One of the many reasons lifting is so important is that with a healthy body comes a healthy mind. The two are essentially inseparable. A healthy mind is what you need to be successful in all areas of life. Work on all of them simultaneously but if you feel your mind start to slip THAT is what must come first.

do all 3, do bodyweight shit at home for free, look for a job, and when you can try to get girls. improve all 3 at the same time. then when you get a job sign up for a gym.

I would try to get your shit together and still approach girls the main reason for that is because you will develop the skills needed from the day you start.

If you wait until you get your shit together it will take a long time to develop those skills

Here’s the thing: the most rudimentary gym can provide you what you need in terms of lifting. Bench, row, squat, shoulder press, lat pull down, curls, dips. Even a shitty high school gym can provide you with that and you only need (should) to lift twice a week if you go hard and do all the exercises. I guess what I’m trying to say is finances shouldn’t be an issue for lifting.

You don’t even need to lift if you got a nice face and are tall.

Girls will take a defined face with a nice jawline/facial structure and skinny body over an average face with 10/10 body anyday.

You only need to lift to compensate for what you don’t have. If you got a 10/10 face, lifting will just make you into model tier.

If you got a 5/10 face, lifting will just bump you up into a 7.

The obsession with lifting weights is one of the more iffy things about TRP.

Yes, you need to be working out, and it's an especially good idea to build up your shoulders and your core. That said, there are lots of ways to build muscle without paying for thousands of dollars in equipment.

If you don't want to (or can't) spend a nickel, look into the "prisoner" type workout that are available on the internet, based on guys who did time at places that didn't have weights. You'd be surprised what even a good run of pushups and dips using available resources can get you.

Also, TBH, I've always felt the obsession with lifting is partly because it's the easiest advice to provide. Fixing a guy's personality or finances, OTOH, can be fucking hard.

My belief is that you should always be seeking social interactions. All the time. Approach other people of both sexes all the time to improve your socialization skills. Old ladies. Cashiers. People standing in lines. Accumulating non-sexual approaches will make it easier for you to not be a creep when you make a sexual approach because talking to random people will be normal for you.
