It's hard to change anyone's mind. Most people that come to me are forced to adhere to the program or leave me alone lmao. That's it. Trust the process or fuck off cause I don't have time. Thanks man!

Yeah, I find that's the issue with some if the people I train. I usually start them on 3 days, just focused on compound movements and some accessories, then run that for 12 weeks and have them peak. Then it switches to a 4 day program where the volume goes up and newer exercise variations are introduced. It definitely works, but I don't train bodybuilders. If you give me a guy who's committed and will eat well and sleep ill throw slabs of muscle on him in a year. I have nothing against 6 days, j…

I'm not calling you a liar or anything, I'm just saying that not everyone needs to lift 6x a week to get jacked. I'm usually in the gym about 8-10 hours a week. My sessions are at minimum 2 hours...sometimes 3 if I need to rest more. Likely, you aren't a powerlifter and are lifting to just get jacked and shredded. Your recovery is less important than when you are lifting for maximal lifts. I dont know my body fat % because there is not really a reliable way to test it other than the navy calcula…

And adjust as need be. TDEE is unfortunately a range and not a set number. If you're eating 300 above your TDEE and not seeing the scale move on average for a week or two you should add another 100 or 150 cals until you start gaining. Rinse and repeat until desired results are met.

What are your goals? Strength? Aethetics? Both? Mike tuscherer, Mike israetel, Austin Baraki, Jordan Feigenbaum, Bryce krawczyk, Joey Szatmary...Calgary barbell, barbell medicine, lionsden, etc...these are all sources you should look into when considering a good program for either strength or hypertrophy. There are more I didn't list but if you want to get strong and or jacked all of the above are very scientific people (some even doctors) and they don't bullshit. They are all strong mfers too. …

It doesn't mean anything. You could be not getting stronger from not understanding how to get stronger. Just walk in the gym and lift shit is the dumbest advice. This is the wrong place to come for lifting advice. Go look up barbell medicine on YouTube and get some education from actual doctors who are competitive powerlifters and in great shape.

No necessarily. You can train the same muscles the entire week as long as you adjust the variation of the lift, the load and your volume. For instance: You might not be able to go do heavy (approaching only 1 or 2 reps in the tank) 5x5 on squats 2 days in a row.... But you could potentially squat Monday (4 sets of 5 @ rpe 8) depending where you are in your training block, and then do 3-4 sets of 8 reps of 2 count paused squats Tuesday. The paused squat with higher reps will be a significantly li…

4 days a week is plenty. I am a competitive powerlifter. Went from 188 to 215 in a year and I only work out four days a week. Squat/squat variations 3x a week Deadlift/variation 2-3x a week Bench variation 3-4x a week Overhead press variation 1-2x a week Plus lots of barbell/pendlay rows, multiple sets of arms, abs, leg and back accessory work. It can be easily done in 4 days a week. If you're just going into the gym doing a 3x5 and having not idea how to actually program for hypertrophy or stre…

On a subconscious level and a primal level this is how women act. I do agree that women can make their own decisions and choose to just hook up, but evolutionary psych and biology are at play at all times. Your biology and genes don't just turn off because you make a choice that's conflicting with your biology. Women are exactly how OP wrote...some act different, some don't but on the whole this is how they act. The reasons sluts aren't valued in society is a question of paternity. The male cann…

Physical therapist...not a professional strength athlete or trainer for that matter. There are 1000s of people with degree who are stronger than him and know how to get strong unlike him. Sure, if you don't know how to do a bicep curl, he's got a great channel to watch. If you want to watch a man deadlift with fake weights and use terrible technique, its also a great channel to watch. Yeah, fuck me right. I'm stronger than that old fuck. People who went to school for exercise science don't know shit. Especially when they are older. Do yourself a favor and maybe check out the people I recommended and see if you change their mind. Doing deadlifts with fake weights isn't something a reputable person would do.

Yeah, Athlean x is a retard. A 40 year old Manlet who lies about his natty status and makes shitty vids. For your sake look into people like barbell medicine, Calgary barbell, Alan thrall, Joey szatmary etc if you are concerned with strength training.

Heavy weights recruit more muscle fibers. Recruiting more muscle fibers leads to more muscular hypertrophy overall. That's why a lot of strong people tend to be big, although that is not always the case. Muscle cross sectional area and strength are linked. Explain what you are trying to say? Also, let's see your #s since you are so certain you have an idea what you are talking about.

