The things that run through some people's heads when they read this stuff... Oh dear. Steve (12.4.2012) "Men fear matriarchy not because of how bad it might be but because of how good." Source

BTW - Just in case anyone did what I just did... If out of curiosity you decide to see what the equivalent men.com is, maybe don't if you're at work or if their are children next to you.

Another post about White Ribbon in the UK: http://www.reddit.com/r/MensRights/comments/13mn5u/advice_for_going_to_event/ Thank you for the PDF link. I, for one, would like to see your email.

Imthere: "Post the results back here. I'm interested." "M388"s friend here. Not much to report, it seems the local Police paid for their floor space and are openly associating with them, the main display posters had the local Police URLs and the white ribbon logo and web address. That seems to be a good plan. Thoughts? Sorry to be a beginner here, but is the CDC you mentioned the "Centers for Disease Control and Prevention" in the US? Or? Do you have a source for that 50/50 stat for my collection? Thank you.

You seem to be suggesting some kind of acting... Am I right? I don't intend to put on any kind of act. "Post the results back here. I'm interested." I will, thank you for the advice and interest.

Thank you for the kind words of encouragement. There may not be a problem, hopefully all that is needed is a look around. I suppose I am just suspicious that's all. Particularly this (from the link I gave) "the opportunity for members of the public to sign the ‘Norfolk Says No’ Commitment Letter, which pledges to end domestic violence." I am certain I have read about things like this before. A "pledge statement" that is specifically gendered. Men (and only men) are encouraged to sign, purposeful…

Without merit? I'm not sure I get what you mean exactly...
