I used an app called TouchCopy to download all of the texts from my phone to pdf or text files. It allows you to select specific conversations and date ranges. My attorney liked it so much that she has been recommending it to her other clients.

IANAL, but if you already agreed for her to get the car, why would she not get the money? She will need it to get a new vehicle, and 3 months is a long time to wait. What is your goal in making her wait?

Much better since they came home. They were living in another state and going to a new school for the spring semester 2019. Neither of them liked it at all. She dropped them off for a weekend back in June and never came back to get them, in fact, she has only seen them a handful of times since. I know it has to bother them, but they are happy to be back in school with their friends and sleeping in their own beds. Since she lives four hours away, they don't really like spending 8 hours in the car…

I feel you dude. Similar situation here: XW has mental health issues, left last December and took the kids. I am 42 and spent 4 months living with my parents. It can work out though. I got the house and the kids in the divorce, and things are starting to look up for me. Just take care of yourself and those kids when you have them.

I got custody of the kids in the divorce. Her antics didn’t go over well with the judge.

There is never a good time, but there are definitely some bad ones. It would have been much better for the kids and for me if she had waited until after New Years. I didn’t see my children for 3 months, and they didn’t get their Christmas presents or see their cousins and grandparents until March.

Please wait! My wife left me 2 days before Christmas last year and the timing made it so much worse.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