Sure, if your goal is purely physique. Lifting for strength isn't necessarily a focus on contraction...rather a focus on technique. One could argue very strong people who diet well have great bodies.

I followed the money. No skills out of highschool other than ones I had acquired doing roofing, construction and other manual labor jobs. Started working at a moving company and got really good at my job. Now I am an owner/operator contracting to the top rated Allied Van Lines agent in the country. You shouldn't be afraid of injury...this is a bad attitude you have...as it nocebos you into potentially thinking any little pain is some catastrophic injury. If you feel a tweak or something out if the ordinary, you should stop your set, feel it out a bit and adjust the load (weight or volume) until you feel you can perform to the same degree before your "injury". If you want some good resources about pain science you should look into barbell medicine...great guys who are nationally competitive…

Its different for everyone. I personally wake up between 3:30 am and 5:30 am daily for work...shower, eat breakfast...work all day and make sure I don't skip meals/stay hydrated... Head home, shower, eat, gym, read, study, guitar blah blah blah. Its whatever you make it out to be. Depends what you're interested in...you could get into some trades and make bank before investing that money into a business of your own or starting another career. I mean, hey I'm only a registered dietitian...I must know nothing. You would not lose weight if you ate maintenance calories no matter the time frame or how long you've fasted. If you use anecdotal evidence from your own personal experience to prove this, I would ask you how you knew what caloric range was your maintenance and also how you knew how many calories you ate...considering you don't count them. The only weight you may be losing if you measured yourself during the fasted window is glyc…

No, I am telling you that whatever way a person effectively loses weight that works for them, and is easy for them to adhere to is correct. Whether that is intermittent fasting, keto, paleo whatever. I actually just agreed with you but you aren't comprehending what I am reading. Weight loss is much more complicated than "just skip breakfast bro". What would you do if you skipped breakfast but you ate all of the calories missed at breakfast in other meals causing you to not lose weight? Would you…
/r/TheRedPill01/07/20 04:13 PM

I'm not arguing against that, because I'm aware. Your experience with it may be positive, but others might not adhere to it. The most important aspect of a diet or exercise routine is adherence. If someone cannot adhere and maintain intermittent fasting, then it's benefits will not be realized. If it works for you and you enjoy it, do it.

Yes, although total bodyweight depends on calories consumed versus calories burned. So both are exogenous factors that need to be moderated. For the average person just trying to lose weight in general, CICO is going to be the path of least resistance. Whatever fat loss "diet" or avenue that inspired the most adherence in an average person is good. You have to keep in mind "most" people are not actively monitoring their macros or even their calorie intake unless they are relatively educated in t…

Yep. Any "diet" or eating pattern like intermittent fasting, paleo, keto etc that leads to weight loss isn't magic...its the fact that your either eating more satiating nutrient dense foods (less calories more macros/micros) and not eating as many calories, or you are limiting the window of time you consume calories which reduces the total amount consumed...which inevitably leads to the same situation...less calories consumed, a deficit and weight-loss. Especially paired with an intense workout …

You can also literally eat regular meals all day and lose weight as long as your in a caloric deficit. If this what makes you stick to your goal then do it, but when it comes time to hit the gym this one meal a day is not going to be good for MPS and building lean mass.

A 3x bodyweight deadlift is nowhere near elite. I almost did that after powerlifting for 1.5 years. Obviously this is anecdotal but it can be achieved through hard work and persistence "easily" depending how determined you are.

I disagree. The reason being I have a particularly shitty job/business (owner operator for a moving company) and I am your age but I have the option to make anywhere from 150-350k a year and take home 40% of that after taxes/expenses. A job like mine can set you up to start businesses, invest/retire early. Don't quit your job just cause you hate it. Look at it pragmatically.

Depends on the goal. You are bodybuilding oriented. If you are a powerlifter like myself you need to deadlift more than once a week. I believe in rest days I only workout 4 days a week and do some cardio on my off days so I'm with you there. Dorian Yates is a poor example. You're talking about someone all the way to the right side of the bell curve (an outlier) as far as genetics, training sensitivity and also someone who was using anabolic steroids which also make you more sensitive to training…

Then you are either working at too high of an intensity (too heavy weight) or too much volume for your current work capacity/recovery abilities. Source: I deadlift 2-3 times a week with weights from 405 to 550 lbs and have no issue recovering. If you cant recover well enough you need to deadlift more and lower the intensity. Yeah this guy could be sub 10% bf at 190lbs at his height. Personally I do powerlifting so a super low body fat is not my biggest concern although I do recomp and stay pretty low. There's not really an accurate way to measure it so I'm not too worried. Even a dexascan is inaccurate

