Then why not live somewhere that can easily be overrun and dominated by a nationalistic nation that will subjugate you as a lesser being. Because that's how their society views you. Instead of fighting, you become a slave and sub-human to the conquerer.

As someone put it. If Russia stops fighting, there is no war. If ukrainian stop fighting. There is no Ukraine. He, and many others, women included, are fighting for the future existence of their nation. It's a sad fact of reality.

Russia, more so Putin isn't going to accept such terms. It's already too late. Putin plans to make Ukraine a puppet state for it's resources and land to put a kind of human shield between itself and western nations. As soon as Putin sees the western world won't interfere, he will go after more eastern European nations that aren't part of NATO. This is literally only the beginning. Ukraine has long since wanted to join NATO. This isn't a recent event. It's only recent because Putin has become par…

Ahh here we go, "truth" as defined by what and whom. Detesting an entire group of human beings simply due to religious differences or cultural differences is ridiculous. The claims they make on said discord about people of jewish faith are equally ridiculous. Somehow jewish people and israel control all the media, the courts, the entire usa basically. Because folks can't handle accepting the fact they've screwed their own life over and want to feel it's someone else's fault.

Do you realize how much of the german military the soviets tied up? It was at least 2/3rds to 3/4ths of it. https://www.axishistory.com/books/134-campaigns-a-operations/campaigns-a-operations/2085-number-of-german-divisions-by-front-in-world-war-ii We faced an already seriously weakened and drained nazi military by the time the usa invaded. Yes we helped them with lend lease, but it was more in raw materials rather than vehicles for a majority of the war in the soviets case. The t-34 and kv seri…

Deployment length depends on branch of service. Marines and air force are 6 to 7 month deployments. Army is 12 months, not sure what navy is, probably similar I believe.

"Small loan of a million dollars" from his father. So he had no pay time burden, no interest, no taxes on paying it back, nothing. Then theres his failures that he never paid the workers for. And that's someone to look up to? No.

Well 3d metal printing is still very expensive. An entry level machine begins in the 6 figure range. Vs a conventional subtractive cnc machine can cost as low as 30k for a used one. Down to 20k if you go older.

I'm talking about civilians trying to understand something we do. Getting butthurt over it. Much like when someone gets a promotion, back when rank was pinned on your lapel and had dammits on the back, you'd hit the rank so hard it would puncture skin and they'd be bleeding by the end, without the dammits covering the pins of course. Just something we do.

No, this is quite literally a bunch of people getting butthurt over something us military do. Everyone that reups gets to make a request to do their ceremony in a stupid or goofy way. People have done them underwater in scuba gear, on an anchor or other nonsense. But no, people got outraged because they don't understand the way we do things, and this is what happens. https://taskandpurpose.com/weirdest-reenlistment-ceremonies/ http://imgur.com/c0NBSAx So just stop. i'm pointing out that neither side REALLY cars about our constitutional rights anymore. if it gives them power, they're more than happy to step on it. tbh, what do you think even a few million, or tens of millions of "armed citizens" can really do against the federal government. if they imposed actual martial law and used the military to impose it, and then anyone who decided not to carry out said orders was shot and killed on the spot, how many do you REALLY think are willing to die, on the spo…

https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/2018/03/15/fiu-pedestrian-bridge-design/429978002/ "A 174-foot, 950-ton section of the bridge was hoisted into place on Saturday. When finished, the bridge would have been 289 feet long and 109 feet tall." It wasn't even near completion. 109 feet tall sounds like there would be a support structure. Not to mention it was missing another 100 foot section. So yes,it was supposed to have some kind of structure to hold it up.

/r/MensRights17/03/18 02:43 PM

There were cables tensioning the span of it, and there was supposed to be a tower with cables running down to support it from above. There were numerous failures to planning to support it before it was finished. This is an image of the finished bridge. https://media.bizj.us/view/img/10825818/mcm-bridge-fiu*1200xx1196-673-0-45.jpg

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ioC61QW7SHQ this explains why it failed, there was actually a crucial part of the bridge that wasnt built yet, the actual supporting structure of it.

i was just thinking, wouldnt something like this have to have been approved by people before it began construction? with competing designs also being put forward. much like the freedom tower design, multiple designs put forward, all looked at for which was possible and within cost, and then the one that worked being picked.

