When my friend's stepdad moved in with his mom and instantly (with no fight) put 2 hobby cars, tools galore, and his cd collection with a radio in the garage; I knew what this guy was about. When my dad became friends with him, I knew what was going on: Instill your frame (requires strength), maintaining it for the long term is gives you power. As long as you do this, men will respect you and women will be soaking in their pants.

I had a single mother. Should have died multiple occasions, almost failed highschool, almost got expelled and arrested from/in highschool, almost got arrested for theft multiple times (cops coming to my house for stolen items, etc.), I am very lucky I didn't get someone pregnant. It took me a long time, learning the hard way, how to navigate through this life on my own. I know not having a strong male presence in the home had something to do with that. My sister came out with BPD. If you don't w…

Ah, to stone-cold redpill the mother of a matriarchal household. Very few things can provide that level of satisfaction, vengeance, victory, and feeling of true independence all a the same damn time.

Martial arts is like a game of physical chess. There are counters, faints, set-ups, rules and laws, and all of these forms of strategy translate in to making you more intelligent in your every day life. As you continue training, you'll notice you naturally become better at conversation (counter-arguments, faints and calling others' bluff, set-ups which become useful when gaming women, as well as colleagues to keep the conversation in your favour). These principles of strategy will become so deve…

This. We all have that single traumatic (or multiple traumatic) experiences from growing up that remain deeply embedded within our mind. That emotion that is tied to those experiences are deep-rooted and woven into the fabric of our sub-conscious; which is exactly why many of these traumatic experiences can come out during dreams. Carl Jung specialized in the studying of dreams and what they mean, and believed that our dreams are a direct reflection and expression of our subconscious mind. The t…

Always remember that no matter how yoked you look, or how strong or how aesthetic you look, will ever compare to who YOU are. The outside may be a reflection of what’s inside but it could also be you hiding from personal development. And if you’re paycholigcally/socially/spiritually underdeveloped or have a lot of bullshit you need to sort out with yourself and are hiding it under a physique, people will smell that shit from a mile away and those people end up living in hellish phases of depress…

You lost frame pretty bad. Multiple times with that one chick. But it’s okay because there are literally millions of other women out there. When you put things in to that perspective.. how can you possibly feel ashamed or fear “failure” with any one of them. That’s the great thing about this; practice on every girl you can and if one doesn’t work, you learn from the mistake, you cut ties and move on with the new-found knowledge. Your options are always open, never let a girl put horse blinders o…

I discovered TRP about a month ago and have been reading ever since. I am already pretty red pill as it is (without actually knowing about this thread until now) but just like all men; I have a few weak areas that need to be hammered to continue becoming the strongest version of myself. Each week, I have been applying small changes to my game and daily routine to help me improve: - taking cold showers in morning - getting more sleep with periodic days of low rest to avoid comfort and for mental …

This post hit home hard. I grew up extremely blue pill, raised by an alpha Mom and sister, and an orbiting beta father. The struggle was real, I had to pick personality traits I admired in my friends and put them all together to create an imaginary role model to aspire to be like. I was always praised by the women in my family which validation became a drug. I couldn’t make a decision without wondering what a woman would think. Slowly I pulled my way through that window in the wall, slowly but s…

From what i've witnessed; the older you get, the less importance the family dynamic has. I think when you're a kid and even into your twenties it seems like THE THING, and can be overwhelming but as you get older you grow apart and develop your own sphere in which occupies your mind and time.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