Women can see you're dedicated to what you want by the results of your lifting. Also, once I got ripped my confidence went through the roof. One of my plates at the timr (now my LTR) makes comments and cant hel0 but get naked when we are anywhere alone. I recently cut from 205 to 190 and she wont leave me alone. Constantly wants sex. Also, I find not only being ripped but being strong impresses women too. I'm not the strongest guy in the world but one of the strongest in my gym...iwhen you can d…

Failing is unneeded training stress. If you were to fail regularly you could be using that energy to recover instead. Learn rpe to determine where your 1rm is without actually doing it unless in a competition
/r/TheRedPill15/04/19 01:48 AM

That's why you use rpe to auto regulate your programming so you don't fail. I've failed maybe 2 reps in the last year and a half when I first started training again

Incompatible for powerlifting. Vince Gironda trained golden era bodybuilders. If you want to get strong you need to regularly be lifting in a 1 to 6 rep range and progressively overloading...this might be decent for a hypertrophy cycle in the off season or between strength cycles but for absolute strength this is a garbage program. Check profile...I have a decent physique and lift heavy singles all the timr...usually run a 4x4, 5x5 4x6 or sets of 8 or 10 for lift variations like 3 count paused b…

I've been lurking through these alcohol posts and I see a few things I'd like to point out. 1) It seems to me that drinking is black and white regarding most people. Either they drink like an alcoholic (or are one), or occasionally have 2 beers. 2) People who struggle with alcohol and drugs usually have other underlying issues such as clinical depression, anxiety or personality disorders. 3) There is hope for some people, but not for all. It seems some people can kick a bad habit over time by ma…

If you want to stay jacked and eat shitty foods and drink alcohol from time to time find a way to increase your TDEE. For me, it's easy to have 3 beers and eat a big cheeseburger and fries at a pub because I require about 4500 kcal a day to maintain bodyweight. Track those cals!

Anyone with a basic understanding of physiology would know you did not gain even close to 15 lba of muscle in 6 weeks. Maybe 6 lbs at most. The rest is likely water retained due to increased glycogen stores because you are actually eating a lot of carbs. Also...fat...because you cannot gain only muscle. You gain fat and muscle at the same time usually.

I guarantee 99% of people who lift weights and don't use steroids will never be 10% bf. You don't need to be 10% to bulk. Just not super fat like 20%. How tall are you and how much do you weigh? If you are just skinny fat just bulk. The more lean mass you build the easier it'll be to lose fat.
/r/askTRP21/11/18 03:01 AM

Well whats your weight...and youll probably never be 10% bf. Get that out of your head now. Everyone thinks they are 10% or sub 10%. Go look at my profile. I'm between 13 and 15%

Google TDEE calculator and enter in your info. Aim for a surplus of 300 to 500 a day over that number for gainz I mean you could but it wouldnt be a lot of muscle. That happens at maintenance calories if your programming is well or even in a small deficit. I would worry about putting on mass before you worry about losing fat. You probably wont blow up unless you are already obese or you eat way over your maintenance.

Yeah but how do you know if you're eating enough without counting? The scqle fluctuates daily depending on how much you sweat, how much fluid you consume as well as your sodium intake. Because people who have no understanding of cico, caloric deficits/surpluses, macro nutrient intake/ the dangers associated with dieting incorrectly have no business doing fad diets such as keto which can cause serious bodily harm if done incorrectly. I also don't think people who aren't registeted dietetic nutritionists have any business giving dieting advice to random people on the internet...endorsed contributor or not. You can cause someone serious harm...there are many factors at play other…

You don't need to lose weight. You are 6 foot 170 lbs...thats pretty small. Grow a fuckin scrotum and stop. Just go cold turkey and eat better. Its honestly not that hard. Get a job and buy your own food and learn to cook. Stop shifting the blame from yourself.