Yes, it requires finding the up address of a vehicle. Do you know how many ipv6 addresses there are and will be in the near future? There's currently 4.3 billion ipv4 addresses, most of which are used, and more systems going to ipv6, Theoretical maximum of 340 undecillion. That's 3.4 x 10 to the 38th power. So go ahead, start hunting down an ip address for a car. I'll wait. Fyi, it's estimated it would take you 3 times the life of the universe to scan all ipv6 addresses.

Not that I know of. Maybe in special situations or conditions. Magazine feed has problems with jamming and you also have limited ammunition to use vs a 75 to 200 round belt that can lay down continually suppressive fire. Not to mention the 249 has a quick change barrel so in the even of sustained fire, even if you overheat the barrel, it takes a matter of seconds to change out to a cold one and continue fighting. I'm a former 249 gunner myself lol.

Quite wrong on the Armstrong part. See, you only got to see 5 photos he took. But they took hundreds of photos. Thing is, it's hard to get good photos when the camera is strapped to your chest and you can't look through the viewfinder. But besides this, yes, women do take too damn many selfies.

You don't need explosives and missiles in space. You don't even need anti-sattelite weapons. Anything that can get into space or already is in space (sattelites and the like) can be used as weapons without any need for explosives, kinetic energy is more than up to the task. Icmb's barely get into what we call space.

One person to run 20 robots. The jobs will be replaced, and never come back. Same thing is happening where I am, problem is, machinists don't make shit where I am. People with 20 to 30 years experience making 40 to 50k/yr. It's pathetic for a lifetime of knowledge.

Well, the thing about 40 or more years ago, everything technology wise was very simple, so a breakthrough happened regularly. Even the most basic piece of tech people take for granted today is significantly more advanced than what some of the biggest businesses used for data processing. Look at what a smart watch can do for instance. So saying it's stagnated is rather blind to how difficult it is to create new tech. Quantum computers are the next potential step as the transistor has near reached…

Why do you think they're basically killing off any kind of sexual education in schools now. We already realize parents aren't going to teach their kids, and we aren't teaching them in schools anymore. We know abstinence only programs simply don't work. No, when you hate something or someone, you still think about them, they still occupy your mind. Love how people in here assume that teenagers will think rationally and plan ahead for sex and potentially unprotected sex. They're going to fuck. It's going to happen. No, in most or all branches in the u.s. military you get at least some choice in what you do. In the army you choose specifically what job you do based on a list of what's available to you. So yes, women in general, choose less combat related positions .
/r/MensRights30/05/17 02:45 AM

Most women go for desk jobs, staying inside the wire and rarely if ever go for anything remote to combat roles or missions. Not to mention many women get knocked up just to get discharged before deployments.

The problem I see is this. Cutting it completely without private sector jobs that'll replace any or all government assistance. Without jobs that pay, all you'll have is more criminals and people willing to do whatever it takes to make ends meet. So you have to ask which is cheaper. More police, judges, and private prisons, or waning people off government assistance over the long term.

Astronomy. Solitude in dark areas, in peace and quiet. It's a very long term hobby, you can spend a lifetime looking into the sky and not master it. It can be expensive, but it really is something that you can enjoy. In recent years computers have begun to make a real impact on hobby telescopes with self guiding systems. On top of that, you can get a really good telescope for cheap. Just don't get a department store refractor. It's a mostly male dominated hobby as well. You can get a group of 20…

Well if you look at a lot of red states, they're heavily dependant on government assistance. the poor community votes for democrats, thus they will continue the welfare state as well. If either side were to actually stop giving money out, people would vote for the other side of whomever they normally represent if they say they'll bring it back. So while they say they'll end it, they never actually will.
/r/MGTOW15/03/17 07:43 AM

They're making the implication that since sperm isn't a person, then a fetus(or unformed cells), up to a point isnt. A bundle of cells isn't a human being, blastocyst is simply a group of cells, nothing more. But at some point it is.

