Its very hard to find someone attractive when you dont. She wants to be intimate, but she doesn't get aroused. You have to be honest and stop dragging this out. You need to divorce, you cant keep a man trapped in a marriage when you dont want to be intimate with him. He will resent you,become depressed and it will build an unhappy family and household, ask yourself what would your children want more, divorced happy parents or parents together and miserable? Running is a perfectly fine way to lose weight, it's fantastic for your heart If running doesn't make you want to die within five minutes, you probably don't need to lose that much weight. Depends on what you are eating less off,as a rule of thumb you need 2000 calories a day, if you only eat 1500 that's 500 being burned off to make up the difference, throw in exercise by doing HIIT,I recommend running but each to their own, you will bring the amount burned vrs the amount consumed to a competing level.
