Holy shit. I havnt been active here in some time, but red pill helped me out of a hole like 4 years ago. This hits me, I have had this train of thought before. Exactly this. Its me, right now in this point of my life. It's kind of spooky how on point this is. Thanks for making me smile.

Priceless information for those that are still unaware. Top quality, life changing shit. I have quite a few life long mates that I want to show this post to...pity they just won't ever get it.

My god man... This just connected all the dots in my head. The lightbulb just turned on, finally. Ive had 2 of these girls, I couldn't figure out what I did wrong, spent years dwelling on it. This is extremely valuable information, these girls can be incredibly intoxicating to the unsuspecting man. It also didn't help that they were models, 9/10 looks. Is attractiveness linked to BPD somehow then? Both of these girls got what they wanted simply because of looks. You honestly can't put a price on…

Starting to get the vibe that you don't actually have any experience with this. No women jumps ship immediately, it just starts the process. Also, don't cry to your mates. Didn't say that, your just being dramatic.

There's a difference between "wanting" to fuck my girl and actively trying to fuck my girl. If they want to? Good, thats all part of the game when you have a hot girl with you. Actively trying to? I wouldn't ever associate with them again, at least while she's around. It's a disgusting sign of desperation to go after a good mates girl, there's plenty others out there. My bursts of bad emotions are dealt with in my own time. I do talk about that shit with male friends. It's important to be funny …

You can share things, just keep it light hearted. Don't share things like how your scared of your father dieing, or that you might genuinely be flat broke in a month and cant sleep. That's what your best friends are for, your good male friends or maybe a family member if you are close with them. The girl your fucking is not your best friend, and while she might want you to share it all with her, it will ultimately kill her attraction to you. Unfortunately it's the truth, I learnt it the hard way…

It's absolutely not beta. Majority of chefs I've worked with in the past are solid leaders. Psychopaths yes, but they are alpha for sure. And a lot of girls get wet when watching a man who knows what he's doing in the kitchen.

Man I agree. I do the same thing in the car, it's therapeutic. But everyone deals with stress differently, some people won't understand what your saying here because they can bottle this shit up or suppress it in different ways. But that feels very unnatural to me and I feel way more sane if I just let the beast out every once in a while. I mean that's why I gym as well, that primal rage gets channeled into lifting. I'm sure a lot of guys do that and don't even realise it as well.

Ooohhh man it's a sad world we live in. I don't work in the corporate world and I'm becoming happier and happier about my decision to pursue trade work. All this talk about hr firing people over ridiculous bullshit makes me sick to my guts, I don't know how you guys do it sometimes. The $$$ must be worth it I guess. I work as an arborist and it blows my mind how many boys at work complain about their partners. Some of it is quite brutal. Most are married to women they despise, or so it would seem. You would think these men, essentially fucking lumberjacks, would be in control of their relationships, but no. I think what happens a lot of the time as well is that once married, the woman knows she's got the man trapped and will slowly get more and more toxic over time because the man can't (as easily) threaten…

Man, it's all good. It's just a lesson in life, the pain you feel will make you grow and compel you forward. Make sure you USE IT while you still feel it. I was with a girl for 3 years. In the end I was blue pilled as fuck, crying and shit. So she left me for a guy at her work. 2 months later they were engaged, 5 months later they were married. I grew up more in the 6 months after that relationship than the rest of my adult life, and I'm fucken 30. Keep lifting and moving forward, no matter how …

Lol what? My dad was 45 when I was born and we still did heaps of shit together, he's one of the most naturally-alpha guys I've ever met. Your one experience doesn't determine that all families with older parents are like that. I think having kids later in life is a good idea, for the man anyway.

What your feeling now, it feels like insanity doesnt it. I've been there, most men have been there I'm sure. I don't miss it, it's excruciating. But it's just a phase, it passes. It's hard, but you'll be ok if you choose to fight through it. Its worth it

She shows up one day with a hickie on her neck and boom, illusion dispelled and it hit me really hard. Completely crushed every idea I had about her. The other guy that posted on this is right. Mate, I was in the same spot, except I pushed her away until she dumped me because I didn't have the balls. I will regret it forever. You did the right thing. There's a whole world out there full of women who you can feel the same for, trust me, she is absolutely nothing special, so stop telling yourself she is. I came out of 3yr ltr, got cheated on - was devastated. Then immediately had a 9/10 come onto me and play me along for a month (we were fucking, I got feelings but she was just having fun). This blew my mind, and she made me realise that this is all just a game. I was so done with "losing" to these women and letting my feelings overcome me. I was 27 btw. So I found this sub. Is it? Once a week? It's really not that much. I've known people who drink that daily and they still get shit done, but that depends on the individual obviously. I got over drinking once I finally realised that the hangover is never worth it. You lose too much productive time feeling like shit and regretting stupid shit. What I've discovered is that it's possible to not get entirely wasted if you wanna have a drink. Just have some self control and cut yourself off. Have 5-6 beers and call it. Pe…