Also, if you only just began lifting its going to take you years to catch up. Some people have been lifting since 12. Put your head down, learn how to program a linear progression and then a post novice program after you stop progressing and get to work

Squat, Deadlift, OHP, Bench, and some isolation abs and back work is all you need to get juicy af. Obviously a good diet, rest, proper programming etc. I literally only do those 4 exercises and their variations and I am pretty ripped...but I have also lifted on and off for 10 years and have eaten well and played sports. Peep my profile to see my transformation in 6 months. It was achieved after 3 years off from the gym. If you build a strong base around the core lifts, you can get it back in no …

I appreciate your honesty. There is a lot of misinformation about training, competing, bodybuilding and powerlifting in these threads that's why I jumped on you.

If you want to be strong, powerlift...which requires a barbell. If you want to be able to human flag pole and do 1000 clap pushups do calisthenics. I'd like to meet one person who does calisthenics only who can squat 2x bodyweight and deadlift 3x bodyweight
/r/askTRP24/08/18 12:25 PM

It can be done, I didn't say it's not possible I just said you aren't walking around for more than 2 weeks at 5% BF because its awful for your health. You said before you lifted you were 8%...so you were on a cycle before you even hit the gym? The part I am definitely correct about is the fact that it is nearly impossible to get an accurate estimated BF%. I wanna see pics of you at 5 I don't believe it...

I lift to get strong AF and compete in powerlifting competitions. The gains are a side effect. They are nice. Strength and exercise allow you to reduce all cause mortality and live a longer and hwalthier life. Who doesn't want that?
/r/TheRedPill23/08/18 09:27 PM

Sorry, but you were not 8% bf and you are not 5-6% bodyfat. No method of finding your bodyfat is even remotely accurate. If you are not jucing and you are lean you are probably around 10-14%. You can be 5% on a bunch of drugs for maybe 2 weeks out of the year.

Before you post the study cited by E Hamalainen et al from 1984 which had a small control group of people who's hormones were barely effected other than a miniscule amount with a 40% fat diet, ask yourself if this one study on a tiny population from 35 years ago that hasn't been repeated since is concrete enough evidence that anyone should eat a 40% fat diet. The thing you misunderstand about fat is that a super high fat diet albeit keto will lead to a higher level of adipose tissue gain when ea…

You posted it dude you tell me lol. It says androgen receptions desensitize after copulation which is sex...and even if they did to an extent that effected your gains more than a miniscule amount, would you give up sex to gain 1 extra lb of muscle a year? Probably not. Eat, train, sleep, see a doctor. Everything else is a waste of time.
/r/askTRP10/08/18 09:05 PM

Your post has a link stating that your androgen receptors are desensitized after sex...you're the poster not me lol.
/r/askTRP10/08/18 09:01 PM

Here's an all encompassing comment. Shut the fuck up and train. Program properly, eat well, sleep. Pretty simple. If you have low T seek advice from a medical professional and don't worry about the trivilialities of your T levels because 95% of you here have no medical knowledge or formal education to be able to speak on this issue and understand hos meaningless these posts are.
/r/askTRP10/08/18 09:01 PM
3

That brain androgen receptor study is bogus too...unless you wanna go work out your brain I wouldnt worry about losing gainz because you have sex. I have sex frequently and I'm jacked...only difference is I don't worry about trivial things like this. I lift with good programming, eat well, sleep and fuck. Thats how you get gains. I wouldnt worry about your T unless you are diagnosed with low T by a medical professional...which is usually due to a hormone imbalance or poor diet/bad sleep quality/…
/r/askTRP10/08/18 08:59 PM

Uhhh yeah dont eat 40% fat...why would you do that? Unless you are keto trying to lose weight...any person looking for an athletic physique and who wants to lift and get big and perform needs to eat a lot of carbs for an energy source. They are the most efficient source of fuel for your muscles....atp, glycogen and creatine are used in short bursts of sub maximal and maximal exercise...not fat.
/r/askTRP10/08/18 08:51 PM

If you naturally have high test like me you'll naturally have lower SHBG levels but just increasing your test 20ng/dl by eating some obscure supplement isnt going to have any dramatic effect on your SHBG
/r/askTRP10/08/18 08:49 PM
1

Yeah but in reality if you have 600ng/dl and I have 900ng/dl and we have the same free test it doesnt matter what our total test is. Nothing you do will have influence over your SHBG other than anabolic steroids so it does not matter if you are within a normal range. If you are at 200ng/dl and you are a healthy young male then you have other issues that wont be corrected with not jerking off and taking some supplement.

/r/askTRP10/08/18 08:42 PM

The increases are so minimal its ridiculous. If you wanna beat off and dont have a porn addiction do it. Serum test levels arent going to make much of a difference as long as you are within a normal range...and its your free test that matters so if you have lower ng/dl of total test and high SHBG you are screwed.

