It's not all about what the woman does; the other side is what the man doesn't do. In every western country I can think of, men are taught to NEVER fight a girl/woman. In a lot of cases, it may not even occur to us to try beyond pushing their hands away and/or saying "no." I've had a naked woman climb on top of me with her boyfriend still in the apartment, and between exhaustion, alcohol, and inexperience, I was thrown enough to just let her do her thing.

What I've heard from these two men, I've found very compelling, especially in relation to suicide and paternal roles. Actually, no - a statement from any third party above is sufficient to fulfill the requirements of the Bill (as currently written). Yes and no - I think it's pretty apparent the Sanctity of Life Bill is intended as a preface to a pretty strong anti-abortion bill. As they say, the writing is on the wall. ((EDIT: Unkleman has corrected me on this point below; SCOTUS has ruled abortion a Constitutional Right, requiring a new amendment to alter.)) Here's a list of the differences between your two cases: VA didn't break the law. Gawker has a history of trolling, especially Adrian Chen vis a vis Reddit. Honestly, if I had an XBox, I'd be willing to try this. Have a "Control Month" where I keep track of the frequency of trash-talk and out-of-game insults, followed by 30 days of tracking the same things while posing as a woman. If nothing else, it would eliminate my own confirmation bias. Hopefully, it would give me enough data to support my thesis that banning in-game comments wouldn't make a difference. While I understand this argument, I don't think people outside the gaming environment will really understand it. Completely valid. There's a great deal of truncation in there regarding the culture clash of old vs. new, gaming history, and other things. This was my read as well. A quick TL;DR for anyone who didn't peruse the article: a 30-year-old woman is suing a school district for sexual abuse she suffered by a teacher when she was 12-13. The lawyer asserts her negligence led to the incident. This isn't "rape culture" at work; it's just a lawyer trying to put the other party on the defensive. It's a very straight forward and common legal tactic.
