Other commentator mentioned about calling the cops if the sister shows up or for that matter if anyone shows up period. If their name is not on the lease then call the cops if you do not want them there. Ex has same authority with your friends/family. Exercise your rights without emotion. In the middle of a divorce is not the time for visitors. Hold 100% firm to status quo and she can move out without the kids if she wants to. Also take up residence in the master bedroom.

You seem to be conflicted in your mind that you wish your wife would just drop everything and you can be a family again vs. having to go through the motions of things that are getting presented to you in court. You need to drop the wishful thinking and be proactive. If you don’t like something than don’t agree to it. You can always go in front of a judge and let them make the decision if your wife is unreasonable. How is it that you have the kids with you most of the time, yet you have to pay ch…

I’m going through the same thing. My stbxw told me she is only telling the kids the “truth”. It’s leaving them pretty fucked up and confused. It’s sad. Worst of all it’s her truth and not the facts. Oh well. Just lead by example.

So I have not been awarded child support yet. We are in the temporary orders phase. I declined the child support. I was asked who should get the kids and I said ideally 50/50 it’s what is best for the kids. She wanted me on supervised visitation. Judge granted 60/40 with me at 60. When ex selected her hours she did the Texas minimum. Not sure why. It’s a head scratcher. Since the temporary orders she has used only 50% of her allotted time. My understanding is Texas does not really recognize 50/5…

I’m from Texas almost exact same situation. You are making a critical mistake in regards to the kids. No one can tell me what I can and can’t do with my kids. They should absolutely be seeing your family whenever you want them to. My ex always did so little I’ve had to make all appointments for everything, and therefore very involved in their life. Very hard to get alimony. If you decide to get a divorce she will be 100x worse. I asked for 50/50 and received 70/30 in my favor.

You are so fucking stupid. You don't have a plan, you don't have a mission, and you are all caught up in making sure she doesn't have concerns. I'd be damn concerned about her going to the nut house, but you are concerned about sending her pictures with outlet covers. lolol The law was on your side when she went to the nut house. I think you just may have missed your golden opportunity for full custody and supervised visitation only for her. But keep sending those baby proofing pics so "she" wil…

I can assure you hiding your finances is going to go over real bad in court. Judges do not like liars.

I am a survivor of abuse. I endured emotional abuse, physical abuse, and had multiple false allegations against me. It took me 10 years to pull the plug and file for divorce. Prior to my marriage I had never been abused, except for both of my prior girlfriends they each did slap me one time. I never thought anything of it as I was always accustomed to thinking that men get slapped in the face occasionally. Boy was I wrong. My soon to be ex-wife tried to destroy me. First week of dating she slapp…

If you can get her to move out you will get primary and full child support. If you guys do 50/50 they will take what she would pay in cs, what you would pay, and split the difference with the amount going to the lower wage spouse. 2 kids are 25% of your wages on full child support.

If you want 50/50 DO NOT MOVE OUT. Texas defaults 50/50 custody. If you move out you will only get the Texas enhanced and full child support payments. Get her to move out and she will pay you child support.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