Fish oil has been proven to only assist joint health of people with rheumatoid arthritis and it does nothing for cardiac health. If you have high triglycerides it can lower those levels, but It shouldn't be recommended to anyone other than by a doctor because it literally doesn't do anything unless you already have problem. Higher doses also can increase your risk of prostate cancer. EDIT: Prostate

I recommend eating red meat, but substituting red meat for carbs is ridiculous. Count your macros. If you want type 2 diabetes keep eating a high saturated fat diet. High saturates fat diets lead to insulin resistance...bye bye gains
/r/TheRedPill18/05/18 09:29 AM

If you are eating in a caloric surplus and overeat more fat than carbs, you have a much greater chance of those calories being stored in adipose tissue as opposed to muscle because of the anabolic insulin response.

Processed sugar is not great. Carbs from whole food sources are perfectly fine as long as you are lifting. Im carb cycling 350 to 500g a day right now and I'm pretty ripped. 1 don't ask when she's free. #2 If you haven't even hung out with thie girl, why would you soft next her. You can't because nothing has happened. #3 Tell her when you can meet up and do something fun then fuck her. #4 stop reading into this shit so much. She clearly thinks you want to fuck and shes being playful.

You haven't even fucked this chick, why do you give a fuck about what she thinks.

Just dominate her physically man. Throw her around a little. Play fight. Show her you are in control and could kill her with your bare hands in 1 second. They love a strong and dominant man. Personally, if I get a good vibe I'll tease them and push their shoulder a little harder over time. Eventually they push back and you grab their wrists and throw them on the bed, up against a wall etc. Edit: don't tell them your n-count. Be playful, yet dominant. Maintain frame.

We've all been that guy. Don't tie all of your self worth to women. None of it for that matter. You should be working out and have hobbies amd hopefully a career to focus on and be proud of. If you don't do or have any of those, there lies your problem. I was upset about my last break up even after being exposed to TRP for over a year. It's normal, just pick yourself up and move on. Keep banging chicks and becoming a better person for yourself

Exact thing happened to me with an LTR, immediate branch swing a few weeks after these types of convos. She started staying latet at work, blah blah blah. I kicked her out of my place...gave me some bs sob story...told her to save the tears. Here I am a few years later, a lot more valuable and a better person. Be prepared to walk away.

/r/askTRP17/03/18 12:48 AM

My logic is that why would you date someone who just became single. This chick clearly isnt loyal cause she was fucking around with this guy while in an LTR. If he dates her, shes gonna meet another guy and start fucking him on the side and OP is going to become what this girls BF was.
/r/askTRP17/03/18 12:41 AM

Do you honestly think its a good idea to LTR some chick that you've been fucking with who has a BF and just broke up with him. News flash: 6 months from now you're going to be him. Plate her or ghost.

/r/askTRP16/03/18 07:41 PM

What is the problem here? You're banging this chick and hanging out. Do you want to date her or something? I don't see an issue. Just keep hitting it or ghost. 2 options.

This had me dying

Stop caring about what she wants and bang her. Sounds like she's DTF. Go get it boy, and wrap that shit up.
/r/askTRP10/03/18 10:47 PM

Make a joke, be an asshole, say something stupid to get her attention...anything other than complementing someone when you first meet them. Women get complements everyday online and in person. Find a way to stand out from the crowd. Try this with a smirk "hey, I noticed you think I'm attractive and I normally don't do this, but I'll make an exception and take your number" I've gotten plenty of numbers doing this. It all depends on your smv and how much you can be fun and aloof. You make yourself…
/r/askTRP10/03/18 10:28 PM
1

Don't compliment women. I will compliment a girl once in a long while after I've already bedded her but I usually never complement plates, only a FWB or LTR and its seriously once maybe every 2 or 3 months
/r/askTRP10/03/18 10:19 PM
22

Well I'm a man and I enjoy it. Speak for yourself.
/r/askTRP10/03/18 02:34 PM

Girls definitely hand out numbers if they are more interested, yet personally, I've still F closed a handful of girls who gave me their snapchat. Don't watch their stories, just message them to meet up. Don't respond to anything they send you other than if they are asking to hang out.
/r/askTRP10/03/18 02:24 PM

Go bang other chicks. LDRs dont work. Plate her.

