(this is relationship based?, we've been together 3 years) This is hard to admit and I definitely feel a lot of shame and sadness over it, but I notice when I get emotional I tend to find it hard sometimes to be reasonable? or just not dramatic? I also just overthink small things and it ends up creating them into bigger things. I only notice this in relationships, other areas of my life I dont have this issue.

I come off as almost attention seeking and sometimes just create issues from nothing? for example, if we get into an argument and there isn't any real reason for me to think so, I will just assume he doesn't want me there and tell him Ill go home but when rationally I know he hasn't suggested that he doesn't want me there but I almost do it because I want that validation or reassurance or I feel uncomfortable or guilty? Im not sure.

I have been better about being conscious about it, Im more aware before I do certain things and definitely stop myself. But I just don't know how to not do it at all or why I even do it, because when Im calm I can understand how dramatic and irrational Im being but in moments when Im emotionally upset I just act so immature?

This is something I really just want to fix, I feel extremely down about myself and disappointed that I push people I care and love away over it. It isn't healthy for anyone but I just want to know how to not do it again?

Thank you so much
