I'm an empath too and isn't it ironic that it's usually considered an "issue"? It almost feels like women are socialized and encouraged to be empaths Whereas men are encouraged to be sociopaths 👀

I love this! Happy birthday!!! 🎂 I love experiences much more than things, and it took me a while to realize that when I tell that to men, they inrepret it as: don't get her anything because she won't like it. I didn't realize I had to explain that experiences and adventures can be gifted and booked. Now I realize, would I really wanna date a man who needs me to explain that to him?? Nah, sis.

And stop showering yourself in cologne/axe spray, because it doesn't replace showers and you still stink.

My bestie's boyfriend in high school told us he showers with shorts on because he doesn't want God to see him naked.... Can't make this stuff up lmao. I was going to say, then how do you wash your parts? But the embarrassment on my friend's face was already too much

But... I have yet to come across a confident man who isn't a narcissist.

Absolutely in agreement with everyone who pointed out that men should value women regardless of whether or not they are/want to be a mother. We are human beings, not baby vending machines for your LeGaCY. The tone of his message was "wow look what she went through to birth MY child". I posted this to showcase that this is the amount of pain a woman has to go through for her man to appreciate her? And most of the time, they STILL don't!!! Men only seem to "empathize" with women when it directly e…

This brought up deep rooted scars for me, I grew up being told I should look a certain type of way so I can attract boys. Whys that even a priority when you're a kid???? Or ever, really. I'm black and was constantly force fed that having big lips, getting too much of a tan, and being curvey weren't beautiful. But I also noticed that it was the girls bullying each other about that stuff more than boys. It's so sad, I really hope I have a daughter some day so I can teach her that true beauty is wi…

I completely agree with you, but here's my concern: a lot, if not most, men I have come across that are even slightly above average in appearance, or go to the gym, or are naturally good looking, end up being completely conceited, narcisstic, and self centered because (most) men care more about physical appearances. If they know they're attractive it gets to their head and it becomes their identity. This is just my opinion/experience I'm totally open to other interpretations x

Funny you say that because I've had a guy send me a video of him fucking a watermelon and I couldn't eat watermelons for a while after that 😂

Girl, I feel you. The amount of times I've heard "you're so exotic" makes me wanna scream! To make matters worse, I once had a guy ask me if he can call me "his slave" in bed. LOL you can't make this shit up!

Yep. Don't even get me started on mothers who enable this behaviour, my mom does it to my brothers too. She does literally everything for them, and then what's his gf and wife expected to do? Take over the mama role and continue babying a grown ass man? FUUUUUck that

All of my exs were either my age or 2 years older than me and they did NOT know how to treat a woman. My ex husband didn't even know how to do his own laundry and he's 30!!! I almost fainted when I found this out. This is totally my personal opinion: generally speaking, men under 30 years old haven't really figured "adulting" out. They barely know how to take care of themselves, let alone another person (insert xyz reason/excuse). I'm amazed at how well my current bf treats me and all his friend…