Well let's see. You pay for abortions. Or you pay for 18 years of welfare, a man paying child support for 18 years and then likely incarceration. For a child unwanted. That or they go into foster care which is even more expensive on the tax payer, then the mental issues they have, which is guaranteed, and then likely incarceration as well. Take your pick. I'd rather see them simply get an abortion.

Ai is already taking advanced white collar jobs, investments and such. Next up will be a majority of blue collar jobs, especially shipping. After that will be more advanced blue collar jobs like building. In reality, we're going to lose a lot of jobs very soon to automation and nothing a president or any politician can do about that other than removing minimum wage and paying workers pennies for an hour of labor.
/r/MGTOW24/02/17 02:26 AM

Taxes on the working population likely won't be raised, taxes on the manufacturing or such to make up for the loss of money put into the economy by lack of workers will likely be the outcome. Men up til their deathbed are trying and having sex thanks to the little blue pill (that reminds me, ED can also be seen as nature saying you're unfit to have children), protected and unprotected. In reality, the degradation of sperm is a guaranteed slow but sure stop of reproduction. Eventually it gets to a point where the quality is so low, none of them fertilize an egg. Even if it does, it will most likely not survive due to genetic defects. Hence why we have a huge surge of children with autism as of late. People are having children later, sperm and egg quality drop, most of these children wouldn't have survived a thousand years ago, they would have been killed by their own father.

You may or may not get a better deal at the px they bring you to. But dont pick up too much. Dont bother with a ring or shirt or any other shit, they pray on that kinda stuff. Get your own ban…

I work full time, and I'm a full time student. Get a part time job and move out man. You are limiting yourself. I make enough to live on my own, feed myself and have money for the few things I enjoy. If you already don't have people to hang out with, start experimenting with what you can do with a little time and minimal financial investment. If not, start reading books. A chapter or few pages a day, don't need to finish the whole thing in a set amount of time.

Both sides are heavily obstructionist. Politicians are like petulant children. Bought out by corporations, never truly representing the people anymore.

As a veteran with a few fallen comrades myself, I find it ridiculous. Though I wasn't a combat role, it's still saddening knowing that many of my brothers in arms will never come back home alive.

The man hasn't moved on, he cannot move on from his comrades that didnt make it back. That people call him a hero for serving and surviving but doesn't feel it. Wondering what kind of life they would have led if they had come home. That he wishes he could trade places with them.

Yes but you feel that your free time or hobbies are more important than work or success in the workplace.
/r/MGTOW17/10/16 07:17 PM

Based on numbers alone though, pursuing your hobbies is a waste of time. You have greater overall benefit of working or starting your own business.

Sorry but if you can't make some decisions based on emotions or how you feel on something, say, a hobby over work. Then why continue going?

I said sometimes you have to go with what you feel is right. Even when the numbers don't agree. Basically, humanitarian over pure facts and numbers in my case.

The regressive left do. I'm more center with slight left leaning, and I still argue pure facts. Though at some times you do have to make a choice on how you feel regardless of numbers.

Dependas are everywhere. Saw them all the damn time. Basically you need to avoid all women around military bases because they're simply looking for a meal ticket. It's widely known and yet guys still get sucked in. They're as bad as the car dealerships around military bases. 10 to 20% interest isn't unheard of. I'm so glad I didnt.

Former service myself with a job that required a secret clearance. It can be revoked and you have little chance of getting it back. Automated with minimal authorization required I believe. Had a soldier in my section that had his revoked before we deployed. He had to leave our unit and go to another which didn't have the requirement.

Oh I know completely. The good are few and far between. Most get pregnant to get out and maintain all benefits if they had go through their contract.

