it doesn't need reconciling. if they have good genetics, then they're already fine. i'm talking about the people who don't. if someone has shitty genetics and they choose not to better themselves, that's fine, but people are still gonna be grossed out by them.

if someone doesn't want to put in those years of hard work, thats fine. but they cant expect to be treated the same as someone who does. they're not going to be as positively received, and don't deserve to be.

it seems to me like a reasonable thing to do. i pick and eat anyway, so why stop if someone is around? i understand if they're attractive or an employer you're trying to get hired by, but with an ugly person, why would it matter?

"I think you just don't want to call him alpha because..." or gavinok has a different definition of alpha, which trump doesn't fit. that seems like the more likely explanation.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/16 08:36 AM

trump isn't alpha though, he's constantly mocked and generally treated as a joke by his detractors. which is probably part of his appeal, its contrarian to like him. also his age excludes him from being alpha

i guess. that guy from the wedding did lose weight, he's still fat as shit, like 5'9 / 200ish last time i saw him, but before, i'd guess he was close to 220 / 230. i'd like to think i helped push him in the right direction. maybe the feeling of knowing someone prefers to be surrounded by piss and shit (hanging out in a public bathroom) rather than walk next to him caused him to adopt a healthier lifestyle.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/03/16 07:43 AM
1

i'm okay with trannies, but fat people are gross. i was a bridesmaid at my cousin's wedding one time and the groomsman i had to walk with was kinda fat, so i excused myself to the bathroom and just kinda hung out in there for about 20 mins until it was over. then i came back out like "oh sorry my stomach hurt". this was only about 3 years ago, and now fat people get told how awesome they are.

the fight looks different to different people. it can be anything from marching and petitioning for equal rights to going after specific individuals. like if a co-worker says something you perceive as sexist, you can key their car or start rumors about their child porn collection.

there's nothing wrong with leaving a partner if you lose your attraction to them, for whatever the reason maybe, its not a pill issue. i would leave a guy if he went bald and refused to fix it (transplant, finasteride, etc) , this isn't that much different. sure she might be suffering more than the balding guy, but you can't be expected to stay with someone who grosses you out.

it definitely helped. the boys lacrosse team had better looking athletes than the other sports and being on the girls team helped me gain access to them.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/02/16 03:11 AM

i meant from the woman's perspective. if a woman is looking for an attractive partner, its best to be part of an attractive social circle. and being confident can help her enter these circles. i use to play yugioh cards in 7th grade until puberty hit and i realized the guys i was playing with were all pimply faced, out of shape losers. so i dropped the habit and joined the lacrosse team.

i'll put it another way, if you want a job as an oil executive, you should probably move to houston or calgary. can you get one while living in toronto or atlanta? sure, but it's going to be a bit harder.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/02/16 02:49 AM
1

isn't it just easier for him to date someone from his circle? why would he try to find someone who's "hiding" when he can just have the hypothetical cheerleader?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/02/16 02:28 AM
1

while this may be true, the cheerleader has a better chance of attracting a desirable mate. if you're not confident, you're less likely to enter a social circle with attractive men, which means you're more likely to end up with some gross slob.

my fantasy is being with a sexy muscular BP guy who visciously bullies RPers at every opportunity. like i imagine him walking up to them and smacking things out of their hand, using racial slurs against rpers of color, spitting on them, stealing their hat and playing keep away with it, beating them up just for lulz. ideally he would work at a company owned by his dad, and be the manager, and the underlings would be rpers who have to deal with the abuse or risk losing their job. he would constant…

/r/PurplePillDebate12/02/16 07:40 PM

now that i think about, we can't sterilize all of them, because then future generations won't be able to benefit from the labor camps. i think we should allow some of them to breed so we have a regular supply of workers. they should just be kept out of normal society. also it might be a good idea to breed a few just for sport, like maybe we can make them fight gladiator style.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/02/16 07:30 PM
2

if they're attractive, they can stay. the ones who are intelligent and hardworking but not attractive could maybe be put into forced labor camps so they can still contribute something.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/02/16 05:31 AM
0

sure, i said women specifically because you did. i think it should be for everyone who wants it. not just the underclass, but people of all ethnicities, genders, and social classes. even though good looking educated white men and women getting sterilized is dysgenic, you still have to offer the same benefits to them for the sake of equality.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/02/16 04:52 AM
1

but those men are usually below average looking, so its a good thing. its better they not be around. although maybe forced labor camps where they're put on suicide watch would be a better idea, so they can at least be productive.

a slightly fat early 20s guy is nowhere near equal to a skinny guy of the same age. the skinny guy will always have higher value, even if he's not jacked. even though i personally like muscle, a lot of girls like skinny guys like joseph gordon levitt, leonardo dicaprio, most of the popular male youtubers, etc. not that i don't like some skinny guys either, i just prefer a little muscle. fat is a deal breaker though, thats primarily what drove me away from feminism, i can't get behind that body p…

if you're not attracted to the person, there can't be chemistry. thats the problem with "beta bucks", sure its nice to have a good house and car, but at the end of the day, you still have to share the house with a gross guy, so its not worth it.

