2	Request for Research Participation A very fundamental way of conducting research is to take something known and compare something unknown against it. That is what I am trying to do. I am trying to use existing measures relating to gender, social justice, personal responsibility, and so on, which have been published and used successfully in other scenarios as "what is known." 1	Request for Research Participation I don't know to what you are referring about the University. I am one of about 15,000 students. I am not in Administration, so I am not in a position to make decisions about policies or procedures. My goal in this has always been to provide a neutral and objective analysis of the perceptions of the subreddit subscribers. An assumption of the research is that attitudes, beliefs, and values will motivate behavior. That is why I am looking at perceptions. 2	Request for Research Participation I am using the Gender Role Conflict Scale in my instrument. There is not a really a survey or questionnaire that is for Men's Rights Activists. It doesn't exist.
