I would say that you only need to work on the escalation part. There is a certain attitude that is good to build attraction. Do that and escalate physically. Just do it. There is nothing that really gets you out of your funk other then going out and having fun. This is really stupid, but it is 80% showing up, 20% skill. Honestly, I went through a similar situation. I didn't get out of my funk until I just said fuck it and approached every girl around. Do it for the lulz and have a good time.
