I realized that after the fact.

Yes, she did. I should have clarified that I say something to her about that pretty regularly. But until I did the other stuff I wasn't making progress.

I know it's good to make her insecure, but they also need reassurance. If you're just constantly breaking someone down, it can work against you. That's my point. To have a functioning LTR, you cannot be Mr. TRP all the time. She was being withholding, and I was too emotionally. I just decided that to get, I had to be willing to give a little. My meaning with the AWALT thing is that while AWALT applies, it doesn't mean that it applies in every scenario and every woman is constantly some crazy bit…

The crazy is strong with this one. While I find it absolutely disgusting, I don't find it unbelievable. I've heard crazier shit.

Are you familiar with the hamster? I would try to explain the thought process, but that's the point, there is no explaining it. It is logic bent to serve emotion.

According to the "them", I believe that a man expecting regular sex as a part of marriage is a borderline rapist attitude. Excuse me for expecting someone from you that I contractually agreed to not seek from anyone else.

That's called having any form of self control.

He should have kept refusing sex, it would have eventually worked. Even if it didn't, it would have done in the marriage and they don't have kids so he'd have minimal loses.

Any sources on that GNC stuff? I'm not saying it's bullshit, I'm just curious, but not interested enough to find it.

No, because those are red flags to a RP guy that you are not the kind of woman he wants. Besides, while you're busy spinning your plates, you will age, and you will miss out while waiting for "the man she wants". Find him. Keep him. Don't waste time.

I'm talking about purely emotional feelings. Being sad is in my control, being content, angry, etc etc. You're completely missing my point.

That's not true. The way you feel is always in your control. What you need to realize is that emotions exist to prompt action. If you feel intimidated, do something to make yourself more imposing in turn.

Because wifey material is still good for sex. Men don't "settle down" (at least the smart ones don't), they find a woman who they like a lot and are attracted to.

I get that, but my point was that without the stability part, your LTR will fail, without exception. Of course I have the other stuff, that's why I subscribe to TRP. I know it works. I'm just saying in an LTR those are not the most important traits to success.

I'm not sure what you mean. I see my girlfriend like 3-4 times a week, and she does what girls do and likes to tell me fairly often that she misses me. I asked why, and this was her response. What's there to troll about here?
/r/TheRedPill22/07/14 10:28 AM

I answered that before. I don't mean dominate in a cruel context, I mean it in terms of power dynamics. I don't think you're really taking in what I'm saying, so I'm going to stop replying at this point.
/r/askTRP21/07/14 06:09 AM
1

No. This will result in endless conflict. Power cannot be shared equally between two people in a relationship, one must always have more than the other or else it becomes a constant back and forth. This is tiring, and kills relationships. Besides, by definition there cannot be two dominant people. If they are both dominant, who exactly are they exercising that dominance upon?
/r/askTRP21/07/14 05:41 AM
1

Not at all. I was raised by a single mother who was in the military for 10 years. The TRP simple asserts that men are naturally more dominate, and women are naturally more submissive. The problem with feminism is that it takes these things and says they're constructs of society and not something that came about organically because of naturally occurring, biological differences.
/r/askTRP21/07/14 05:14 AM
1

It makes me better because dominate people get what they want more. I am in practice for taking charge in conversation, at being a leader. This caries over to more or less every aspect of my life. As to women being more intelligent, that's just not true. The reason why they have better numbers in the education system is because it's tailored to them. Think about it, the majority of teachers in pre-college are women. Female teachers rarely know how to handle young boys, who often have trouble sit…
/r/askTRP21/07/14 01:43 AM
1

Because that allows me to practice being a dominate man. Also, as a man you're to be a benevolent leader. Yes, I make the decisions, but I am responsible for the well-being of my SO. Female supremacy is extremely misguided. If they were superior, they wouldn't need feminism to escalate them, they wouldn't have been "abused" by men throughout history, and they wouldn't be victims. Tell me, if women are superior to men, why have men, historically, been the generals, kings, emperors, so on and so f…
/r/askTRP20/07/14 05:20 AM
2

You don't see the need for gender roles. Men and women are meant to compliment each other, feminism sees gender roles as antagonistic. Being with a woman that behaves as one makes me able to be a better man. I would like a run down of your actual beliefs though, because just like the manosphere isn't full of men that hate women and think they belong in the kitchen, feminism comes in many flavors. What makes you think that women aren't equal to men? I'm not talking about in social interactions an…
/r/askTRP20/07/14 04:59 AM

Tell me why you think feminism is a valid philosophy. And just for the record I'm engaged, so also out of the competition. I threw that in there because I feel that would be the common TRP mentality.
/r/askTRP20/07/14 04:51 AM
3