Drugs have a time and place. Don't be friends with addicts for obvious reasons. Recreational use, however, can have very positive effects on the lives of some people. If you are 100% against it though, and people don't accept you for that, then they are definitely not worth any more of your fucken time. Try looking for new friends in other places.

Bruh my ex got engaged a month after we split up, I was a mess. When ever you catch yourself remembering good things about her, snap out of it and remember how fucking shit she was. Nostalgia picks the best memories of things from the past and will replay those moments endlessly if you let it, it's a cruel trick. YouTube helps a lot. But just learn songs and play. Get the hours up. Start with classics from the 60s and 70s and go from there. It's just like anything else, it takes a lot of practice. You really have to love it, otherwise hitting the 1000 hour milestone is going to be tough

Not hard bro, just takes time. Doesn't happen over night. Pretty consistent practice over 4 years got me to a point where I can play along to anything now just by ear. Have never taken a single lesson

Guitar. Hate to say it, but it's a dying hobby and it definitely has some uniqueness to it these days. Out of all my social circles not a single person can play a musical instrument well. Being a wizard on the guitar definitely makes you more interesting and also adds mystery.

Fair. But that is exactly what the western culture is making out of girls these days and I don't ever see it changing, not in our lifetime anyway. Social media has destroyed any hope of that. There's no set limit mate. Go face some adversity and push through some hard shit and you'll be fine. It takes some people years to move on properly. Easiest way is to find another girl to be interested in, but it can be a viscous cycle. Non-negotiable requirements to make the process faster are lifting (any exercise), gaming, being as social as possible and do NOT listen to sad music repeatedly (people often ignore this). If you can't make it to gym, do some fucken pushups. Proper pushups. Don't even think about it, just do it. Just do something, consistently, and i guarantee it'll start to show. It does not happen overnight. And remember, it's not always about how much you can actually lift, but how much you look like you can lift. 99% of girls don't even care what your max bench is.

Trp has had a profoundly positive effect on my life and I couldn't thank all you motherfuckers enough.

What the fuck.... Go sort it out, why are you asking here. You know what we are going to say, so go and do it

She needs to see that you are outcome independent and the fact you have other girls that are ready to jump on your dick. Pre selection is absolutely no joke, has consistently worked for me

Just a side note, if she says the other dudes a beta, do not take her word for it. She's just keeping you validated and it seems to be working. I was fucking this alpha widow for a while who would constantly tell me how much of a beta her ex was, when I knew for a fact he was a solid 9/10 with game and looks. You should have other girls ready to go if she bails like this, your way to invested. Play some dread game and if she's really keen she'll come running back. I mean, she's got other options…

Definitely guilty of overthinking it. Makes sense, cheers

Some of these replies are pure cringe, fucking incels just lurking asktrp I swear. Chlamydia is pretty much harmless, symptoms can be pretty uncomfortable at worst. Just shrug it off. Don't give her a hard time. She did the right thing. She easily could've lied or just said nothing, she obviously respects you. Go and get tested, medication is 1 tablet and costs $5 (in Aus anyway)

Smoked everyday for 9 years. Putting that shit down for good was the best decision I have ever made. I also had to cut 80% of my close group of friends out, as they were all stoners, but it was worth it. I swear it creates nihilism. First thing I noticed when I quit cold turkey, is I actually began to care about myself.

Yeah was gonna mention this. If you smoke weed, it fucks up your ability to quickly think on the spot. Even when sober.

I moved to Queenstown, NZ for a long while. I had to find work and a place to live, basically had to set up from scratch. New nobody at all, had no job plans. Just flew there and went with it. The others are right about work. Depending on your job, this is the best place to meet people at the start. Something important to remember, say yes to stuff. Try not to hesitate too much either. Play a game with yourself where you have to step outside the comfort zone regularly, and you'll find it's prett…

Don't worry about it being awkward. If you are good with humour, everything and anything can be made fun of and laughed at. Don't be too serious about it, just let go and enjoy the ride, literally.