"needing an accurate account of peoples relative attractiveness to take anything seriously" that depends on who it is and what they're saying. if an ugly doctor is saying stuff about how to avoid getting a flu, you might listen and take him seriously. if the same ugly doctor is talking about dating and his preferences for the opposite sex, you won't, because if his smv is beneath yours, then his opinion doesn't matter in the first place.

"I think a lot of women choose the best available man in their social circle, and sometimes that isn't much." thats definitely true, which is why having an attractive social circle is so important. i never understood stuff like gamergate or that girl on youtube who makes videos about women in games. why would women wanna engage with gamers or be part of that community? most of the guys there are trash, with the exception of pewdiepie (who i quite like) and a few others. they should be focusing o…

i would recommend showing restraint when it comes to being nice for both genders. a lot of guys can misinterpret it as interest when a girl is nice, so its best to avoid it unless the guy is attractive. you don't want to give anyone the wrong idea, so when interacting just do the bare minimum to seem polite, but never let it get friendly. answer questions with minimum words, don't do favors, don't ask for favors, don't ask questions, don't admit to liking something they like. for example, if the…

i said exactly the opposite, that it wasn't pervasive. "TBP is pretty mild though" i think were my exact words. i was just saying it would be funnier if they became more inflammatory and began attacking people, not just ideas. i don't really do the "high road" thing another thing you can do is find some rp guy, pretend to flirt with him (gross, i know, but stay with me on this). then after you get his number, put a craigslist ad saying "i'm selling meth, call me at this number". worst case scena…

i already posted, and i wasn't using that term as an insult, just a descriptive term. in fact i think they're beneficial in certain areas because you don't have to worry about how you come off in front of them. like the guy who works at the bagel place where i went for breakfast this morning fits the description, if he was good looking, i would have to brush my teeth and put on outside clothes before going there to get bagels. but because he was ugly, i was less worried about my breath / sleepin…

if you can't eliminate them, you can try to avoid. in my experience, good looking people tend to be better socialized and more agreeable. so i would recommend only hanging around those who are attractive. i understand the appeal of having a beta who will do stuff for you, but its really not worth it imo. plus i think being seen with them will hurt your social standing.

its not harsh at all. i was only talking about extreme rp readers. the ones who are moderate and actively work on improving themselves through exercise, good grooming, learning social skills, etc, are fine. i think a slight majority of rp readers fit that description. i was talking about the 30-40% that don't. you said yourself, a certain number of RP readers are unhinged right? if thats true, isn't it better they not be around?

who does it hurt? trp members? tbp doesn't like them in the first place, so hurting them brings lols. stuff like making fun of their health problems, family deaths, emotional issues like depression, etc, is okay. i think tbp is pretty mild though, like if an rp guy is talking about going to jail over not paying alimony, and you joke around about how you hope he gets raped in prison by a guy with aids, that would be more interesting.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/16 09:10 PM

i'm saying thats what many bps think. and i think rp and rpw has a few valid bits of advice to give, and there are many legit guys who follow trp. but a good percentage (at least 30-40) of the readers are just slovenly pigs. i think theres both good and bad, but a lot of the bp people think its just bad.

you're right that its better to be valued for something you were born with rather than having to work for it, its much easier. but a lot of people do value good looking men over productive men. an attractive guy who lives with his parents is preferable to a guy who builds bridges or cures cancer. the bridge and the cancer cure are beneficial, but they're not sexy.

"Women are much more likely to do anything with a high value man" like resist the urge to pick their nose and eat it in front of the? i had a post earlier about the wanting to be raped by high value men thing, i don't think its so much that they want to be raped, but that they would consent to it in the first place. that a high value man aggressively putting the moves on someone would be greeted more warmly than an ugly guy doing it

you can engage something without giving it credibility, just avoid serious discussions, make your responses half jokingly, and sprinkle your messages with anti rp sentiments. and occasionally say inflammatory things to get rpers mad

cuntish behavior can be appealing in certain circumstances, like when its directed at someone you don't like. most girls like the thought of their boyfriend beating up or harassing a guy they don't like. like imagine you're with this muscular guy and he's going up to a trper and slapping a drink out of his hand and spitting in his face, thats kinda hot

yes of course, not because i'm preparing for rape though. its more just because i don't enjoy interacting, even platonically, with straight men unless they look good. i'm somewhat introverted to socializing takes effort, and i don't feel the effort is warranted if they're unattractive. i tend to give one word responses to most of their questions, so it never gets to a point where we become friendly

i like how it encourages self improvement, but also recognize that a large minority of trpers are just gross bitter neckbeards. just like i agree with a lot of what feminism has to say, but think most feminists need to chillax with the microaggression stuff. the overly aggressive / dogmatic ones don't really matter since a - they might only be venting, not like that in real life, and b - not people you would hang out in the first place. i wouldn't worry about the hygiene of the homeless guy who …

thats basically my plan minus the homestead. my future partner will mostly likely be another woman, so no kids to worry about. but i figure if she makes around 3K a month after tax and i can bring in around 1500-2K + a free apartment, i can more or less retire in our 30s.

