Nah man. Sorry if it came off that way. I know this sub isn't the greatest at uplifting men (though it has it's good intentions). Don't need validation from people I don't even know on some internet platform. Just some solid advice moving forward. Anyways, take care

Yep, this happened to me to countless times. Long story short, recently I opened up to a gf about me finding out recently that my two male role models, my dad and my uncle, both got hit with cancer. She randomly asks how they were doing about a month after telling her and it caught me by surprise and got me choked up.. Her actions following that day was immediately cold and distant and stopped hitting me up all the time. Figured I fucked up and just treating her as a plate that I see every few m…

Yep, just a recent example... On the spur of the moment, met up with an old fling (who was home on college break) at a bar who was out with all her girlfriends (who are all in a relationship, mind you) and just before arriving, my girl literally texted me saying, "Lol everyone's fucking with their ex here tonight, so no one is worried about me seeing you." Ended up bringing her and her friends back to my place where they happened to hear me and her friend going at it...like wtf lol. Knowing that…

You only have nothing to say or are lost for words because you do not believe YOU have value. You are trying to find the "right thing" to say because you are not sure in yourself (no value), and you wanna feel validated by the girl. Validate your self. Every word that comes out of your mouth is pure gold from here on out. It's more about the vibe than it is the words. Good job crushing your fears though, keep at it.

You just answered your own question OP. First mistake: You're sedentary. Our bodies are built to move and play. Go exercise, get some sunshine rays beaming at you in the morning, I'm sure your diet is shit too. That is probably gonna be the biggest change once you get that handled. Healthy fats and protein. Lift some heavy weights a couple times a week, exert your self and finish each workout proud of yourself for fuckkking gettin it. Also, fuck more. At 21, your libido shouldn't be so low dude,…

Yes, you're a fucking idiot if you do. I can't even count how many friends I've lost by "attempting" to fuck around with my sister and/or girlfriend at the time.. It's fucked up, IF your friend isn't hooking you two up. And can ruin a long lasting friendship for a simple lay.

Thanks dude, I appreciate it! It's been a challenging year for me personally, but I've been making some big changes (especially this week). I love Peru, I went back in December and have fallen in love with the place and the people.

You've hit the nail on its head. I've drank aya and the most difficult part is integrating your experience AFTER the ceremonies.. I am in the middle of losing just about everything (long time friends, family, relationships, etc.) moving across the country to follow my passions and excelling in college. Shit is hard but also liberating. Plan on going back to the jungle come December. Good share.

Tease them (or better yet, her) back, no over thinking it, you should have done or said ANYTHING the first time around when she called out her friend. I would've shaken my ass towards them, and said "Come get it ;)" with joking humor and a smart ass smirk.. Do it with confidence and total nongiveafuckness and you're golden. live and learn

You put all your eggs in one basket. Waaay to much investment on her and probably subconsciously acted needy and she saw through you that you just wanted sex. Act less desperate, get more girls and don't give a shit about this little hump. This happens all the time to guys, in college.. It's nothing in your control. You don't claim her (or her pussy) bro, she just didn't choose you THAT night. No worries, keep going out and have fun.

Dude, I am cringing for you. We've ALL been there though. Good on you for reading up on your own actions and realizing it rather than being a bitch and in denial about it. Takes a man to see it and change it around. Now, just practice this consciously and always be aware of your emotions and how you're coming off.

duuuude, tell her to meet you at the gym. Be playful and do some kino, get to know her, blah blah blah.. then when the workouts over, grab her hand and say "Hey, let's grab some coffee! theres a place right by our house." boom. now you're on a date. Get her comfort levels rising by being around you. Be interested instead of interesting. She'll want to end up coming back to your place

No. That's bullshit. You should be ready to go at any time at our age. Fuck that dude. Fuck pills. Get on your shit and take responsibility for your lack of purpose and vision. it's all in your head.

Dial down on your nutrition bro. It starts with that, then use that energy and life force to hit the gym, get moving. DRINK MORE WATER! Eat more healthy foods. Get on your sleep! Make that your priority and I guarantee you'll feel like a fucking king. Treat yourself right dude, I'm 20 as well, and this is what a lot of 20 year olds are lacking. Be ahead of the game.

Do you have any past trauma as a child when you had to act tough? Try meditating and accepting those thoughts and laugh at them. Gain some more self-confidence and self-love. To me it sounds like you have very low self-esteem. Work on your inner shit first and learn to love yourself.
