I mean... the ocean's writers were bad to the point where they had Julia Roberts' character pretend to be Julia Roberts in order to gain access to a museum. The actually statistics are that women do indeed get into more accidents. That being said, men's accidents are on average ~5mph faster, which leads to damage that costs more to repair. This of course includes truck drivers, a male dominated profession. I don't have numbers that exclude commercial drivers, it'd be interesting to see

It's a pretty simple concept. If you know you have an std, you tell the partner before sex. He should absolutely be liable. If he didn't know, it would be one thing, but if he knew for years and just didn't tell his partner, that's fucked up and could rightly be a manslaughter charge with some STDs.

What? I think that's a little bit of a false equivalence. I'm definitely not saying her only option was to gouge out his eye and she should still be punished accordingly but come on... If the roles were reversed a woman would have purchased an 11 year old boy as a husband and basically make him her property. After months of missing payments, he was ordered to pay(plus $3000 of his ex wife's LAWYER bill).