Ehhh some people just have good genetics. I've been sub 10% natty when I was a track athlete sprinting and bodybuilding. 5'10 190lbs sub 10% looked good to me
/r/TheRedPill08/03/18 08:40 PM

Go lift some weights and stop focusing on yoyr flaws. Be a tactfully cocky dick and forget about her ex. This is the present not the past
/r/askTRP07/03/18 01:55 AM

Call her a pervert for thinking you were gonna hook up. Pressure flip. Then go fuck some other girls and forget about her until she tries to make plans with you next week
/r/askTRP04/03/18 03:49 PM
1

Uhh you should've fucked her...why do you care that she kissed your friend. Unless she's your LTR she can do whatever she wants. Keep worrying about how women are "respecting" you and your friends and you won't be getting pussy.
/r/askTRP18/02/18 06:49 PM

Clean your room
/r/askTRP18/02/18 05:09 AM

Tell ya what, I've been banging my ex gf, now plate and shes fucking some 40 year old fat BP loser. Shes 25 a 7/10 nice body and has a good job. Im 23 5'11 195 lbs 10% BF. Some women just dont care as much, they want the D.from some fat loser or a bull like me. Either way, get out there and get jacked and stretch em out
/r/TheRedPill04/02/18 07:45 PM

Thats perfectly good. Some people are better at it than others. Im not the best but I make due. Focus on your strengths man. Triple down on them. Just put yourself out there and dont worry about your competition.
/r/TheRedPill28/01/18 05:23 PM

Well you have two options. Play the game as best you can or live in moms basement, dont get pussy and hate yourself. I've been where you are now, you just need a change in attitude.
/r/TheRedPill28/01/18 05:07 PM

Uhh life is a competition and if you want to lie down and not compete you are giving up. You arent realizing your full potential. Okay mr woke wook. Thats all you had to say. You sound like every other person with an excuse
/r/TheRedPill28/01/18 04:26 PM

Sounds like you are someone who makes excuses. I work manual labor 80 hours a week, lift 3 days a week, eat well, go out once a week and hang out with friends all while studying for a new career. The first step is changing your pessimistic attitude
/r/TheRedPill28/01/18 03:39 PM
3

You are thinking too hard. Go actually fuck other girls because its apparent in your message that you arent. You'll forget about her in time
/r/askTRP25/01/18 11:11 AM
-1

Tell them a date and time, do not ask. If they cant make it, wait a week and try again. If they cant make it after 3 times ghost and work on other girls. Ive met two of my plates off tinder and we took maybe 2 weeks to find a negotiable time to meet. Fucked both in their car in the bar parking lot. Have fun lol
/r/askTRP25/01/18 11:07 AM

Got my deadlift to 405x5x2 and front squat to 205x8x4. Created a new resume Began looking at new careers and applied at a few businesses

Get in the gym, get fucking jacked, eat well. Expand your social circle. Dominate every area in your life and do what you want when you want. The ladies will follow
/r/TheRedPill12/01/18 10:16 AM
1

Everything in moderation. If you can't balance your responsibilities and have a little fun then you need to go back to the drawing board. I started and ran a multi 6 figure business and smoked weed pretty frequently while staying jacked and lean. It all depends on the person.
/r/TheRedPill09/01/18 03:47 PM

That's hilarious because this girl drove 45 minutes to come chill. Yeah I'm going to hard next her she's not worth the trouble
/r/askTRP07/01/18 10:12 PM
2

That makes sense because anytime I go after hotter babes I end up hitting the first night and I don't have all these problems
/r/askTRP07/01/18 08:04 PM
1

Thanks for the advice. I know I failed her shit test, I've just never been in a situation like this with a chick a couple pegs below me. Usually its a lot easier for me and I don't have to try this hard, especially with a HB6
/r/askTRP07/01/18 01:41 PM

This chick was the most vanilla girl I've ever met besides the dick sucking stories.

