It definitely helped. I think it made a bigger difference for me though because I don’t really have a super masculine look. I’m rocking a super non intimidating baby face. Adding 10-15 pounds of muscle really helped to make me look more like a man and less like a boy.

I joined a league called Vavi. It’s big in San Diego but I’m not sure if it’s in other cities too. I’m sure there is something equivalent in LA though.

I would suggest joining a co-ed sports league. I know SF has some leagues where you go play kickball and go to bars afterwards. That’s a great way to build a social circle.

Couldn't agree more with this! I've met a lot of amazing girls and also some really terrible girls in my time gaming. Most of the terrible ones were the RBF girls in the corner. They can be tempting to approach because there are no obstacles that prevent you from walking up. If a girl looks super unpleasant, she probably is! Of course, there are some exceptions though.

Yep, both Tinder and Bumble used to be great for me. Now, I get nothing on there. I have been using Hinge now and have regularly been going out with cuties. I would recommend trying it, but you have to pay $7 per month to get unlimited likes. You will hardly get anything if you don't have the unlimited likes.

I think you need to set harsh consequences for yourself if you don't approach. Give a friend $100 and tell them to not give it back to you until you approach. That will definitely ensure that you do it.

For those big groups, i would recommend that you pick out one person (guy or girl) who is kind of outside the group and talk to them. You can have them introduce you to the rest of the group and then you become part of the group.

The moment she sees you are jealous/awkward will be the moment your relationship starts to fall apart. She should see that this is a total non issue for you.

I used to have this exact same problem! I started reacting less and just laughing along with the joke. People only target the ones who can't take a joke.

Thanks man, I appreciate the answer.

Do you have some advice on how to get your mindset right? My beliefs about myself have gotten worse lately because of some difficult circumstances in life. My results with women have plummeted as a result. I don't quite know how to get my old mindset back.

Could not agree more! My roommate started getting too emotional around his GF. She left him quickly and is now repulsed by him.

I love this post! I am a guy who struggles with rejection. Reading stuff like this makes me excited for the rejection that awaits me in business and dating.
/r/TheRedPill01/05/18 02:14 AM

I'm thinking social circle or indirect game would be your best option. I have a good friend who is from Pune. He does a lot of direct cold approach in the US, but he said you can't really do it in India. Maybe an opener like, "hey don't I know you from..." would work well there.

I was actually a founding member of the fraternity, so I didn't have to rush. I would say you first need to work on getting laid on a regular basis before even thinking about getting a girlfriend. If you are entering a relationship without having an abundance of women in your life, the relationship will most likely not go well. The reason being, you will display neediness to your girlfriend. On a conscious or subconscious level, you will feel like you need to keep her around because you don't ha…

If you haven't dated before, you will probably not be super smooth on the date. Keeping this is mind should actually put you at ease! If you fumble your words, cool! If you run out of thighs to say, cool! If you ask a weird question, cool! Just don't put any pressure on yourself to make it the perfect date. Go there and enjoy the learning experience! Dating is a skill. You are taking the first steps to getting better at it.

I was in a very similar position to you a while ago! I also joined a fraternity at age 21 and I was the sexually inexperienced one out of the group. By the end of my senior year, I had become pretty successful with women. Here's how I did it: Go to as many parties/socials as you possibly can. At the parties/socials, go around the party and approach a bunch of girls (like at least 10 per party). Just say something like "what's up I'm ..." If the conversation seems to be going well, start getting …

Totally understand that this seems far-fetched. Before meeting that guy, I would have thought the same thing. Just wanted to address each point. (First Point) What motivation would I have to lie to you? I am not promoting some dating advice company or trying to make myself feel better. I feel worse about myself when I see that guy crushing it, and I am getting mediocre results. I am only trying to motivate guys on here to go out work on themselves. (Second Point) It isn't about saying the perfec…

Yeah, it is extremely rare to find an unattractive guy who can do that. I was baffled when I met that friend I wrote about because I had not met someone like that before. Definitely altered my reality when I saw him approach women for the first time.

Those are some great questions. I'll use my friend as an example again since he has internalized this belief better than anyone I know. At first, he would go out to approach women without having that belief internalized. He just read books like The Game and watched some pickup content on Youtube. He kept seeing these teachers that said that you can still succeed, despite being unattractive. At first, he was skeptical. He promised himself that he would give pickup a solid try to see if it is legi…

You can still approach girls during the day, talk to girls in classes or join mixed gender clubs. I would also recommend reading Models and watching RSD videos for some solid knowledge. I would start with this video https://m.youtube.com/watch?t=6958s&v=ESX0A1eNQV0
/r/seduction15/03/18 06:12 PM

I know it's probably too late to change this guy's mind, but for everyone else reading, DO NOT believe this bullshit. I know a lot of guys who are successful with women. Many of them are attractive white guys. But you know who fucks the most hot girls out of anyone that I know? A 120 pound, 5'7, Indian dude with an accent. He gets girls because he doesn't complain and keeps working on his game. If you are not a traditionally good looking guy, you can still succeed by developing game.

