No. Because from what I know a lot of the time even when the woman still stands with the statement that she was raped, the judge will rule out that it was consensual or something, which makes it a "false rape accusation". The only time a punishment should be carried out is if she straight out admits that she made it all up for whatever reason. And I'm for an eye for an eye, she should receive whatever punishment the alleged rapist would have.

I think it's subjective, the meaning might vary. I think generally it implies something is being made much more sexual than it needs to be, like the sexualisation of women's ankles. Gender being a social construct isn't an idea that's trying to say males and females are the same. You would have known this isnt true if you would talk to women, and have women's fashion choices explaines to you. Women (generally) wear skirts because she feels good In it, and when clothes make her feel good. They make her more confident.

I see a common thing where men (especially i forums like this) get offended by women taking percausions to not be sexually asssaulted or something along the lines of that, because it assumed every man is bad. Which is why I said you should instead have an open discussion as to why you feel like it is unfair for her to withhold sex . In this situation I dont see how it would be difficult to have sex with her and withhold the conversation for a time when it feels appropriate. If you really love and plan on being with someone then you dont play immature games of "getting even " to satisfy your ego. You openly communicate the issue and find a resolution.
