You could also shoot for doorman but that won't necessarily lead to bartending in the future, but you will meet a lot of people and have time to talk. You more than likely won't be able to swing straight into bartending without any prior experience. Advice?1 same boat as you. 2 is just to get to know people at a particular club or bar, know the doorguy, bartenders and any regulars.