No, I just think you're misguided. But hey, if you want to take yourself out of the competition, no problem. You don't compete with TRP for the same kind of women.
/r/askTRP20/07/14 04:39 AM
4

I disagree. Truly "good" people are very aware of their faults, and those of others. They just don't harass people about them, and instead find ways to alleviate those concerns. They also don't allow those short-comings to prevent action, rather these become the driving force behind action.
/r/TheRedPill20/07/14 03:39 AM

Don't care and maintain frame. So long as nothing happens, no worries. If you even suspect, she'd better be able to back it up credibly or drop her. Alternately, you tell her this behavior is unacceptable, she isn't single so shouldn't be going out like she is. She throws a pissy fit, maintain frame. If she doesn't value the relationship enough to listen to you, it's not worth it. All of this is riding on the fact that you yourself are worth it. If you don't respect yourself and behave as a man,…

It's a knee-jerk reaction. A blow to the nuts its instantaneously painful, and a typically reaction would be to strike back. Not to mention that it sets a precedent. If a woman strikes a man in the nuts, she will get hit back. So you're saying women should be free to go around hitting men in the balls because as long as they only do it once and don't continue the assault it's no big deal?

Nope. I don't think she's a true narcissist from what I've observed. She has anxiety problems. I'm superior to her in a lot of ways (social interactions, emotional stability, education, for a few examples). When she's in a situation where it's kind of in her face, she acts out because she feels inadequate and insecure. I can deal with it, most of the time. Almost lost it tonight though. In terms of actual intelligence, she's not dumb. She's just undereducated, and stubborn. We're in the process of fixing the education issue now, the stubbornness will take a little work.

Your premise, that marriage isn't RP, is incorrect. However, the modern interpretation of marriage isn't RP. What this means is that you need to find yourself a woman who is willing to be a part of a more traditional gender role. Marriage isn't RP if you're a weak man and cannot maintain control in your relationship.

If you see a dog in a yard, you don't jump the fence and start to fuck with it. Men are bigger and stronger, don't screw with someone who can hurt you.

I think my favorite response to this was, briefly, the man found out she was cheating and exposed her infront of all her friends and family under the guise of throwing a surprise party for her. Then he filed for divorce.
/r/TheRedPill05/07/14 08:45 AM
3

You're exaggerating a bit here with the immediate stuff. In my experience, very rarely will one specific event (unless it's a colossal fuck up) cause a woman you are currently screwing to stop immediately. Also, while we're on it, I've always been taught as a man showing grief when someone dies is the only real acceptable time to show weakness. Nobody likes the tough guy who acts like losing someone (such as a father) doesn't phase him. No one believes it, and you lose credibility.

I'm a strong guy, which is completely not what BJJ is about. It brought me completely out of my comfort zone and forced me to use my body in a way that I wasn't use to. But, there's no better feeling than besting somebody with good technique, knowing that you have your strength in the back pocket if you truly needed it.

I have, and have been lifting with him for ~10 years. You can work out different muscle groups in different ways. Besides, I'm not going for insane max weight ultra biceps. I want then rock hard and toned, with a bit of a size increase. Benching and curling are completely different.

I know, I know. It definitely does not have a pull up bar. I'll check on the park thing though, that's a good idea. I could do a run and then pull ups there. So far, I've just been substituting lat pull downs but it's not the same.

I run into the problem of not having anyway to do pull ups. My gym (I have one at work) doesn't have a pull up bar, and I can't put up a door frame one. I'm thinking about buying a free standing one for a hundo off Amazon when I get some extra cash laying around. Idk, tips for this one?

I don't think you know what you're talking about. I've been working out for 10 years, and my stepdad has been my trainer, who held the NCAA bench press record for a number of years. This is what he does. He goes to the gym regularly, and also does curls periodically throughout the week extra. His arms are bigger than my head.
/r/TheRedPill01/07/14 06:10 AM

Did you not read that I also go to the gym? Or in the comment stream that I have a hand gripper? I am not suggesting this as a gym alternative whatsoever, this is something extra. Of course going to the gym is better, what you're stating is obvious.
/r/TheRedPill01/07/14 05:51 AM

I work in an office with all other guys, I don't care about being seen. I do curls in the gym, but I have a hard time getting the same soreness in that muscle group than others after a hard workout. I work in a call center with a lot of downtime, so I try to fill it with things that will make me better as oppose to just killing time. I also have a grip thing for my forearms. For me that's another area that requires consistent and often work for what I want.