it depends on the maturity of the person, i've vandalized a former boss's car because he yelled at me about coming in too late. i was working as a cashier at this place and after my shift went to the burger store to get one and a milkshake. i drank most of it and poured the rest on his car. i don't think cases like mine are exceptionally rare, a lot of people hate their boss just by virtue of them having the final say / having the ability to influence your life.

pretty good plan, i try to save around 40%. about 25% fixed. and 35% wants, which for me is usually just medical marijuana and eating out. i'm 25, single, living alone. fixed income is 200 on groceries, 80 on toiletries and haircut, and 100 on metro pass and gym membership. $95 on cell, net, cable

if we're talking about sex, younger people are way more valueable. there are a handful of 45 year olds that still look good and date younger women, but they're a tiny minority. most are kinda gross and have trouble dating. i'd say its good to be young no matter your sex.

i would describe "sparks" as a feeling of "i wanna see this guy again, and possibly get physical at some point". and i would suggest only agreeing to see if someone if you feel that way. if you just feel like "well he's ok, idk, maybe i'll like him more if i got to know him better", it probably won't work. i keep restating my original point lol, its because idk if i'm coming across clearly. also i'm not trying to "slut shame" as they say.

well i'd guess many of them are low on the desirability totem pole based on their choice of reading material lol. i understand the no sparks part, but i assumed that was decided within the first 10 mins or so for non-online interactions. like the guy i'm seeing now, i sort of "admired from a far" before actually trying to talk to him, so i already went in knowing i wanted him. thats how all of my dates have gone, so they've all led to second, thirds, fourths, etc. i was just suggesting that if y…

i thought the "cultural narrative" was "don't be a slut" which is pretty much the opposite of "give guys a chance". and i'm not talking about knowing someone for a long time before dating them, i mean knowing whether or not you like someone based on a 10 min interaction. idk if its just me, but if i enjoy a guy's company for 10 mins, it means he's 1 - attractive and 2 - somewhat enjoyable to be around, which means he's a good candidate for at least a brief relationship, lasting at least a few mo…
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/16 08:05 AM

so you said yes because you felt bad for them? i usually can tell if i'm compatible with someone early on, based on their appearance and how we interact. i never tried online dating, so that might be harder, but in person, i can get a good idea of their personality. i don't think its a good idea to date someone who you only think is "okay". if you didn't like them in the first 10 mins, another 60 with them probably won't change that.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/16 07:06 AM

well people who complain about others being picky are usually low on the totem pole, the people not getting picked in the first place, so i wouldn't take anything they say seriously. but 87 is definitely a lot. she seems more desperate than anything, giving anyone a chance who asks for it. i would guess that many of the guys she agreed to go out with, she was lukewarm about. which isn't a good idea. i think its better to only go out with someone if i was already willing to have sex with them and…

i'm talking more about the latter kind of guy, they're admittedly a tiny minority, probably smaller than most feminists think. i wouldn't be too bothered if he got into the accident. the subtle social codes guy isn't really a misogynist since that means someone who hates women. he's just "old fashioned" or whatever. which is fine, some people are into that.

i don't think arguing is always a good idea, because it requires you to treat the person as an equal, as someone worth talking to. but you can disrespect people in other ways without engaging them in a serious conversation. sometimes racial slurs or comments about their appearance or penis size works just fine.

/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/16 07:26 PM

i'm talking about a situation where you dind't agree to it before hand. like if you're taking the elevator with someone and they just start kissing your neck or trying to take your shirt off or something. wouldn't you prefer that person be attractive? it starts off forced, but quickly becomes consensual because you're into it.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/16 07:25 PM
-7

"If someone is raping you, I don't think what they look like really matters." idk, i think it would change how you respond to it. if they look good, you're more likely to consent to what they're doing, but i didn't say there was a 100% chance you would.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/16 07:10 PM

exactly, my question was asking why you would hang out with someone if you wouldn't consent in the first place, if you think they might try something on you.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/16 07:03 PM

no, i'm assuming some of them want to have consensual sex with their attractive male friends. so when they "put the moves" on you, you would be more likely to consent.

thats true, i never said you shouldn't have friends. i'm asking why you would wanna be friends with someone you're not attracted to. in addition to the rape thing, it can also lower your own social standing. being seen with certain people.

