1	Looking for advice Well I don't involve my 7yo in it. That isn't something I'd do. We've discussed it and agreed we're going to be as civil as possible and going to attempt to go the joint petition route, no fault. File paperwork and wait the 90 days for it to be signed off on. But I think most people who don't hate each other start out that way. I'm not sticking it to anyone. 1	Looking for advice The children are my major concern. I know child support is in my future, but I think with how amicable this seems to be moving, it doesn't seem like she's going to be out to ruin me. I guess we'll see. I'm really ok with walking away with my clothes, tools, and truck. I know MA is 50/50, and seeing how we have 2 properties, I'm hoping we can just say one gets one, one gets the other.