Overthinking it way too much. What's the point? Your entire life is temporary, just go enjoy it

I can pretty much guarantee any girl you ever meet won't need or even want to be "saved" anyway. They want someone who knows what the fuck they are doing in life and can keep a solid frame so they can follow suit. Focus on self improvement, and the rest will fall into place with time. You should probably watch some stuff from Jordan Peterson, maybe even try his book 12 rules for life.

I guarantee the sex will fade. If you ltr these girls because the sex is crazy, you must understand that the sex WILL diminish, it is inevitable. In my case, it wasn't even her, it was my doing. I grew genuinely bored of the insane kinky shit and began to turn down her advances, thus marked the beginning of the end of a 2 year ltr. Keep as a FWB and enjoy it while it lasts. All the shit about her making you feel like a sex god etc sounds like she's trying to get in your head and it looks like it…

Ehhh It's a little deeper than that. It's more about learning self discipline. Learning to control your petty impulses. And this can have a huge impact on someone's life, more than just an energy and confidence boost. I'd bet that watching porn again isn't going to fix your limp dick issue, but go ahead and try it, maybe it will

Definitely second the bodyweight workouts at home. If you are new to lifting it's a great way to build a strength base before you start lifting at a gym.

I learned this the hard way. Luckily, I am a chef and she was more disposable than I was in the workplace. But it still created way too much drama, she spread as much bullshit/lies as she could before she left and there I was taking the highroad and biting my tounge for months as I was gossiped about and lied to. It's not fun, would never do it again. Only benefit is that I truly learned how to not give a fuck about what anyone says.

Yeah, I feel a lot of shame and anger about how I dealt with some break ups and it still stings, even though it was years ago. I guess that's the way my mind tells me not to fucking act like that again, or else. I always felt that being selfish was not who I wanted to be, but I realise now it's the ONLY way to live a better life. I will put myself first now, regardless of what these bitches say or do

Anger feels so vital but it’s really so impotent. You can’t fix things by hating them Damn, true that. Thanks for the reply.

Definitely recommend cardio. And lift. I travelled and it helped a lot, especially if you do it right.

I'd say you have to experience it at least once. Just go in prepared, never forget that AWALT, and never stop gaming other girls (obviously don't cheat, but keep attracting other women). This is vital. I wish I knew the RP lifestyle before I beta'd my way through 2 ltrs in 7 years. RIP most of my 20's. Learned that lesson the hard way!

Yeah your fucked. She will not make you happy, not in the long term, that's your responsibility. You need to start becoming outcome independent asap, more girls and focus of self improvement. She needs to not be your priority, otherwise you are going to have a reeaaaal bad shit storm coming your way. I hope you realise that when it inevitably ends with her, and it will, you will be in a new city/town, alone.

Was about 6 months out of a 3yr ltr and met this hb 9. She came onto me to which rocked me big time, preselection helped immensely with this. I fell for her hard, thought she was perfect and put that pussy on the grandest pedestal youve ever seen. I left the country after sleeping with her for a few weeks and realised that I had genuine feelings. Some part of me swore to myself that I would not return home for this girl and im so happy i didnt, but it was the hardest mental battle Ive fought yet…

Quit whinging about women, that is not the priority. Fix yourself, then the rest falls into place. Don't wish this and wish that, the only good thing about hindsight is to learn from the mistake and never let it happen again. Chin up, your young bro.

You're just nervous because you aren't 'In it' yet. Its all in your head, it doesn't take courage to actually travel, it just takes courage to go and start it. Once your there you have no choice but to adapt and it becomes easy. Start somewhere that has a friendly culture. South east asia is an easy start, just don't do dumb shit involving drugs etc. and you will be fine
/r/askTRP06/10/18 08:53 AM

If nexting isn't working, try adversity/monk mode. Go travel for 6 months, do it cheap and in a country where you don't speak the language. Take risks, experience life, adjust your perspective and let time pass. It'll go away and you'll laugh about it in good time

Lose the weight and then figure it out from there. Dont overthink it, just get it done, priority is losing the weight

It's never too late bro, I'm older than 25 and have only just started down the path of getting my shit together. If it's rock bottom your at, the only way to go is up. Take that red pill and make the changes. Stop thinking about it, start doing. You will waste years and years if you just think things over, trust me.

Exercise is key in the early stages of a breakup. Dont think about it, just do. Run it out, lift it out, it's non negotiable. With some time, it gets better. Also Start kickboxing or any martial art. Sparr with people that are better than you, get hurt and progress. Become better. Believe me, you won't be thinking about her when some fucker is trying to kick you in the head.