an easier way would be to pose as a girl interested in sex, get his number, and put an ad on craigslist saying "i'm selling meth, call me at this number if you wanna buy some". you could get his house raided by police. they might even freeze his assets for a few weeks / months, until they know for sure he's not up to anything.

people discriminate for all kinds of reasons when it comes to who they hang out, who they date, who they allow to babysit, etc. i don't think renting or hiring is that different. especially if its a small business where you have to see the person every day. or a duplex / triplex where you live in the same exact building. thats partly why i stopped being a feminist, because they were pushing for too many quotas / anti discrimination laws which take rights away from the employer. also because fat …

i know there are laws against it, i was just saying i didn't agree with them. i don't think it should be illegal to be like "i don't like group x, so i don't want them around me." thats a pretty big invasion of someone's rights
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/16 12:59 AM

forcing them do it would violate the rights of the business owner. its especially touchy for me because my tenants live right below me, i'm essentially sharing my home with them. there's a door that seperates our apartments, but i don't think i should be forced to have someone in my house if i don't want them there. i'm not anti gay btw, i like guys, but my long term partner will very likely be another woman.

/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/16 11:28 PM

it might be harmful for his employers to associate with him, so they might want to know

idk about the framing someone to be a pedo part, but whats wrong with exposing what someone says? if he did say something offensive and derogatory, his employers might wanna know who they're working with. i have tenants and i'd wanna know if they were up to something i didn't like.

same, even though i'm slightly more red than blue, i can't embrace rp men because i assume they're less attractive for that reason. i've never met anyone i would really consider red pill, so i can't say for sure, but i would think many would fall under the genetic underclass category. so its best to not engage with them
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/16 11:01 PM

do you think trpers are more attractive than average? i know a lot of them actively work towards it and i think its admiriable, but a large minority of them just seem like incels

i'm mostly attracted to white guys, although there are a handful of asians and hispanics i like as well. but i'd say around 90% of the guys i like are white, or at least white looking. like a hispanic or lebanese guy who can pass for italian.

i wouldn't ridicule someone for their particular choices or beliefs (unless i was doing it for the benefit of my friends, like when you're sitting around making jokes about a particular person or group of people), but in some cases, i may avoid them socially. avoiding them socially usually takes the form of something innocuous like answering questions with just a yes or no, or responding with just "uh huh". basically just refusing to have a real conversation with them.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/16 05:19 AM
0

40%? can i ask where you live?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/16 04:51 AM

but if there's no place for them in my "emotional world", what incentive do i have to change my behavior around them? picking my nose isn't something i only do in public, i also do it at home. its a childhood habit i have yet to outgrow. i think a lot of people do it, i just do it publically as well. its similar to people who hum for example, like quietly singing along with whatever they're listening to on their ipod.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/16 04:45 AM
0

no, i wasn't trying to show trp anything. i was just wondering how others would react to something unusual / slightly offputting. and if the witness does for whatever reason find it hurtful, there's nothing i can do about that.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/16 04:31 AM
-1

why would it matter if i'm not trying to befriend them, start a relationship, or get hired by them?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/16 04:26 AM
0

i never said i didn't. i would never pick and eat in front of an attractive guy, or my friends, or my mom. i do it around my dad, but he's super chill, he wouldn't care. my mom would probably be like "wtf are you doing?" lol. and i don't think seeing someone pick their nose and eat it would necessarily make someone feel bad, they would probably just raise an eyebrow, think it was weird, and forget about it.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/16 04:24 AM

in my current neighborhood, its around 1 in 7 if you only count white men in their 20's. i don't notice other races and age groups. for women, i'd say maybe 1 in 4, but a lot of that is probably due to make up
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/16 02:40 AM

idk, i was just curious. because in this case, i started laughing even before he responded. i assumed the most common impression people would have was that she was a little slow, like not full blown down syndrome or anything, but not 100% functional.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/16 02:35 AM

i didnt really understand that either. but i wasn't trying to conceal my mens rea here, i already admitted to thinking it was funny in my initial post.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/16 02:00 AM
-1

because i don't see a problem with it since no one is negatively effected. if they don't realize i'm being rude, they won't be offended. and i'll still get to entertain myself. i'm not seeing the harm.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/16 01:34 AM
-1

i don't know what that means
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/16 01:02 AM
-1

but most people don't perceive it as disrespectful, they just assume i'm a little slow or have bad people skills. that was my initial point
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/16 12:54 AM
0

i don't see it as rude because it does nothing to effect them negatively. rude would be like insulting or yelling at someone, or like tripping someone for example.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/16 12:46 AM
-2

i treat people very well if there's good reason to. like my friends, family, guy i just started seeing, cashiers at the places i visit daily, etc. and i never treat people poorly in the traditional sense, like i've literally never even yelled at someone.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/16 12:42 AM
-2