Yeah I only knew a few GOOD female ncos. I had one that was so-so. One or two others were hard, but good.

I know numerous women who did get knocked up to avoid deployment. There was even one that hinted at me that she liked me, months later when I saw her in drum, pregnant. Glad I avoided that ied. There were also a few (3 or 4) that did get pregnant, gave birth, and then either deployed on time with us, or made their way later on to us in iraq. Most were, yes, fat and very out of shape and unable to do the job mem could.
/r/MGTOW22/09/16 01:57 AM

Yeah I rarely heard of a female on ours. But I'd like to believe the few that did get it performed it properly. I had an ncos on it, I think he had one or two females on it, I didn't hear him bitch about them But yes, most of the female soldiers were people I didn't want to associate with.

Hey, I was a POG and regularly hit 350 and above on the apft. Women in my unit were hit and miss. Some were fat, lazy and not worth being around. There were a few though,(countable on all fingers/toes and that's it tho) real soldiers through and through. They got pregnant, but still came back to deploy with us for 16 months in the surge in iraq.

Ok, so first things first. I went to basic at fort benning. All male/men and it was pretty awesome. We did stupid shot and fun shot but comradery that you can never experience anywhere else.(and part of the time in normal army units) Once I got advanced training though, with females around. It pretty much stopped. I can also say pretty much every weekend, there was a party at a hotel. And lots of fucking and cheating going on. I can say definitely all of that is true. I saw so many married women ducking other men when I was in the army it's mad. Yet another reason I want nothing to do with women outside of friends at most. Not even one night stands.

Problem is even the people who join, once they gain enough rank disassociate themselves with the men in the ground. Are willing to send men into harms way so long as it doesn't involve them. That's why the brass in the air force want to do away with a-10's and the pilots flying them and the men on the ground love them. They want their fancy new toys. Its also why the oh-58 kiowa warrior was retired. Vietnam war era helicopter that can fly more frequently than the apache and put more munitions in…

Evolution would slow down due to the smaller gene pool more than likely though. As you have less and less new DNA, the odds of some incestuous relationship increases. Those that aren't related in some way become more and more valuable. It's the same problem Hitler would have faced given enough time. His "thousand year Reich" would have collapsed due to the dumbing down of his population.

problem is, you keep immigrants out, eventually everyone will be related at some level. so everyone would be in some kind of incestuous relationship. at some point you have to add new DNA to the pool. via genetic modifying or other. but you also need samples.

I'm eyeing up Seattle. As a nerd, machinist, amateur astronomer, photographer, traveler(when I make enough), car enthusiast. Seattle has everything within driving distance. Honestly meeting someone is last on my list of things I really want.

oh, i have in recent months. beforehand i actually gave a damn. its when i realized, by going on most any dating sites, all the women around me want a 6ft tall white male christian redneck making +75k a year. kinda rules me out in all fronts. its a matter of not giving a fuck anymoe, and moving the hell out of this shithole called wisconsin/midwest. Edit: I forgot, they also want you to be ripped.

A short Mexican man like myself who isn't exactly a good looking man.(and trust me, I know it, and women, even when I dress well, react poorly to me) would fair utterly terrible in almost any case. Stereotype of "nasty/dirty Mexican illegal" will always come forward before any conversation has even begun.

Oh I've already got a plan and I'm already working on it. Moving the fuck out of the Midwest is first. That'll happen at the latest by end of next year. Eyeing up Seattle as it has a large tech sector and has huge aerospace machining(I'm a machinist), so its pretty ideal. Have a friend who's going go help me when I visit early next year as well. But honestly I'm just not interested in a relationship anyway. 30 year old man with not just little, but NO relationship experience other than friends. …

30 years old and just one and only one. Out of desperation or lack of choice because we were stationed in Korea. I didn't bother because I was young and couldn't pick up any signals. Either way she just wanted to get pregnant to get out of the army and avoid deployment overseas. So I dodged a bullet there, figuratively of course. So you say someone wants me? Only one. Just one. So forgive me if I don't believe what you say.