/r/TheRedPill13/12/17 11:50 PM

I was just sick for 5 days and I work at a job doing manual labor so I took 3 days off the gym but all of my lifts went up when I went back. Eat well and rest up

Take some rest man. You'll stay sicker longer if you push it too much
/r/TheRedPill13/12/17 09:52 PM

That breakfast should be more. Eggs, oats, veggies. Lunch and dinner should be lean meat, rice/quinoa or potatoes and veggies. You need more than sandwiches and peanut butter. Cut the bread out
/r/askTRP12/12/17 06:35 PM
1

Go find a TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) calculator off of google and enter your height and weight. You are skinny as hell at 6ft tall 127lbs...either you don't eat enough or you don't do anything physical at all. Try and eat 250 to 500 extra calories over your TDEE a day. Eat lots of loe glycemic carbs, lean meat and veggies. You can find information about anything online. Go look for it /thread
/r/askTRP12/12/17 06:33 PM

Agreed. I had an LTR and I'd explain how parts of my car worked when I fixed them and she didn't give two fucks, just cared if it was going to get me to her place.
/r/TheRedPill06/12/17 01:24 PM

When either sex complement me (especially women), I just say thanks. Giving a compliment back immediately following being complemented makes it seem like its not genuine.

/r/askTRP17/10/17 06:59 PM

You aren't stealing anyone's girlfriend at 5'8 164 14% bro lol. It's not outdated. I didn't even list an exercise. You literally do 6 sets and walk out of the gym. That's not enough. You've shown in this thread your lack of knowledge of nutrition and lifting. /thread
/r/TheRedPill13/10/17 05:24 PM

You have no idea what you're talking about OP. You need to "destroy" your muscles to rebuild them. That's what happens when you lift weights. With your pussy workout routine I'd be surprised if you could put your own socks on in the morning. Share your stats. Whats your height, weight and bf
/r/TheRedPill13/10/17 04:58 PM

You need to build momentum. Lift more, find a purpose and work on improving yourself daily. Start your day by making your bed and eating a good breakfast.

I see mine about 1-3 times a week depending. She's a nurse and I am an insurance broker, 24 and 23 respectively. We both have pretty hectic schedules but if there is a will there is a way.
/r/askTRP09/10/17 02:49 AM

Yeah I get angry and lift heavy fucking weights. I definitely feel more energy and get more work done

Im saying eat real food. Meat, carbs and veggies. No candy, no chips, no fast food
/r/askTRP03/10/17 01:22 AM

Well if you're on a budget just get as much natural and real food you can buy. Avoid junk. You are skinny and need to bulk so eat up
/r/askTRP03/10/17 12:57 AM
1

Yeah man. It's a tough crowd but there is always work. Life and Health insurance are the main thing I do. If you find someone to apprentice you, you can possibly be salaried with a commision for your sales.
/r/askTRP03/10/17 12:45 AM
1

Eggs, Steak, Chicken, Tuna, Peanut Butter Muesli, oats, potatoes, yams, millet/granola Any cruciferous vegetable (kale, broccoli, mustard greens, collard greens, asparagus, cauliflower) Peanuts, almonds, pistachios, walnuts Bananas There you go
/r/askTRP03/10/17 12:42 AM
2

Insurance bro. I get rejected like a mofo. I used to get pissed and take it personal. That was two years ago...now im like a robot. I know what to say to anyone and any possible answer. Insurance is all about just getting back to the close even if you're temporarily rejected...i guess you could say all sales jobs are like this. The best part is you don't have to do anything face to face at first if you make appointments for a broker or apprentice.
/r/askTRP03/10/17 12:34 AM

Eggs, muesli, chicken breast, steak, potatoes, rice, broccoli, asparagus, spinach, peppers, brussel sprouts, water. Alternate your lifts. Sleep well. Whey protein, casein, bcaas, vitamins, omegas 369, l-glutamine and creatine.

Dude im 5'10" 175 and im skinny 6'2 and 170 is like emaciated
/r/TheRedPill29/09/17 02:13 PM

It sounds like she's shit testing you buddy. Of course she would be mad, but don't demote her to a plate for shit testing you unless something else is going on or you DGAF and want to spin plates. What's the point of an LTR if you can't handle a shit test?
/r/askTRP21/09/17 01:36 PM
2

Some guy followed her at work so you demoted her to a plate? What are the red flags you're talking about? You left out details and this post really makes no sense at all.
/r/askTRP21/09/17 01:30 PM
1

Yeah I think im slacking. Im not in the gym now but im in great shape...i am a household mover so im lifting pianos and shit 100 hrs a week lol
/r/askTRP19/08/17 12:50 PM
1

Understandable and no, no one was there. She was shit testing me. If that were the case I would be out, not posting on asktrp lol. I am just wondering about advice concerning holding frame better. Sometimes I'm reactive and I'd like to be more calm.
/r/askTRP18/08/17 08:25 PM

Yeah I need to work on that mentality