sorry i completely misunderstood what you were saying earlier. i thought we were talking about whether or not i came across as a bitch, not if i actually was one. my question was more about how others perceive, not how i actually am. you're right, i did find it funny. i wasn't trying to deny that. i was just saying that i thought it "came across as" innocuous. thats the main thing, the coming across as.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/16 12:36 AM
-2

i don't understand how its disrespectful. if someone did that in front of me, i'd just assume they were a little slow, or just had bad people skills. i think thats what most people assume. you think they feel pain from it? more than likely, the just laugh about it. would you feel pained if you saw a homeless guy shit themselves?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/16 12:26 AM
-2

how is it sadistic? the only person who comes out looking bad is me. but it does nothing to negatively effect the person who sees it. and what is dark triad? that sounds like an asian gang.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/16 12:22 AM
0

cute, the red and black facepaint reminds me of wcw, with the nwo / wolfpack thing. and i don't have a problem with people thinking of badly of me, i usually find it funny. its only a problem if its a person who you want to befriend or attract, or get a job from.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/16 11:46 PM

it would be easier and less time consuming to improve your own smv so you can get someone better. even taking steroids would work better than this.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/16 11:43 PM
0

i didn't understand the last part, but i like the elephant too. i know i was doing it partly because i thought it was funny, i realize that. but the humor is more at my expense, not his. like you mentioned something about subnormal iq in your last post, and that's what i was thinking, like he probably thinks i'm a retard.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/16 11:31 PM
0

i did like the puppy picture lol, thanks. and me thinking something is funny i don't think is a gesture of hostility. especially when that something is more at my expense than his.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/16 11:12 PM
0

its not mean because it doesn't effect him negatively in any way. and a lot of non autistic / non crazy people are a little unaware of how to behave during conversation. poor social skills doesn't have to mean autistic, they can just be a little awkward.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/16 10:58 PM

i don't understand the asshole part, more than likely, i would think its just someone with poor social skills. not sodmeone who was malicious in anyway
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/16 10:46 PM

if you approached someone, you engage them, not the other way around. or am i misunderstanding the word? i'm better with french than english.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/16 10:36 PM
0

i don't see how it can be done in a confrontational way. can you imagine someone scratching their chin in a confrontational way? its just something you do, like taking out a stick of gum and chewing it. and i didn't engage him, he came up to me, and as he was saying his sentence, i picked and ate. similar to how someone would pop a tic tac in their mouth or take a sip from a glass they're holding while someone was talking to them.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/16 10:26 PM
0

i don't do it every work day, only if i know i'm not going to be able to go later in the day. but thanks for the tip, i didnt know that.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/16 10:11 PM
-1

i don't, it only makes me look bad
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/16 09:54 PM
-2

its not too bad, i brush every night before bed and bathe about 3 times a week. a big issue is that i go to the gym during my lunch break so i often come back smelling like sweat
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/16 09:50 PM
-1

what did you love about it?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/16 09:46 PM
-1

i don't see how its humiliating for them
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/16 09:41 PM
-1

i can see how it might be humiliating for me, but for them?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/16 09:21 PM
-5

i didn't engage anyone, he came up to me. i was polite the entire time, i just picked and ate casually. similar to how one might scratch their chin or take a stick of gum out of their pocket.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/16 08:10 PM
-2

i'm not trolling, or high, although i wouldn't mind changing the latter lol.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/16 08:07 PM
-1

isnt shit testing something you do to someone you're interested in? i would never pick and eat if i actually liked the guy, i'd be too embrassed and worry about it backfiring.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/16 08:05 PM
-2

my question was directed at someone else who said they caught their kid doing it, my mistake.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/16 08:02 PM
-3

there have been studies that show picking your nose and eating it is actually healthy, why discourage your kid from doing something that can potentially improve his immune system? i understand not doing it publically, but when he's alone, it might be good for him.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/16 07:56 PM
1

sorry, i had you confused with someone else. that question was for arthurmacarthur
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/16 07:54 PM
-5

i think its funny, but i wouldn't say i "get off on it". but if you realize its healthy, why discourage your kid from doing it privately?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/16 07:46 PM
-5

in australia, they did a study where it has been shown to boost your immune system. even if its something you don't do publically, doing it in private may not be a bad idea.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/16 07:42 PM
0

yes! this is true, thanks for pointing that out
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/16 07:39 PM
-2

i know it has happened, i've done it in front of a few people. my manager is a woman, so i feel uncomfortable doing it in front of her. but i've done it in front of some of the guys i work with.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/16 07:39 PM
-1

thank you, idk how anyone can consider that "abuse". tcup is way overreacting lol
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/16 07:37 PM
-1

i'm 25
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/16 07:36 PM
-3

i do it at work all the time, i don't socialize with any of my colleagues, most are a lot older than me so its no big deal
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/16 07:33 PM
0

yes, but also because its funnier. but only if they verbalize their disgust though, most just ignore it.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/16 07:28 PM
-5