Well said dude. To add to that, I would say you need to also find uncomfortable social situations and throw yourself into them. If there's some weird class you hear about, go check it out. If you see somebody who looks intimidating, go talk to them. If you continue making yourself very uncomfortable, your social skills will improve drastically.

Watch a bunch of RSD videos, read Models and keep talking to girls! Go ask 100 girls on dates over the next year or so. You're life will greatly improve!
/r/seduction21/02/18 09:02 AM

You actually went out to do daygame. That means you're ahead of 99% of guys.

Join the RSD inner circle Facebook page for SF. It's a very active group. You will definitely be able to find wings there.

That's super fucking detrimental to your personal growth. Go out often and get better at game. This problem about girls wanting nothing to do with you will go away if you do game for years.
/r/seduction21/10/17 11:29 PM

This happens to everyone when they are starting to learn pickup, and even to more advanced guys. You just have to keep on going out and developing your skills. Just know that whenever you ask a girl for her number, there is a pretty high likelihood she won't reply.

Every time you sit down in a classroom, make it your mission to just say something to the person sitting next to you. Doesn't have to be anything special, just ask about the homework or something. If you do that in every class, you will be surprised how many conversations will develop.

Sounds like your college is a lost cause if those statistics are correct. Find some good bars around you that have lots of women and approach there. Also, you should really work on getting over that fear of approaching on the train.

I'm guessing this is just from a lack of dating experience. I used to have the exact same issue. The only way to fix it is by going on more dates with more girls.

Go out a lot and get good with women in general. Once you get to the point where you have many women that you're seeing, one girl becomes less of a big deal to you.
/r/seduction06/09/17 02:58 AM

Exactly. When you have a fear of rejection, your sub communication is unattractive and needy. It will show in your body language, vocal tonality and eye contact. You really do have to go out and deal with countless rejections in order to get rejected less often. There is no other way around it if you want to have an abundant dating life.

This is definitely the right answer. I hate it how many of the other top comments are only telling you to do the extra little things, but nobody else is telling you to just go practice the skill of talking to women over and over again. It's like saying that you want to get good at basketball, but everyone is telling you to hit the gym and read about basketball. Just go play basketball to get better.
/r/seduction10/07/17 01:25 AM

Check out the RSD inner circle Facebook group for your area. That's probably the easiest way to find wings.

Hey man, I was in a very similar situation to you about three years ago. I just want to tell you what my biggest mistake was when I was starting the success with women journey. I read all of this stuff about becoming a high value man by changing your lifestyle. I then started putting a massive amount of effort into lifestyle change. I went to the gym regularly, started reading, doing things that were out of my comfort zone, etc. This whole time, I mostly avoided approaching women. I thought that…

I totally feel your pain man. I've noticed that most stuff that is written about pickup does not really tell you just how often you will get rejected when you are new to this. It's very eye opening to go out for the first time and see how hard it is to start out. That being said, you just need to push through that beginning pain period. For me, sticking with pickup has been one of the most difficult things that I have ever done, but also by far the most rewarding. You truly become a higher quali…

You might have already seen this advice on this sub, but read Models by Mark Manson. He teaches you how to fundamentally change your lifestyle so that you can be someone who is attractive to women. The book completely changed my life for the better.

I'm not gonna reiterate the obvious benefits of meditation. I just want to mention something that I've noticed that I haven't seen others write about. I have noticed that since I started meditating, more girls make eye contact with me and smile at me when I'm walking around. I think that this is because mediation has given me a more relaxed and happy look on my face. It could also be that when I make eye contact with girls now, I give them a more steady gaze, which is much more attractive.

So here's what made me finally approach. I gave my friend 20 dollars and told him to not give it back to me unless I approach a girl within the next 7 days. When you have a financial incentive and someone keeping you accountable, it makes it much easier to take action.

Congratulations dude! The first approach is probably the most difficult part of pickup. Keep it up on a regular basis and you will be amazed by how much you progress.

I couldn't agree more. I have improved my game drastically in the past few months and I strongly believe that a large part of the success was due to making meditation a habit.

I can not seem to get the courage to do a bold approach. I really want to be able to just stop girls that are walking around school and talk to them. Every time I see one I want to talk to, I just freeze. Does anybody have some tips for this? I can do the easier approaches, like standing in line or talking to a girl sitting near me.
