2	A line that drastically increases sexual tension... for me I would say that it generally means they’re trying to send a subtle (usually negative) message (like “what are you doing?” “strange” “stop”), especially if you’re in close proximity (having a conversation, acquaintances/friends, etc.). At the same time, I (female) sometimes stare at people I find attractive with a blank expression on in the hopes of them thinking I’m not looking at them (and therefore have an unreactive/expressionless face).