oh i know its not common in public, i mean in private settings, like when they're home alone and driving in a car. my hygiene isn't great, and i attended university for 1 year, but dropped out to work towards becoming a landlord.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/16 07:28 PM
-5

so would you ignore it and end the conversation, or say something to verbalize your disgust? thats what i wanted to know
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/16 07:09 PM
-1

i'm not blue pill, but its made me less likely to engage in conversation with those i view as red.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/16 07:03 PM
0

thats funny
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/16 06:53 PM
-1

i picked and ate before i got an opportunity to do that. on a side note, do you think its normal for adults to do that? i know a lot of children do it, but i would imagine many adults don't outgrow the habit. they may not do it publically, but i think many still do it.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/16 06:51 PM
-5

its not evil, it doesn't do anything negative to them. you think someone is a victim if they witness something kinda gross?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/16 06:48 PM
-3

its not that i didn't want to reject him. but the conversation would continue for a few more minutes before i could reject him, like he didn't just come up and say "do you wanna hang out?". i just got the feeling that the convo was headed in that direction.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/16 06:39 PM
0

its usually funnier when they express their disgust somehow, but ending the conversation is the main purpose.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/16 06:38 PM
-4

i would only do it if it was a guy and he was unattractive, i wouldn't do it in front of another girl or a good looking guy.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/16 06:32 PM
-2

i've never seen that, but that would be awesome lol. thanks for your response.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/16 06:25 PM
-5

picking my nose and eating it in front of someone. i ask because i'm curious how others would respond. i just got back from the gas station and this bald guy tried to talk to me, and i did it. and he got this look on his face that was really funny, like i couldn't wait until he left to start laughing.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/16 06:24 PM
-5

i've done this before and i think you're in the minority. although yours is usually the desired response.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/16 06:20 PM
1

that reminds me, i should probably go to the doctor lol. i haven't gone since 2005
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/16 08:25 PM
1

number 2 is a big one. your social circle dictates who you date, so its important to find a group with a high concentration of desirable guys. thats why i never understood the gamergate thing, like most gamers are closer to that fat guy with glasses than they are to pewdipie, why do women wanna participate in that subculture?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/16 08:11 PM
1

i had chicken wings earlier, but the chef was a guy. but i understand what you're saying. i agree with the "deserving of the same rights, irrespective of differences in ethnicity, sex, religion, etc." part
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/16 08:06 PM
18

younger people are generally better looking, so its understandable they would want someone younger. i don't know why young women want want an old guy though, unless he looked significantly younger. i once asked an acquaintance to leave a party because she walked in with an older guy, not because i had a problem with their age difference, i just didn't want him hanging around. i felt like it would kill the vibe.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/16 07:21 AM

my initial question was directed more towards the bp readers. like lets say i come across 2 guys. guy A is attractive and athletic and guy B is a fat neckbeard, guy A brings me pleasure from seeing him / socializing with him and guy B does not. which would make guy A superior. they're not equal because they're not of equal value to me. in the same way, the vast majority of things i use on a daily basis were made by men, not women. so would that make men "superior"? because they as a whole have a…
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/16 07:11 AM
-1

do you think they should be held to different standards in other areas? or only if its disadvantageous to the woman?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/16 06:56 AM
2

i was asking in response to your last question, where you said you were against legal equality. which of the 2 options seems better to you?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/16 06:37 AM
0

the bus i take to work is also driven by a woman, but i mean more generally here
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/16 06:33 AM
2

do you think there should be a difference how men and women are punished for the same crime? say armed robbery
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/16 06:32 AM
-1

being brought to tears by some autist is ludicrous, but i can understand not wanting to shake their hand for example, like why you would not want to touch them or refuse to let them sit on your furniture
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/16 06:28 AM
1

do you feel like you should be treated differently because of those beliefs? or rather, do you realize you're going to be treated differently because of those beliefs, and are you comfortable with that?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/16 05:58 AM
1

oh ok, i got what you're saying
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/16 05:34 AM
1

tolerance i can get, but the rest i would reserve for those i know well and like. i'm not especially kind or compassionate towards people without knowing whether or not i like them. i don't treat them poorly, but i wouldn't like loan them a dollar or do something mildly inconvenient for example, unless they were attractive. but i was talking more about perception rather than treatment, like do people perceive A and B to be equal when A is more useful to your day to day life.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/16 05:18 AM
3

no, just saying that as a whole, guys have contributed more to making my day to day life easier / more enjoyable than women. that doesn't apply to individual men i come across, just generally. and this is true for almost everyone, so i was asking what they meant by equality.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/16 05:00 AM
1

you don't live here lol. i thought you meant you were irritated by seeing strangers half assing it, like when it wouldn't effect you personally. i misunderstood. and i have it cleaned when i can afford it, which is about 2-3 times a month. i work part time and working on buying another rental property so i can quit completely, so i keep spending to a minimum.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/16 04:55 AM
2

