Find a good point to interject. Barging in can make you look annoying, and standing there waiting too long can make you look odd.

I think sexism sucks, but I don't think it's a problem in (western) society, and I don't think that acknowledging the differences, strengths, and weaknesses of men and women in comparison to each other is sexist to either side.

Shooting for your own general ballpark of SMV isn't a bad idea, and SMV can be pretty subjective too. If you find a woman hot, go for it.

It sounds like a bunch of scumbags who have no business putting any bearing on your self-esteem. I know it's hard hard, it sucks, but you can resolve yourself to be better than them. You can be stronger, and through that you can come out victorious.

It can definitely be confusing at first. Start from Rule Zero and work your way down. It all does make sense, you've just got to give it some patience and reading.

Forming emotional connections isn't necessarily blue-pilled. That's how you form LTRs. Starting to feel attached to non-LTRs isn't abnormal either, but keep in mind that if that feeling isn't reciprocated it can be tough as shit for you to deal with.

You're going into a self fulfilling prophecy here. "She's going to leave me for someone else, so I need to start fucking other people until she leaves me." Is your LTR under the pretense of monogamy?

I'm not sure that female-female friendships are any stronger than male-male friendships on the surface level. I've seen a lot of women hate each other over gossip, "stealing their man", etc. though.

I had this same experience with a party and I'm roughly in the same boat as you, but I don't know how much demographics have to do with it. Venues full of noise noise noise and crazy drinking don't seem enjoyable to me at all and the women have never been appealing either. The whole scene just doesn't interest me. Clubbing and partying isn't something everyone enjoys and you're not wrong for not enjoying it. There are other places to practice your day game.

I've been through this as well, and IMO it's not worth it. She could be an amazing woman and maybe an amazing LTR, but you run a very high risk when dating coworkers ("shitting where you eat") and I know from personal experience that fucking up an attempted romance with a coworker will make you dread coming into work much more than normal. If she has a boyfriend especially, I wouldn't pursue anything beyond an occasional chat. Don't have to ghost her or be a dick, but keep her as nothing more th…

There's nothing wrong with being cautious. Don't let it get to you just yet. It's entirely possible she's just improving, maybe even trying to impress you by following some of the same steps you've taken. That being said, it's also entirely possible she's trying to impress someone else. Also entirely possible she's legitimately just trying to be healthier with the gym and stuff and SMV has nothing to do with it. The hair dying thing maybe, but I've known many women, single or married or in LTRs,…

It sucks, but it's her loss. Move on and don't let it get to you.

Yeah, I've seen that before myself, some guys acting like it's fine and "no big deal" even when their girlfriend's cuddling up to some other guy in a party setting.

Stop speaking to him. If you start physical shit over a group chat, you'll look like the pussy. If he starts physical shit over a group chat after you've ignored him, he'll look like the pussy.

I'd ask her why. Either she's trying to feel like she can cheat on you but keep you yourself monogamous, or she's into you and getting jealous, which could be a good outcome if that's what you're looking for.

I've found social media to do more harm than good, not just in the dating scene.

I'm not sure what you're getting at. So she was married with a psycho? I mean, that sucks, bur what argument is being made here and what rebuttal are you expecting? Someone else apparently claiming that women don't get paid as much as men, but that's an argument easily rebuked.

If she's cuddling with other dudes while asking to fuck you like it's nothing, then she's definitely not good LTR material.

That's not really a shit test. If a stranger came up to you and asked you about personal issues, you'd probably tell them the same thing.

Realize that she probably doesn't miss you as much as you might miss her. It's tough, and you shouldn't feel bitter, but it's likely the truth. Learn from it and move on. It's not easy, but you will feel so much better when you do.

I'd like to know this too. I'm a little confused on what TRP meditation really is. I've not seen much of a guide for it.

Focus on classes, get the "American Pie" image of college out of your head if you have it (it can be possible, but it isn't the norm), and study for what you came for. Use college as a platform for improving yourself, then use those improvements once you're out of it.

You're definitely not the only one, so don't feel alone or like you've fucked up. Shit happens and many people have cheated and do cheat. It's a matter of identifying it and finding the people who don't. In the case of men, having an abundance mentality is what can help fix that. "Yeah, it sucks I got cheated on, but I have other options." Equally effective is just not giving a shit. "One person cheated on me. There's billions more out there. It's not going to destroy me." It's easier said than …

Love is a palpable and powerful emotion for both achieving happiness and self-destruction, especially in the case of one-sided love. It can happen for everyone, but the problem is many people are too quick to jump into "love" and don't quite realize what it is or the nature of it. Hell, I definitely don't understand it. If anyone did understand it, there wouldn't be a few million songs, poems, stories, and paintings interpreting love and talking about its myriad applications.

You've got to move past the high school mentality of socializing > everything else. It may feel like you've missed out. Maybe you did, maybe you didn't. But having good grades and being introverted doesn't mean you've missed out or even fucked up. There's no objective metric by which you've fucked up or not fucked up. What matters is how you feel about it. You've got a long life ahead of you and 4 years of it usually won't ruin the rest. It is very tough to adapt to, it can be, but you have to b…

You've got to start smaller and figure out what works for you. Completely 180'ing your life overnight and expecting it to work flawlessly is a very common beginner's trap in anything, not just TRP, and no lifechange is a one-size-fits-all issue.

Self-pity, envy, and bitterness in particular are, in my mind, the most destructive emotions we as humans can have, and they go hand-in-hand. You pity yourself because you feel like the victim, like the world or life itself has dealt you a bad hand. You start selectively envying others for what advantages it seems like they have over you and confirmation biasing yourself. Then the worst comes with bitterness, when you begin to resent or hate others for the perceived unfairness life's showing to …

If they were committed it'd be different, and even then it's natural to find people attractive. And you better believe in this case women are doing the same thing.

Never apologize in the case of a shit test. It's a shit test precisely because you don't deserve it and it's a form of manipulation. Different from saying sorry when you yourself do something genuinely wrong.
