Unless they're fat, in which case they're hamburgers. Literally the most unhealthy state of affairs one can find oneself in.

Nobody can get any girl they want. There are girls who are not interested in men, have a partner, are racist, just got out of a relationship, etc. Everyone who is confident will occasionally come off as "too strong" which is code word for a women identifying key pieces of your personality that she simply isn't attracted to for a variety of reasons mostly relating to her upbringing and past experiences. This is called compatibility, which is explained in models, but it essentially saves you a lot…

Well, you're going to come off strong if you're a confident person, and some people won't like it, that just goes with the territory.

Sounds like your biggest issue is your confidence. From the little I know about you, I can already tell that you are operating under the assumption that you suck and there is no way this girl would ever like you. My advice for you right now is to just do it, ask her out. Next time you see her, count to three, and go. If you actually want to get better at this, you need to work on your confidence, and the best way I've seen it work for a lot of guys is to fake it until you make it. Act as if. The…

Kinda grumpy that "Male I wanna fuck" and "Female I wanna fuck" aren't categories in this study. Does anyone actually care where other guys are comfortable having their aunt touch them?

I think you did fine. Should have asked her if she was doing anything after work, and if not, take her out. If so, chat her up a bit, get her number, and take her out later. Feels good to be complimented though, right? That's how women feel when we compliment them nicely too, I'd assume, and why you should do it more!

You're probably getting really needy when you start to fall for a girl. This is literally the biggest sticking point I see in well socially calibrated guys who are pretty good a meeting and talking to girls when they are thrown in the guys' face, but maybe not the best at proactively approaching and meeting. The only way to get past this is to get better at approaching and making a very strong first impression so that you hook them from the get go, and then just make sure that your level of inve…

In my personal experience, the best successes I've ever had were during periods when I commited to NoFap/PornFree. I have read enough studies to believe that porn has similar negative effects on your brain as hard drugs, and it also really screws with you ability to enjoy sex and real women. I do think it's healthy to fap, but, like everything else, you should do so in moderation and absolutely without porn. If I were you, I'd do my own research on the issues, come up with your own solutions, an…

Doesn't really sound ridiculous, and there are a lot of insecure women out there, I never said there weren't. The difference is that insecurity in a woman isn't a deal-breaker for most guys, and can often make them more attractive, depending on its scope. This is never the case for men. As for nice guys treating people well, the nice guys i'm thinking of are the type who tell a woman that she's the love of his life, gives her gifts, is very clingy, and goes out of his way to please her when they…

They aren't really talking about nice guys vs. assholes though, more like "nice guys" vs. quality men. Nice guys are insecures and they try to trick women into sleeping with them by waiting on them hand and foot, showering them with gifts, and generally being pleasant, when all they really want is to get laid. Assholes are insecure, and they act totally aloof and abrasive towards women, and get women to sleep with them by being a chase or whatever, when in reality they just have a lot of issues …

I mean, he's right in a lot of ways that you'll be more fulfilled with women by becoming a better version of yourself and getting women by being more of a natural than manipulative chode. That being said, it doesn't sit well with me that this post is essentially a marketing ploy. I feel like the mods should not tolerate these kinds of posts.

Keep in mind that the reason why a lot of people are reading this sub is because "...talk[ing] to them like they're one of your friends." is a foreign and difficult concept. It's easier to be a robot until your learn how to be a human being (and I realize that sounds incredibly degrading but I can't brain today and don't know how to articulate that thought any better :( )

Body language: physically hold yourself higher Dress well Lift weights and get in good shape Tell yourself everyday that you're the shit and girls should be throwing their panties at you, and act like it when you walk and talk.

So, as I young guy who gets with younger women and wants to be with more older women, your advice is screw it, stick to young women? Nice!

I live in a large college town. All the older women i've met decidedly stay away from the bar/club scene

I'm actually curious where people go to pick up women in their 40's/40's/50's as a young guy (23)

Well first of all there's nothing weird about escalating with a girl you like, so the fastest way for you to be successful is to make that part of your reality. Obviously, you're getting there because you said yourself that people actually think you're weird for NOT escalating. Secondly, you were bad and you should feel bad. You could have escalated things further, but you didn't. Trust me, that's a feeling far worse than any rejection you can possibly get. Also, it's highly irresponsible not to…

You are sexy as fuck and next time I see you I'm going to eat you out and drive you absolutely crazy.

ya, direct game is the best. You're going to get "rejected" more, and a lot faster, but I personally believe that anyone who immediately rejects from direct game would have let you down eventually anyway. It's also a lot easier and more fulfilling.

a lot of guys have ear piercings, why do you even need to ask? If you're going be self-conscious about it you're going to look stupid, but the same can be said about all fashion.

you need to be way more specific because that could mean any number of things.

/u/thugswagyolo420 has all great advice. The one thing I would add is that you need to have the mindset of always escalating, and escalation is all about touch. Think about this scenario: If you approach a woman and she's either deaf or doesn't speak your language, how would you hold yourself, and how would you hold her? How would you escalate this touch from a simple stroke on her arm when you first start talking, to the first kiss, to bringing her home with you, and finally having sex. You don…

It's not really a problem. You're naturally going to treat a friend differently than your family, and differently than a girl you find attractive. That being said, you should never be afraid to ruin the interaction, and you certainly shouldn't care about her perception/reactions to you, just how she reacts to you escalating the relationship.

I always just call. Texting is really impersonal and anyone can be confident behind a wall of text. Only call to set up specific details of a date, or if she texts you first.
/r/seduction05/04/15 06:26 PM

Why wait that long to take her out? just take her out for something normal and fun now, then talk about the art/music thing while on said date and make plans to go to it.

then say it man. And do so with a big smile on your face, as if half kidding. You'd be surprised at the positive reactions you'll get (it also gives you a good out for funerals :P)

I mean, if you were confident you wouldn't need to post about this problem at all. There are definitely confidence issues here. Just say what first comes to your mind, and that should be good enough.
/r/seduction01/04/15 10:57 PM

It should be the opposite. I think it's either a confidence problem or you're an introvert and just aren't that comfortable around people. Another thing to keep in mind is that you don't have to make women laugh to be successful, you just have to be charming and make them smile. If you try to be funny when you're not, you'll just come off as a needy tryhard.

If you're going to buy any book, I would insist on you purchasing "The Manual" by W. Anton. I think it's like $10 as an ebook on amazon (kindle reader app is free) and it's a very fast read. I would go so far as to say it's the only book you need, since every piece of information about seduction is there, although it may take you a few reads and some field experience to fully grasp all of the information. Another point is practice! A lot of people I know and who I've worked with in seduction fal…

YOU WILL GET REJECTED horribly and brutally at some point or another. I wouldn't go so far as to say horribly and brutally. If you approach with good posture and confidence not every woman will be interested, but they will all certainly respect you. Sometimes, that's the best you can do.