but you're the only one who can decide that. i'm not talking about how they should be perceived, more about how oyu perceive them
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/16 04:53 AM
5

how can you view them as equals when one is more useful to you than the other?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/16 04:48 AM
1

most of that is unrelated to what i was asking, but i'm curious, why is it irritating? if i can live comfortably while working part time and living in a dirty apartment that i never clean, why would it irritate you?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/16 04:45 AM
1

i agree with that last part, but i was specifically asking people who say it about groups. like what does it mean for one group to be equal to another
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/16 04:32 AM
0

i forgot you were specifically talking about hypergamy. i meant that not all trp members (or trp ideas) are worth talking to / about, some are outright trash, although i'd say they're only a large minority and not the majority. trp isn't pre fixe, you can take what you find useful and disregard the rest.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/16 02:17 AM
6

i'm not bp, but serious debate isn't always warranted
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/16 01:39 AM
3

this is definitely true, i think it's the same reason why there are so few attractive men in sitcoms. a lot of sitcom humor is based around misfortune, and misfortune is funnier when it befalls an ugly person. if george from seinfeld looked like liam hemsworth, that show would have been tragic. but because he was fat, bald, short; everything bad that happened to him was funny.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/16 01:01 AM
2

are you laughing at them or with them?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/16 11:23 PM
1

1 - no, unless its a tribal band around the bicep 2 - i like guys who are into skateboarding, but nothing crazy 3 - street fighting is definitely off putting, but martial arts is good. any kind of fitness related activity i'm generally for. there are many mma fighters i find attractive 4 - never dated a guy who owned a car (its not common around here for guys my age) 5 - not really 6 - no, i always think of some fat mob boss type when i think of organized crime, not a good look lol 7 - no, i'd p…
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/16 06:21 AM

i find that looks has a lot to do with how i perceive personality. like if an attractive guy makes some sort of cheesy or outdated joke like doing a borat impression for example, it'll seem cute and endearing. if an ugly guy does it, he's just annoying.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/16 04:19 AM

looks, personality, values, stability, sexual skills.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/16 04:17 AM

aren't you disgusted by the thought of someone ugly touching your body?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/16 03:01 AM
4

i'm canadian so i kinda like the thought of trump winning, it would be funny
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/16 02:58 AM
1

that doesn't mean its a good idea to align yourself with them
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/16 10:12 PM
2

i won't deny trp has its share of subhuman members, but a significant minority of their readers / contributers don't subscribe to that at all. the "red pill" is a la carte, not pre fixe. you can pick and choose what you like and leave the rest. and many guys discard the bullshit
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/16 12:19 AM
1

its not a political thing, i just have no interest in aligning myself with the stereotypical low smv mra, so when i encounter one, i just lie and say i'm a feminist.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/16 09:03 PM
1

a lot feminists (not all) are the female equivalent of the neckbeard mra.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/16 06:35 PM

i'm also against immigration for the most part, but i don't advertise it around kkk members so as to not be lumped into the same category as them. its similar to that.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/16 06:35 PM
1

i havent had any one night stands, mostly due to not having dated anyone who lived by themselves and not owning a bed. but i figure that would be harder since ons is just about physical attraction, and dating is physical attraction + personality
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/16 06:16 AM

my views stay the same, i just like distancing myself from people i'm not attracted to. its like upper middle class people who pretend not to like mac & cheese or mcdonalds to seperate themselves from the poor. even though i have certain "red pill" views doesn't mean i think i highly of red pill men or want to relate to them.

don't most long term relationships start out short term? few people go into a relationship thinking "this is person i'm going to marry"

being socially skilled, talented, and leaders in their field doesn't equate to being a good person or even likeable in many cases. a lot of times the people who surround socially skilled leaders are just opportunists who will drain them for their resources and then bail once they've gotten enough.

RPW is not about being selfless. its about maximizing your likelihood of attracting your ideal partner.

idk, i do want to be led but have asked out more guys than visa versa. the most attractive guys will usually want the most attractive girls so if you're not in the top 10-15% but want to date someone from that bracket, you're gonna have to be more forward often the guy will go the path of least resistance rather than going for whats best. being the path of least resistance also involves other things like being easy going, non argumentative, not demading a lot financially, etc.

i call myself a feminist around unattractive men because i don't want them thinking i'm on their side. around attractive men, i will say something about how i think we basically have the same rights and the most important thing is money rather than race / sex / orientation / etc. which is basically true, a rich gay black woman is gonna be better off than a white poor straight guy.

its best to avoid relationships with people who have traumatic pasts, rape survivors, military vets, people who got abused, etc. its usually more trouble than its worth.

the whole body positivity thing is what steered me away from feminism. if we gotta embrace fat women, then in the name of equality, we gotta do the same for fat men. and i'm definitely not willing to do that lol.

