years in the future by seeing what is currently being done today in labs. The guy was an idiot either way. If he's that wealthy he should of known better how to act in that kind of situation. Tell her to get out of the house now for trespassing and sue for exposure to STDs with the home video recording that she has implicitly consented to. And get her arrested for prostitution. Most people would of been on his side. Maybe she knew some dirt about him :/

Egg beaters / egg whites in a carton + salsa are a great breakfast to introduce to girls. It's tasty, you can make it in 2 minutes with a microwave, it's easy to measure the calories, it's pure protein, it fills you up a lot and its really low calories compared to how much you can eat. Women are just more medically expensive in general, they use services more, need yearly gyno exams, get pregnant, etc, etc. Free contraception is just one small part of it. The people most likely to have unwanted children and cause the most damage are the ones least able to afford contraception.

Free contraception leads to less unwanted children, which leads to less economic destruction and a net reduction of cost. Contraceptive pills are very cheap compared to any single child.

It's definitely the food culture & supply. Even in the healthier areas of the USA, there is way too much high calorie food everywhere. If you don't stay constantly vigilant, the crap pushers just push candy everywhere and it's always minorly rude if you don't accept the food. It drives me fucking nuts. http://chickentuna.com/Crap_pushers_sample_letter.html

This one was pretty accurate: " Women to men would have to adjust to the idea that no one cares about how you feel, you are expected to perform regardless of your situation. Also exhibiting your sexuality in any sense is considered creepy, unless it is self-depreciating or you are in a tiny percentile. Higher risk of being harmed/murdered. Men to women would have to adjust to being considered less capable of an arduous task. The increased value on self-presentation due to societal pressure. Loss…

Don't get married where the laws will fuck you over. But I don't even know if that is actually practical for most people to move out of their countries. What if you make x3 the money in the USA for example? Also watch out for cohabitation leading to common law marriage where you live. Even if you have a child, you at least won't get fucked over by alimony and half of your assets in the case of the divorce. You would only have child support in a worse case situation, which is better than all 3.

In high school, the hardest to easiest science subjects are: Physics <- Lots of math! Chemistry Biology Also there is a segment of math majors that find doing math problems easier than programming computers for computer science. On top of that there are comp sci majors that don't like to program o_O.

I would do it about the obesity epidemic, how it started in america and is spreading internationally, including Scandinavia. I think people will like it since it's gender neutral and poo poos the ugly fat americans that Europeans probably like to feel superior to. Canadians definitely do the we're-better-than-the-USA thing. Swole acceptance wont be as well received. There is a 'satanic trinity' of costs in America that is really overpriced: Healthcare, Education, & Housing (in the money making parts). In Canada healthcare is practically free and education is a lot cheaper than it is in the USA. You can obtain student loans that are interest free from the government also while you are in school. You also have interest covering if your are low income. Housing used to be cheaper than the USA too, until the real estate bubble started in early 2000. But fortunat…

And old and poor people. But just on a cost basis alone, socialized health care is half price for an entire country. Free birth control is also a lot cheaper for a society in exchange for less children raised by poor single mothers.

In today's modern world, being tied to an actual physical location is actually limiting in building a wealthy family. We don't look at houses today as an economic investment, and they really shouldn't be. The real cost of a house is something like a $500 a month mortgage, which is not much for the typical new york investment banker. Today's family building empires (think indian/asian American families) are spread around economic hot spots like sillicon valley and new york making cash in areas th…

If you live in not-USA, the healthcare benefits are minimal or non-existent, and if you make enough money as a couple (happens in SF/NYC), it's a tax negative! Also in some countries, the tax benefit would only come from one person not working. But you'll have the extra expense of supporting someone else, so the tax benefits can be neutralized from that expense alone.

One of the best ways to learn how to build a social circle is not having any at all because you just moved to a new city. My social skills went up a lot when I did that. Americans pay double compared to people in single payer healthcare systems. If the USA can unwind it's fuck up of a medical system, in the end, everyone will save a lot of money. And if women having free birth control will reduce 'oops' babies by any significant degree, the USA will save millions of dollars per oops baby prevented. That's pretty cheap for commodity drugs that only cost as much as a multivitamin pack at Target.