My whole problem with the true love premise is that it takes away the choice factor from it. I love my girlfriend, without a doubt. Do I feel this way because I'm a slave to my emotions? No, the emotions are the benefit to a decision I've made. I want to be with her, I want to build a life together, and make her into a better person. Taking choice out of a relationship, IMO, directly leads to many of the problems you see. I'll explain. Without choice the only thing keeping you in it is getting t…

What blows my mind is that all they want is positive assurance. So you want to live your life thinking every decision you make will always work out? That is outrageously foolish. Once the kid is old enough to have a conversation that holds water with, yeah sure, but he's 3 years old. That's a far cry from a fully functioning mind. You can't explain to a 3 year old why they were wrong, you teach them consequences for actions, and what they can or cannot do. Then, when they're more developed, you don't have to use physical measures. Besides, I'm not going to beat him to death. A little smack on the bum is hardly unreasonable.

Don't get down or mad, be proud that you're doing something and living your life in a manner that makes people look at their's and feel ashamed for …

This is most conjecture, but it would seem to me that if you maintain being alpha in the relationship, she'll find this to be a huge turn on. There's a difference between doing your own thing, and being a social recluse. If you see a girl, feel free to talk to her. But don't slobber over her bewbs, and don't sulk away going, "Why can't I get laid! Why isn't she interested!" When I say women will come, what I mean is it will naturally get easier. If you truly have your shit together, and are happy with yourself, this will most likely result in real confidence. This is the ultimate aphrodisiac to women. And I don't mean being an arrogan…

Do you realize you still have at least 20 years to be getting laid with all kinds of women? Grow up, and work on improving yourself. This is what TRP is about, not being pissed at women for being women. They appeal and reject because it's in their nature, their goal is to attain the best male they possibly can. Only tell her your problems if you've already figured out how to solve them, it'll make you appear weak. Otherwise, that's why you have man friends.

I don't know about you, but I refuse to live with it. However, I find the only solution within my ability now is to live without compromising to it, and telling others who will listen. TRP is a great place, it breaks the mold, it teaches men to be men again. Men are reckless, bold, and hard to control.

Breaking my approach anxiety really started when I worked a job as a beer vendor at a football stadium. That was a trial by fire, lemme tell ya, walking around saying "Get your beer here, ice cold beer!" for about 2 hours straight was not my idea of a good time.

Stuff like this is why I subscribe to RPW. Goddamn, you women give me hope.

Maybe he feels that you settled for him. That he's less fun than your exes but that you're with him because he's stable. Not saying that that is how it actually is, but he might feel that way. Alphafucks, betabucks.

As a man, I can tell you that my girlfriend wearing and filling out some yoga pants will draw my attention more than her dressing up almost every time.

Well, here you have your tools. If you make sure to use your tools correctly, you're much less likely to receive injury.

My first year in college I fooled around a lot with a girl who could have stood to have last about 15 pounds to make me truly satisfied. The defining moment into whether or not I would continue this came the following year. I was in her dorm room and I saw fucking whole boxes of snacks. I'm talking lil' Debbies, chips, etc. I knew there was no hope and cut my losses.

It depends on what the accident is. My belief is that punishment is done to reinforce consequences, as few actions as a child have apparent ones. Society will still punish you for an accident, look at manslaughter charges. I guess the deciding factor for me would be if it were a true accident or if it were negligence.

Not being allowed to speak your mind isn't oppression. Would you say that punishing your child for talking back is oppression? No. Why? They have a limited experience, undeveloped cognitive ability, and contribute nothing. Not that I think women should be beaten, only a weak man has to beat his wife to achieve dominance.

It means if you're shooting for a woman above your grade, all you have to do is get beefy and well-read. Bitches love beefy well-read fellows.

He cares too much about how the house looks (in terms of decor), and he cares too little about making sure everything works.

Thanks. Yeah, after a while (and from all the comments) I realized it wasn't a shit test. I wrote that after a 12 hour over night shift, so I was a little out of it. Also, at this point I'm pretty sure she's not just doing for me, she burned through half the Bible in about a month.

It's not my only argument, I just find it to be a very good one in terms of the risks vs rewards for that line of thinking. Not to mention that Christianity has a very red pill theory compatible belief set if you know what the bible has to say about being a man. Anyway, you're an asshole and the reason why people have a shitty opinion about this subreddit as a bunch of douchebag hate mongers when that's not what red pill is about at all. Stick to focusing on sexual strategy? Fuck you tough guy, …

Riiiiight, because you know EXACTLY my beliefs or have read the bible for yourself. Dismissing something outright without any knowledge of the subject is ignorant. And to those who think that belief in God is foolish, look up Pascal's Wager.

I didn't come here preaching at anyone, I just gave an example of me being dominant and the result thereof. I think you're the one who needs to park his prejudice at the door. Don't want people telling you what to believe? Fine. I expect the same respect when I'm not jamming my beliefs down your throat.