3 - What other things do people work on while in monk mode? work on finding a social circle with a high concentration of attractive guys. unless you're meeting guys at bars or online, you're gonna end up dating the people your friends know, so find friends that know the kind of guys you want to date.

depending on how big your place is, you can pay probably 30-50 a week to clean. i have a studio, around 300 sq ft, and it only takes 30 a week to clean. try groupon for coupons from legit cleaning services or craigslist for freelancers. unless you have like a full size house, 3 bed / 2 bath, its pretty cheap.

idk why but i always considered "blushing" or anything similar to be semi-flirtacious and immodest. seeming excessively flattered by someone you're not into might give them the wrong idea.

a lot of times if you wanna marry for money, you might have to sacrifice on other things like his looks, charisma, etc. chances are the best looking guy is not gonna be the wealthiest and the wealthiest guy is not gonna be the best looking or most fun to be with. at the end of day, if you're into the guy, you'll be into him in a mansion or a studio apt.

well i don't want a guy with bad hygiene and am willing to clean up myself if the situation calls for it. i said earlier that i have increased my showering frequency since meeting him. its just that it was unwarranted until recently

i thought it was a legit question, why did you think its a troll post? its ok to remove though, q31 pretty much answered my question.

the skinny fat look might work for average guys but assuming you want a man who is athletic, then its best to be athletic yourself.

my hobby is tennis and skateboarding, you can try thatmaybe. i think physical hobbies might put spark into you because of endorphins and stuff, and make you more lively and positive.

i guess i think of it like doing a extra cirricular that you dont want to, but it looks good on your college application. if you're not trying to impress a head of admissions, there is no point. since i'm not interested in most of the guys i work with, i figure theres no point in bathing in the morning. especially since i have no problem being dirty
/r/RedPillWomen29/12/15 06:37 AM

i will bathe if the situation warrants it, its just that i havent had a reason to pay attention to my hygiene during work until now.

apart from the taking care, i think its important to just chill and not nag / power struggle over little things. i think thats probably the biggest lesson.

i'm not trolling, trying to gauge the likelihood of my reputation being forgotten / ignored by co-workers. and the likelihood of it being discussed with a relative stranger, since the new guy just start few weeks ago.
/r/RedPillWomen29/12/15 06:01 AM

i bathe, just less than the majority of people, like 3 times a week vs every day. i dont mind if the other guys laugh, they are mostly older, but i don't want the new guy to now. i was asking if its likely for them to discuss it with him.

/r/RedPillWomen29/12/15 05:46 AM

ya, i guess i was thinking like we ask guys advice here. like how i see guys ask other guys advice on girls, fitness, clothes, etc in the main redpill chat.

i eat mints often, and gum. i use deodorant sometimes but not usually daily. and i'm not entirely sure if i have that reputation, but i am assuming, like worst case scenario if i do. i don't wash my clothing often, i dont have the machine so i only do it when i go to see parents on sunday. only 1 guy has ever comment on my smell, so its probably not as bad as i think it is. i'm just aware that i don't smell 100% clean most of the time.
/r/RedPillWomen29/12/15 05:40 AM

i wasnt asking about the perspective, i was asking if guys gossip with other guys about female co-workers the way we do. maybe i should ask in a forum with more guys, but i think you have to be a member to post on the original red pill. i was expecting more males here.

i do at night but in the morning, i feel like it leaves a weird taste in my mouth that lingers and makes breakfast taste worse. at night time, you can just do it and sleep.
/r/RedPillWomen29/12/15 05:22 AM

i dont totally neglect it. i brush my teeth almost every day now and shower like 3 or 4 times a week. i'm just not on the same schedule as the majority of people, who i guess do it more often. i present myself like that because i do ok financially, not looking for promotion or anything because my cost of living is pretty modest. i live in a little studio apt and dont have a car.

i think they shower enough to remain clean because thats what makes them feel comfortable. like if its there day off and they have no plans other than to hang out at home all day, they would still shower because they feel uncomfortable otherwise. i don't feel uncomfortable, so its not something i've given much thought to.
/r/RedPillWomen29/12/15 04:59 AM

i already know they gossip about it, and i'm okay with that. but the guys who work there have been there for years, like before me. i'm wondering if they will talk about it with a relative stranger. the new guy just started about 2 weeks ago. like second week of december.
/r/RedPillWomen29/12/15 04:54 AM

i can totally see how it might be gross, but i don't understand the rude / disrespectful part. i just don't like showering in the morning or at the gym. when i do bathe, it's about 3 times a week, in the evenings, and at home.
/r/RedPillWomen29/12/15 04:45 AM

i just work in the mail room lol, its not like i'm a lawyer or anything.

we're talking about smelly clothes and underarms here, not crotch. i wear pants, so they dont know how it smells. but yeah, my presentation is pretty bad, or was pretty bad until recently. i typically wake up 10 minutes before work, so i rarely have time to shower, change clothes, or brush fully. i use mouthwash though.
