All I can say is I’ve been working out 15 years and for 11 of those years I was doing it wrong. Go for reps you’ll gain muscle and lose fat and you’ll look fucking jacked. I’m not talking 12 reps a set I’m talking 15-50. When I do 50 pound dumbbells I do 50-70 reps per set. Push ups 100 a set. And I’m bigger now than when I was putting up 225 for 10 reps a set.
