Also pregnant with second child and have a 15 month old. My husband helps out a lot and understands some days things just aren't going to get done. I try to focus on one 'floating' task, on top of everyday necessary tasks like meals, per day. Yes, laundry needs done but not everyday. Tuesday I might focus on doing laundry. It's really great! The first week my LO was sick. And the next few weeks my MIL is staying with us which is crazy for me too. We are very different people. So far it's been challenge after challenge but I'm loving it!
