It says sanity remains in this world yet.

Depends on how you view yourself in relatuon to the world. And how you view the world. What you think is fucked up says more about you.

Thank you for linking that. I spent 2 minutes reading thru some stuff. Most of it is just nice ideas, they aren't plans tho. He says stuff like i'm gonna make economy dynamic again, bring back jobs from over seas. BUT HOW? That's not a plan, Jed. I'm gonna make the bad stuff go, and the good stuff come. But...how? Are you honestly satisfied with this? I'm not being a jerk, I honestly want to know if you think these are actual plans in your mind.

You think so? I'd pick stupid over evil most days, simply because i'll be hurt less, not that I support.

Austin and Boston don't come any where near the investments in tech that cali swims in. Seattle ain't bad, i'll give ya that. But I would'nt wanna live in rain city.

The last republican who was in the white house literally broke the world. The world's economy tanked, under his watch. Couple of hundred thousand people are dead based on his actions too. So...i'd rather more gun control laws that won't affect 95% of us than another world crashed economy and untold lives destroyed in false wars.

Do you understand the level of cognitive dissonance in what your saying? The immigrants are going to take over my country, and I don't like immigrants, so i'm going to emmigrate to israel where I hope they treat me, an immigrant, nicer. I didn't know your hamster had a nitro button.

So there's no technology jobs in california? How about in entertainment?
/r/TheRedPill02/01/16 12:49 AM

California has the mecca of technology in silicon valley. It's also the center of the world for television, film, video game studios, and entertainment in general. It has forests, mountains, lakes, valleys, you name it. I'd probably say it's the most beautiful state in the country, not counting Hawaii. Florida is where old people go to retire. It's also a backwater. Texas has lots of desert. I'm not understanding your question.

So the law states you can't own guns. At all? Period? That's what your saying. That if you own a gun, the government will break down your door, and take it. And that is the same as nazism, where they rounded up certain ethnicities and tortured, experimented on, and killed them via mass genocide? I'm trying to understand what you're saying. Because if that is what you're saying, you have other issues.

Part of the problem, Frey, is that people on here confuse all the scary and strange ideas into one big one. So gays getting married, blacks becoming president, and your guns being taken away are all the same thing. And guns are being taken away because mexicans are crossing the border. 1+1 = 5 can't you see that?

Except he doesn't want to bring in a million syrians. The last I checked it was 10,000 war refugees. In a country of what, 200-300 million? It's not that he said specifically gays and blacks are bad. It's that in his mind, and yours i imagine, everything you're afraid of can get lumped into one thing. That's scary because life isn't black and white like that. But it makes it easier for politicians to sell you BS when your mind works on a 4th grade level.

“There are two novels that can transform a bookish 14-year-kid’s life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish daydream that can lead to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood in which large chunks of the day are spent inventing ways to make real life more like a fantasy novel. The other is a book about orcs." -John Rogers

When it comes to schools of thought, or any rule of law infact, you have to think of the worst case scenario of how that can be applied. Her rational self interest borders more on greed than rational. I can poison the water supply of an entire town over the span of 5 years but make a huge profit that I don't have to live in said town. That's her objectivism. Her literature has been used to argue for short term gains instead of long term investments, such as the dissolution of the american manufa…

I'm not sure whether ayn rand is redpill or bp definitively, she seems to have elements of both. The reason I dislike her are her views on several issues. She didn't believe in educating the mentally handicapped. She didn't believe in medicare, she said it was worse than murder (you can look up the quote easily). She thought arabs were all savages in the israeli/palestinian conflict, and while that's an accepted norm on the redpill she also believed native americans didn't deserve any rights and…

Since multiculturalism doesnt lead to peace and love but unending conflict, lets instead promote competition and unending conflict! Competition doesnt exist in any vacuum without cooperation in nature. Both are necessary. Your saying half the cure doesnt work, so lets only use the other half of the cure and it'll fix everything. Why not both?

Diversity is necessary for survival. This is seen no where else more importantly than in the need for genetic diversity to weed out weak genes. Also diversity is important to farming. Look what happened to the irish during the potato famine. Or in economy. What your stating based on some social study defies all laws of survival. Its a red herring to see some one argue against diversity, because it calls into question all the other valid and important things happening in spaces like the red pill.…

In order to have an argument you have to establish that both parties are making legitimate claims. I'm questioning your claim, before we even get to the warrant and the ''impact''. The reason why no one is giving you the emotional response you want -and this is hard to say without sounding dismissive- is that it's a petty teenage squabble that could have been avoided. The older you get the more you start to think, "ah this probably isn't worth the hassle." Some times it's a good thing, because you get to avoid situations like yours. The events cited are faulty because it's confirmation bias, first off. Secondly, it's taken out of context. Everyone who drinks water will die one day. Water is killing people. Educators in Brussels are being threatened by muslim families of students for teaching evolution in the class room? There's been a long custom in muslim communities of having dual faces, one for the outside world and the society they live in, and one that is practiced in the home.
