At its core, TRP is focused on genuine self- improvement- not the pseudo-feel-good Oprah/Dr.Phil BS that gets pushed in popular media. Learning to learn is a skill, and OPs description is better than most of what you'll see labeled as self-help nowadays. If course, that's damning with faint praise - what OP described is what he seems to think works for him.

For some posters, you're right - it's just masturbation. But it's also a field report from the "other" side which verifies so much of what is supposedly "controversial" about RP. Attractive women are given a pass in almost every field. "Accomplished" women have a much smaller pool of men to choose from due to hypergamy. The "wall" exists, and many women live in fear and denial of that. It's practically a parable about the perils of the BP, even for attractive women.

If anything, he's more important functionally to men than he is to women. Yep. And he is purty. I mainly find it humorous (and telling) how many women donated to him.
